I stop by this McDonalds when I'm desperate on my commute to work. I've kept some stats. From Jan 1 2025 to Nov 18 2025 I stopped for breakfast 12 times. They got some portion of my order wrong 9 times. Pretty impressive error rate. When I complain I usually get some coupons which is nice. But I'd much rather just get the correct order. read more

Right off interstate 95. Easy off and on. Every meal I've gotten from here has been tasty and freshly cooked. The drive-through line moves fast as well as the counter. This place is always immaculate. Whomever owns this particular one takes great pride in the business. And they hire really good people who are friendly, fast, accurate and they always wish you a happy day. read more

LG screens were down. i ordered off the paper menu but they didn't have the item I asked for. I ordered a similar sandwich abd asked for extra lettuce/tomato. Then they couldn't figure out how to ring me up. Then I waited at the booth. Other people's old ketchup was there. The seats are all worn out and upholstery cracked. Got the sandwich. Dressing splurted out all over my pants. The "extra" lettuce/tomato was a tiny amount, like for a newborn rabbit. The wallpaper is torn. This place has nice workers but needs a renovation and better management. There are many fast food and slow-cooked-but-speedy food options today. read more

Right off I-95 South, you can't miss the Golden Arches for easy access to their parking lot and then easy back onto the highway. The drive-through wasn't exactly speedy but it wasn't slow. It's A-OK. read more

Literally threw my card at me at the first window. Then when I pull up to the window, the guy is just standing there playing "drums" with our drinks and straws. Then opens the window. I went on saturday around 2:45 thru the drive thru. I tried to order nuggets from the 2 for 5 menu when the girl at the window refused to give them to me. She kept repeating to me you can only get the sandwiches. I tried to explain to her im looking at menu which shows nuggets as an option. Manager in bright yellow shirt had a whole rant and cursed at me using the F word twice, just for asking for my fry containers to be filled. They were not even half full. It's a fast food restaurant, you normally wouldn't expect anything fancy. Thry have those kiosks in the lobby, and table service too, for whenever you dine in. The food is cooked to near perfection, and the lobby is either immaculate or (at the very least) decent. The crew (although frequently understaffed) is for the most part friendly. read more

Went there last night and had the most arrogant people working. They snapped on me when I asked for something "they weren't serving". When asked what they did have, the attitudes got worse. To top it all off, when asked what their problem was, the black girls working threw racial slurs at me and my wife and wanted to fight!! I will stop at nothing to have them all fired. This McDonald's is one of the slowest, most unprofessional operations going. I say "one of", because the McDonald's in Woodlyn is run the same way. These are both Doane Family owned businesses. The employees are rude, slow and, at this time in our country, are not wearing masks, while working. As a Door Dash driver, these Doane Family owned McD's have caused me to miss delivery deadlines with seemingly endless waits in the drive-thru line. They've not completed several customer orders. I WON'T pick up any Door Dash or Uber Eats orders from them, as they cost me possible tip money from customers, not to mention the health risk from workers not wearing masks PROPERLY. Having them hanging around your neck does NOTHING! They've had a reputation, before, but NOW, they've proven to me that the owners do NOT care about employee performance, and how it affects others depending on them, nor do they care that their employees are not conforming to STATE MANDATED/CDC Health Guidelines. I would recommend NOT going there, pandemic circumstances or not! You will wait...and wait...and wait...and wait for your "fast" food. Avoid this location and the Woodlyn location at all costs. They're a disgrace to the traditional McDonald's reputation that existed from the start of the company. read more

Go there since its only fast food close and don't have to get out of car. Don't know why I keep going. In all the years I have ordered there I have got 1 order where my breakfast burrito wasn't dry to the point that you could unravel it. My experience ordering here was a disaster. I ordered three large orders of fries and a large diet coke. They took 25 minutes to get me the fries in the drive through line and there were only three cars in front of me. By the time I got the food, the fries were cold. Oh, they also gave me a medium coke instead of what I ordered. I will not be returning there which is a shame because previously, they were fine. Ok, for McDonald's- this is a good hit on my way to or from work (in a pinch). They still have an actual dollar menu with breakfast burritos, they sell 3 fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for $1 or a baker's dozen (13) for only $3.99 and they are hot and fresh. For under $10 I can grab a tray of fresh baked cookies and 5 breakfast sandwiches. Where else can you feed 3-4 a quick bite in a hurry with dessert? read more

Don't usually write reviews for fast food let alone a good one but here goes... this McDonald's is probably the nicest one I've been to. The food was actually hot and fresh (even the fries, shocker) It was extremely clean inside even the bathrooms! There was even a worker sweeping frequently. The manager was walking around checking to see if all the lights were working and everything was good, great management! They were also handing out small samples! Amazing!
