LOL the existence of this place is comical. Taco Bell/KFC: 1. You can only get soft or hard beef tacos bc that was all they knew how to make. Yup... that means no crunch wrap supremes. The five layer burrito was stale tortilla - threw out the whole thing. Only thing I ate was the single soft shell beef taco. 2. Nachos (with cheese) were inedible - it was so stale I fed it to the birds in the parking lot. Actually, another car there was doing the same thing. He was tossing food out the window as he was driving out and there was just trail of seagulls. 3. No chicken sandwiches. 4. The chicken tender meal came with a half a hotdog bun that was hard enough to scratch your gums. I thought it came with biscuit. Times must be tough here. 5. Customer service is as laughable as those depicted in a bad comedy. They are so rude that you can't even be upset about it. This isn't even a "oh woke up on the wrong side of the bed" rudeness. There were a lot of things wrong with this location. One, it doesn't look clean and a few times I dined in, the tables are very sticky and had sauces from other people still on it. Second, while I was ordering I noticed that two of the guys were yelling, screaming and cursing at each other while the cashier was trying to take my card and I could see it happening right in front of me. And finally what made me want to make this review was while all of that is happening and the line is getting backed up, there's a child running around in the kitchen and must have gotten into something because he started crying a few minutes later. This taco bell is outrageous. We wanted to get taco bell but they did not have any cheese nor tomato's or sour cream. They gave us 10 tacos when we ordered 12, 6soft shell and 4 hard shell. One of the 4 hard shells were BRUNT! They were full of lettuce and BARLEY any meet. They gave us 2 drinks that taste like cough medicine, IN A FUCKING KFC BUCKET that had a BUG at the bottom. The lady before me made the mistake of asking for extra sour cream, resulting in an amazing display of customer service. When she realized they had gotten the order wrong, the cashier, drive through window worker and "cook" lined up along the counter to engage in a heated debate about her order. A heated 3 on 1 debate at a volume and tone that had me looking for a close exit. Meanwhile, the guy who ordered before her said he'd take her messed up because he's been waiting over a half hour and was starving. The couple after me made a mobile order on the app, which this location could not make because the equipment is broken. The couple asked to cancel, to which they were told "Ain't no refunds". Workers were very rude and when my grandpa who doesn't speak much English was deciding on his sides the person in the counter got angry. We had no time to decide on what we wanted to order. The grill was not working and their options were limited. We also asked for a Baja blast freeze and they said that they don't do freezes. The workers in the back were barely helping. I've eaten here multiple times and it's always disappointing. Tonight I got two chalupas and a 2pc chicken meal. Nothing was hot and the chalupas were both beyond stale. I pulled up there to their drive thru at 10 PM on a Tuesday, and they said they were closed, and that they open back up at 10:30, which is also incongruent to what is said. I'm not rating the food in this post. It was very much on target with their brand. I'm rating the service and environment. When I walked in, all of the employees were shouting and arguing. It was very awkward to be a customer. I thought about leaving. Once my order was placed, we had to wait 15 minutes for the food. It was 8:30 pm, and very empty, and they had a full staff. Only one or two of them were really working. I understand that things go awry, but employees should be empowered to talk to the customer about the situation instead of ignoring us.if I knew it would be awhile, my expectations would have been different. The food itself was perfectly fine. Small improvements would make a huge difference at this location. It's in a great spot, pretty clean, and lots of parking. I hate giving a low review, so will probably give them another chance and update this if it improves. read more

The store says it opens at 11. Showed up at 11:10 and all the doors were locked but lights were on. They was clearly something going on as I could smell the chicken from outside the restaurant. I wish I could give this location NO stars. The staff is HORRIBLE. I've experienced a few very friendly cashiers here, however, there is absolutely no consistency in service from visit to visit. It's apparent that nobody who works here really cares at all. Long lines, always a good wait for food. I guess BECAUSE they get the business, there's no reason FOR them to care about giving good, consistent service. Also, it's pretty dirty inside. I don't know if she's a manager or not, but an older lady named Jeanette who frequently calls out the orders at the inside counter is rude & condescending. I've been to several Taco Bells (and other establishments) that realize that calling out a customer's name makes a personal connection, as well as moves things along faster); but she always calls out the receipt number & fusses about people not knowing what's going on. Instead of kindly guiding the customers as to please pay attention when your number is called, I just witnessed her talking down to the entire restaurant like preschoolers VIA saying it all to her cashier, in a loud voice so she was certain all the customers would hear. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! YOU HAVE 30 PEOPLE IN HERE AT ANY GIVEN TIME - that's A LOT of numbers! Just make sure your team knows the protocol - take names at time of order & call those out! But nobody cares. Or maybe they're just not smart enough to figure it all out. I think the only reason people keep going there is because it's the only double TacoBell/KFC where you can get both for miles. I live across the street and it is with a heavy heart that I say that I will never return to this taco bell again. I've been coming here for years! and it is consistantly bad. I've got no one to blame but myself. Being a taco bell regular, and having been to easily 50+ across the country, this one is the absolute worst taco bell that there is. Ticket times vary from slow to "i could have made this at home faster". The most recent time, it took me 30 minutes to get tacos... It was not busy. Not to mention, there is at least a 75% chance that the order is wrong. Typically, I over order as I know what I ordered will be wrong, and that way at least some things will be right. I will not be returning, and I used to come here at least 3-4 times a month. Maybe I'll lose some weight. read more

