As a fan of quality Philly cheesesteaks like Dalessandro's and Jim's this burrito more than met my expectations. The meat was flavorful and juicy and the addition of the hand cut french fries really took this thing to another level. Sometimes you see places that make "fat" sandwiches with french fries, mozzarella sticks, or what have you into their sandwiches as almost a gimmick, but the fries in this cheesesteak burrito added the perfect amount of crunch, oil, and salt. Normally I would say $14 is on the higher side for a burrito but this thing was massive and more than worth the cost. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends and family. The girl working the counter was extremely nice and polite and allowed me to get extra sauces to try at no charge. High turnover and the occasional bad apple are a given in the fast food industry and can result in a less than satisfactory customer experience... but for now, I haven't had any negative customer service interactions while ordering at this location. Incidentally, I received a free pizza back in 2014 when their old POS system was down. They have upgraded their POS systems recently and the menus are on tv screens above the counter. 3 stars for everything else, especially for food taste and quality. Pepperoni is almost always half burnt or charred in some way so for toppings stick to flatter meats that don't curl like sliced ham and salami. Coming to this burger franchise is great. You're not only helping support a fairly independent company but the service and the way they treat you is incomparable to other burger joints. Forgetting about how the place works with getting a burger and drinks I was happy to find out though the burgers may be a little pricey the ingredients you ask them to put on them are free! Also just to mention the drinks are surprisingly affordable and the fries are legendary and so tasty. (Both the beef meat and the fries are crafted right there in the restaurant so no pre-made patties or over-heated and stale fries for you!). Go here if you have the chance. I was psyched when I found out the one in this place is still standing (I was admittedly disappointed the one closer to me closed down recently) and to support a restaurant like this is helping you get tasty grub and happy workers continue doing their great jobs. I almost didn't go this time but my buddy suggested we go here before heading to the mall (the food court at the mall is usually very pricey!) so we stopped here. All around it is a nice restaurant and you go up to the register or to the queue before you can make your choices to eat. The worker was quick to take our order. Then we were seated and before we knew it we had our food. The food was ok. I was starving bit I guess because it's fast food I feel like they held back just a little about making the food tasty or memorable. I still won't stop coming here. Maybe I will get the classic regular chicken sandwich again next time (I had grilled) and was also glad at the service that was always available here. I appreciated my stay here.
