I was in Wawa at 530am this morning. I order a shorti and chicken noodles soup. It was sooo much juice in the soup. I ask if he could pour some of the juice out. He reply no. Wawa is one of my favorite places to shop for those quick items or a meal. This Wawa in Lansdowne Pennsylvania is one of my favorites. For years I have shopped here every morning to get my coffee before I start my day at work, which means there is a crowd at 6:30 AM. The team here is always ready to handle the crowd at the register, behind the food counter and having their beautifully delicious hot coffee ready, never running out. There is never a mystery regarding the service that you're going to get. Most of the people working here are friendly and helpful. It's very gratifying shopping at the place where what you receive is consistent from store to store. I would match Wawa's hoagies against some of the biggest names in Philadelphia that make our famous sandwich. The only downside to this particular location, it doesn't sell gas. But heck you can get gas anywhere Wawa Coffee, not so much! read more

What can I say about Wawa. They are all pretty awesome and this one is no exception. My sandwiches always come out as requested. The shakes are tasty. I don't drink coffee so no idea on that front. Just another Wa Wa but that's a good thing. The Wa Wa folks really know how to do up a convenience store. They keep them well stocked and clean. Lots of coffee choices. No charge ATMs. A big hot food/hoagie counter. It won't be the best hoagie you have ever had in your life but it will be made to order and quick. And of course they have great hours. They really are the king of convenience stores in this part of the country and this location is a fine example. read more

They recently renovated and it's looking better than ever and as an incentive they are giving away coffee all week 'till Sunday....Matter of fact you can get any hot beverage of your choice... He's an excellent worker with a great attitude who goes above and beyond to help customers and get them in and out quickly. I've seen him stocking shelves and when there's a long line he jumps on the register and gets the line down fast. This Wawa has been one of the only constants in Lansdowne through my childhood until today. it has outlasted the Blockbuster, the Eckerd, the Sav-A Lot, the old Acme, everything. The current crop of employees is a good one. They're personable, helpful, and always hard-working. I swear that this is the quickest Wawa deli I've ever been to (much faster than the glacially slow University City locations at least). I get food from here practically every day, and I don't think I've ever had a problem with an order, unlike, say, every other Wawa in PA. read more

This is a standard wawa that I normally go to since I always pass it. The staff are relatively nice, and I am normally pleased with the selection of food. Even when they are busy, the workers normally do a good job at getting the food prepared in a timely matter. As expected with wawa, the parking lot can get crowded at peak times of the day, but normally someone is pulling out within a few seconds or minutes if there aren't any available parking spots. I've always liked this Wawa (over 15yrs!) but lately they leave so much to be desired. Today I ordered a sandwich for my son and watched while the associate cleaned up & picked up a trash can to dumb the garbage. Good,right? Well, I watched as she proceeded to make my sandwich without changing her gloves!!! Both gross and dangerous! I requested she change her gloves & remake my sandwich. She said "Ok" & set it aside.She even changed her gloves.But her friend said something in her ear,& I watched as she did everything BUT make my sandwich.Obviously she didn't want to make it,or was told not to do it. I asked for the manager, requested a refund & went to Wawa on Baltimore Pike. Excellent establishment, by the way. Very clean. I asked the associate to change their gloves before making my sandwich & she obliged. I doubt I'll come back to Lansdowne Wawa. Teach your people sanitation basics, ok!!! If I could I would give it zero stars I never seen a Wawa where they keep the cups in the center and you have to be giving a cup and you have to purchase a cup I purchased two Red Bull beverages and I asked if I could have a cup with ice and I was told that I would have to pay for a cup for my purchase all Rady of two Red Bull beverages this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from any Wawa and I am a former Wawa employee! So Wawas should all be the same. Run in, pass the door along to the person behind you, grab what you need, and run out. But there is some level of courtesy i expect when i pay almost 5 bucks for a smoothie. Almost all locations have a courteous staff that enjoys why they do and is friendly to paying customers. Not this one. I've been to this one multiple times and the staff looks like they hate their job and act like it. It's not the cleanest either. This wawa location recently underwent a remodel, but they seemed to bring in the worst employees who really hate their jobs. No one says good morning, thanks you or makes any type of contact with you. The place seems to always run out of items. You ask an employee can they help you and you get nothing. The floors are dirty and the coffee bar is always out of the creamer I like. read more

This has been my favorite wawa since I've lived in Lansdowne. It's close to my home and 99.9 percent of the time they have everything that I need in stock most of the time. However I feel like about 3 of the employees from the morning crew could use a class in customer service. I understand it's busy but saying good morning n offering bags would be nice. read more

All in all one of the most consistently excellent Wawa locations around. Their sandwiches are always made with care, and they have a tendency to overstuff their breakfast burritos in a manner I for one greatly appreciate.