i guess i should have read the reviews before considering 'dinner' at this location. my husband and i were running errands and wanted something quick to eat in the car. we came to this taco bell and waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru before we got to the window, we ordered our normal spicy potato tacos with no sauce and no cheese, waited another 15 minutes to get to the next window and we get the tacos and they are cakkkkkeeddd with cheese and sauce. my husband took them back in and they said they needed all of the tacos to open them and see what was in them as if they didn't just make them. they didn't say anything after this just took the tacos and rolled their eyes and made new ones. i can't say i expect anything more from somewhere where you can get $1 tacos and appetizers.... just sucks honestly service this bad this place should be shut down read more

The worst Taco Bell & KFC I have ever been to. I ordered something from the KFC menu and the Taco Bell menu. I got the KFC order right away, but I ended up waiting 27 MINUTES for the Taco Bell box. However, compared to other fast food joints I've been to, this location is currently deserving of a one star review. Service behind the counter appeared disorganized and uninterested. The steak and beef protein selections on my "T4" combo (Mex Pizza & 2 Tacos) were backwards. You could really tell the food was prepared with little care for appearance and it really wasn't good. Most notable was the lack of cleanliness obvious to the eye both inside the dinning area and behind the counter in the kitchen. When the store manager is not there, this place falls apart. I order a meal, the cashier reads it back. My food comes out, and it's wrong. Every time I go here they cannot seem to get an order correct. And, to make it even worse, they over charged me because she entered the order wrong. Past visits are typical of this experience. At least once in a while it would be nice to get an apology. Once I had the girl argue with me telling me I ordered it wrong. Kinda hard to order wrong when you tell them a combo number. Slow today. Took over 16 minutes to put order in at the drive thru. I would have left but a car pulled in behind me and I was stuck waiting there. Guy was unapologetic at for the wait. Not that I needed it but it would have been nice if you at least acknowledge that that was a very very long wait. I don't know if the machine has broken or something. Plenty of staff working I expected to see no one in there. I would say I put in a fairly large order and so when I asked him for a handful of hot and a handful of mild sauces he gave me six sauces total. If you want to order tacos, don't bother going here. It'll take about 15-20 minutes to get your food and your order will probably be wrong. There's another taco bell nearby. It'll be faster and better even with the extra drive. I was once given a crunchwrap supreme with no meat on it, another time they gave me the entirely wrong combo, and one time I had to go back because they only gave me half the order. I just went to this Taco Bell at 11 o'clock on a Friday night when I pulled up to the drive-through there were five cars in the lane and I was next up to order it took 10 minutes for me to move up one spot then after ordering I sat in the same spot for another 10 minutes and continue to wait another 30 minutes to make it to the window to receive my food so in total I waited almost 40 minutes for five cars to be served not to mention the person behind me waited for the entire Time it took me to move from the order screen to the pay window to even be recognized as wanting to order after repeatedly saying hello for over 15 minutes once I got to the window I had to wait for the cashier to continue our conversation with someone inside the building that she worked with in order for her to pass me my food which I could see sitting on the ledge waiting to be handed out to me apparently the food is coming straight from Mexico because this is been the longest most ridiculous weight of my life I am completely disappointed and obviously they need to hire people who have a smarter fucking brain that a goddamn five-year-old read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely horrendous. Over 30 minute wait for drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Get food and it's cold. They take it back and most likely microwaved it to warm it up. Who knows how long the food was sitting out. Probably longer than health code allows. Ask for fire and hot sauce for the 5 again 5 items I purchased. Was given 4 packs of sauce. Being aggravated I left when they gave me the food without checking. Big mistake. Got home and missing one of the items I purchased. Called store immediately and of course no answer. Left message. This is absolutely horrendous service and horrendous food. Surprised health department hadn't found violations to shut this place down. Not to mention the attitude of the girl at the window. It's Taco Bell.
