As far as McDonalds goes, this location is always clean and has a very responsive management staff. The food is never "old" and the people leaving insane reviews need to recognize that this is quick serve food! If you have a problem, the email customer service is very responsive and they are always happy to fix problems. I've certainly been to far worse McDonalds!! read more

OnOctober 26th for breakfast this place was literally out of more than half the breakfast items. I asked the cashier why and she said in broken English owner didn't pay the supplier and all our paychecks bounced on payday. That's horrible we left and went to Wendy's on Chi Ave . Shame on the owner!!!!!! read more

Shame I can't give zero stars. There is always something wrong. I do mobile orders to avoid errors and today I gave them my mobile order number. I drove around and got my receipt which I normally don't do. When I pulled up to the second window they handed me a bag that was not my order. They had no record of my order. I hand to hand them MY receipt to get my order. They had to make it while the line around the building grew. I was handed my food and I had to remind them of my drinks. I got my sodas but didn't realize that 2 chocolate milks were not in the bag. I am done with McDonald's. Arby's and Wawa are across or down the street and I will be going there from now on. Because of my kids, I spend a lot there but not anymore. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. read more

I do frequent this place just because it's local and easy. However, it is LONG passed time to re-open the seating area. Its June 2021 and everything is open. Yet this place is still not letting people sit. Why? Laziness is the only answer. read more

I love McDonalds, but this location is horrible. The manager was yelling to her crew in Spanish and ignoring the customers who were waiting for help. No one in there seemed to speak English.Their fountain drinks were not all working properly or were out of syrup. Another paying customer while I was in there requested a courtesy cup for some water & was refused. This Hispanic manager rudely tells this black lady she has to purchase a bottled water. That is unacceptable as this lady had purchased food & just wanted a cup for water. Bad service all the way around! read more

Stopped in for a soda and a burger, to just sit for for a moment after shopping. The place was relatively dirty, tables not wiped, etc., that's fine, it's a McDonalds, I don't have high expectations. What really upset me was the manager of the restaurant was sitting out in the seating area talking for the whole place to hear (even over my earbuds) ranting right wing bs about how he hates the President, and anyone who supports our president is an idiot. He was very loud and obnoxious, will definitely not visit this establishment ever again. read more

Worst experience ever. I ordered half a dozen items including 3 happy meals with extra fries. I got everything except the fries in the happy meals. I drove there on my lunch break to get this food now I have to explain to my three little children that they won't have any fries because I have to go back to work. I am not coming back to McDonald's again. I will drive a little further and go to the Burger King in Brookhaven. read more

Terrible service, got a Big Mac and there was on one set of meat in the burger , went back to get it fixed and they messed it up again.

My daughter and I went through the Drive-Thru on 9/22 at around 6:45 pm. As we were waiting for our food we watched a RAT run from the eastern side of the building to an island in the parking lot. Less than a minute later, a SECOND rat ran across the drive from the same area on side of the building. I told the the teenage girl who came to the window that we just saw two rats run across the drive in front of our car. Apparently they're already aware of the rats, as her nonchalant reply was, "oh, yeah, uh, that's not our problem". I made the mistake of going to this McDonald's a few times thinking that maybe I just caught them on a bad day Not the case at all The fries are brown and you can actually get grease to drip out if you squeeze them I was dumb enough to buy burgers from this place twice and it left the worst taste in my mouth that lingered for hours. This is a McDonald's location that I would advise anyone to stay away from It's horrible! I actually went and complained to the manager that my fries were dripping with grease and he told me that he could me some more but they would just as bad because the grease needed to be changed. I placed an UberEats order on 1/5. Uber is not the issue, the bag was sealed upon delivery. As usual this location sent out an order with missing food, an entire meal to be exact. I am not sure if they hire illiterate people who are unable to read, or their employees are so ghetto that they simply do it for a laugh. It is a shame that these types for issues never get resolved, but the private franchisee who owns this location should be embarrassed and should fire every idiot who is working there and start over. This is exactly why McDonald's works do not make and will never make $15 an hour, they don't deserve it. read more

I had the opportunity to meet Carla the manager when we came in for lunch. She was very helpful, pleasant and had a good sense of humor. The bathroom was clean, always a plus at McDonald's as most are not, as was the rest of the restaurant. Thanks Carla!! read more

McDonald's is the best place for fast food from where I am. MD (McDonald's) is also the worst at the same time. MD is very inaccurate when it comes to no pickles or no onions. They seem to be filled with teens that do not care at all. The only good workers are the managers (-5) and the janitorial services (). The managers do not deduct pay or do anything sometimes. The janitorial services are almost always cleaning but do not clean the restrooms that well. One time I went in and there was urine all over the urinal. The workers are also disrespectful. They denied ketchup to me at the drive-thru one time and went without punishment. That is my rating on McDonald's of the Conchester. read more

This McDonald's location is atrocious and a smear on the franchise. I have been to this location many times and have had multiple bad experiences but my experience today was like no other! Upon arriving at the payment window the cashier reads my order back to me and then gives me the total. I hand her my phone on the Apple Pay screen as I have used Apple Pay there before and there acceptance of mobile payments is clearly displayed on the window. After holding my phone incorrectly for 20 attempts at paying and me correcting her 100 times, the manager came over and Was also stumped by this apparently other worldly invention that is Apple Pay. Both tell me repeatedly that they do not accept Apple Pay despite the fact that we all know they do. Of course, after a horrible struggle they discover that they haven't pressed the button to accept payment, as usual the customer is always right. As if this atrocity wasn't enough, both drinks were horrible, no blending at all of the Frappe and zero carbonation in the sprite, and every single one of my breakfast sandwiches was incorrect! Needless to say I will never be returning to this franchise location and neither should you or any of your friends. read more
