I only hit this Wendy's location once in a blue moon. I stopped in for a pretty big order recently and the crew did a good job with it - our order was correct, everything was hot and fresh as it can be in a fast food place, and it didn't take very long for it to be ready. Whenever we (or I should say my youngest daughter) have a hankering for Wendy's (she adores the apple pecan chicken salad and it's a pretty cheap way to feed her and make her happy), I usually go to the one in Aston a few miles down the road. I have to say, the Chichester location is definitely nicer in general and the crew is much more efficient and professional. Kudos to them! read more

Now I know this is fast food and not fine dining but the cashier had the personality of a gnat. A greeting better than "you ready? " and "dats it" would certainly enhance the charm and experience at this location. read more

11:10 am. How do you receive a burger minutes after lunch service starts that isn't even warm. Room temperature at best. I can only blame myself I should have known better read more

Worst Wendy's . I wish I could give it negative stars . The customer service is horrible and the staff is straight up rude .

Food is good but the wait is horrible. The drive thru line is always backed up and they don't know how to serve FAST food. It's not slow food lol. Manager needs to step it up and gets stuff going quicker because this ain't cutting it. This is unbelievable. Happenes every time I go too- a few car line that takes 15 mins. Terrible read more

How the hell you can't get a burger right, No Fucking CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No compensation for waiting..... read more

I would give this Wendy's a 0 rating if I could. Hands down the absolute worst Wendy's is located in Boothwuyn, PA! It's always the longest wait, no manners from the order takers, getting our order wrong! Wth? Get it together Wendy's! read more

Service is horrendous. Place constantly has a mile long line and they take FOREVER. You are better off ordering food from any normal restaurant whatsoever and waiting in the parking lot for them to make it and bring it out, it is SO much faster. Makes no sense whatsoever, y'all got a slow microwave in there or just slow employees? read more

This location is horrible. Always slow service and today our chicken nuggets tasted and smelled like an ashtray. We tried to give them a second shot after last time our food was ice cold. Do not recommend this location. read more

If I could I would give this Wendy's a zero upon ordering food from there they screwed up our order the lady lied and said that I watched her nt my burgers I ordered 4 and when we went to pick up the order we were missing 1 burger so my nephew went back up and they refused to give him the burger so my niece went up there and said something she came back with the burger! Never will I order from this Wendy's again they are rude and the girl who got our food order really should learn how to count and stop lying not to mention our food was cold read more

This place sucks. I went to the drive through and ordered the number 2 baconator. When I get my receipt I see that the the cashier actually charged me for the son of baconator. When I told the cashier, she insisted that the son of baconator is the number 2 (which it isn't). She was very rude and the entire interaction was just unbelievable. I'm not mad that she made a mistake but her reaction was unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can. read more

Lovely staff, and fast service. Reasonable prices and great quality food (for restaurant type).

This location has been here for as long as I can remember. I've only been once or twice, but each time was pretty standard. I've only been through the drive-thru, but given the area it is in it's probably for the best. The drive-thru has been super easy and I've received my food quickly. I love Wendy's, I'll be back! read more

Dude, three times, in one month, NO cheese on my chicken sandwich when asked for it....this store used to rule...NO more! Way to go. read more

The drive-through at this Wendy's is so ridiculously slow it is beyond belief. You sit in line for 10 minutes before they even recognize that there somebody at the order window And then it takes another 10 minutes just to get up to the window where you have to pay. By the time you get your food you've been sitting in line for 30 damn minutes read more

Fuck your shitty ass store hair in my food and I got a pic and I corrected the order on the intercom five times and they still sold me the wrong shit fuck chi ave Wendy's read more

Wendy's - Look at this fucking hair and they fucked up on my order after correcting it over intercom fuck chi ave Wendy's !!! - Fast Food Near Me - Boothwyn, Pennsylvania

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Lines are always long and take forever there always out of something or something is always broke. People who work there are always rude food is most of the time to warm like it's been sitting. Just go another Wendy's because this one sucks read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! Not as far as quality of service.. but the quality of food and effort into making the food. The fries served have been cooked and sat out.. the drinks are always watered down and the sandwiches themselves are pitiful. Idk how this business has managed to stay open this long. I will make the extra effort to drive to the Wendy's at the Pennell Rd location before I come here again! read more

HORRIBLE. Longest drive thru line ever and the staff is awfully rude!! Thought the point of a drive thru was quick service but every time i visit this location i'm stuck in line for at least 20+ minutes. Do yourself a favor and visit the wendys in aston instead - it will for sure save you more time and frustration! Although its further away from home than this location i would MUCH RATHER travel the distance than deal with the chi wendys workers and the wait! read more

Ordered onlIne for lunch today because I didn't want the extras on my sandwich to get missed as something always does when ordering from the drive thru and that location is always super busy at lunch. Not only did the order take twice as long for them to make but my pickles were not on it and the fries were lukewarm. Giving 2 stars because the food did taste good. read more

This is your typical Wendy's. The girl that took my order was very nice. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Order was correct. Place was clean but very cold. Even another customer complained to me that it was cold. read more

This place is awful! Lately every time go come here we are short on our food order. My husband and son went tonight and the cashier was nasty to my husband! Absolutely ridiculous! If you don't know what you sell, you are an idiot! Lucky I wasn't there! read more

I went inside and waited 5 minutes to get waited on b/c the only person at the counter was also filling the orders that she took. Finally waited on and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to make 2 caesar salads!! Its romaine lettuce, not a 3 course meal! Slowest service in Boothwyn, Aston and Brookhaven put together. NOT "fast food". read more

There is something very wrong with the chicken at this Wendy's.... It's a shame too because it's so close to my house but I will drive the extra minute down the road to go somewhere else than to just walk to the closest place to my house. The thicken is always stringy and fleshy, I don't know how to explain it , but my boyfriend noticed that too, now we never eat there read more

Horrible drive thru. Waited today for 15 min And the line did not move. Quicker to go 3 miles down the road to McDonald's.

If you want to see how a fast food restaurant should be run; stop by this location during the lunch hour on any week day. Fast, efficient, and friendly. read more

Went thru drive thru. No waiting, food was hot, not greasy, tasted fresh and was good. In addition, the order was correct and all there including straws and spoon (which is often not the case these days). The person taking the order had a little trouble getting the order entered correct but no big deal. Can't do much better for fast food and it was definitely better than 95% of the fast food places I've been to in years. read more

Wendy's is my goto for fast food burgers and this place is the best of the ones I've been to. Service is always fast and friendly and food is always fresh. Wished the Wendy's near me (Kennett square) took a page from management here. read more
