She ended with the type of finishing sauce I wanted squirted on top. I went with the most spicy chipotle/chili pepper. The tacos were good, if a bit drippy. The pork was tender and moist, and the overall big bite was tasty and filling. The rice and beans may have been on the steam table all day, so were past their prime - a bit dried out. They have a small television playing programming from Mexico. I really like that touch. Other flowers and decorations too, making it authentic. I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, Barbacoa (seasoned, tender, shredded beef), medium spiced red onion salad with a spicy, tangy and sweet flavor, medium pico de gallo, shredded cheese, lettuce, and sour cream on the side, as well as a lime - garlic cream sauce on the side. Even though Chipotle is similar, the flavors here are by far way better. Sorry, no pictures - I devoured my take home platter. I wish I could eat at this place more often. I was only visiting the area. The next time I'm in Wilmington, I will definitely return. Yum. Yum. Yum.
