I only hit this Wendy's location once in a blue moon. I stopped in for a pretty big order recently and the crew did a good job with it - our order was correct, everything was hot and fresh as it can be in a fast food place, and it didn't take very long for it to be ready. Whenever we (or I should say my youngest daughter) have a hankering for Wendy's (she adores the apple pecan chicken salad and it's a pretty cheap way to feed her and make her happy), I usually go to the one in Aston a few miles down the road. I have to say, the Chichester location is definitely nicer in general and the crew is much more efficient and professional. Kudos to them! read more

Food is good but the wait is horrible. The drive thru line is always backed up and they don't know how to serve FAST food. It's not slow food lol. Service is horrendous. Place constantly has a mile long line and they take FOREVER. You are better off ordering food from any normal restaurant whatsoever and waiting in the parking lot for them to make it and bring it out, it is SO much faster. This place sucks. I went to the drive through and ordered the number 2 baconator. When I get my receipt I see that the the cashier actually charged me for the son of baconator. When I told the cashier, she insisted that the son of baconator is the number 2 (which it isn't). She was very rude and the entire interaction was just unbelievable. This location has been here for as long as I can remember. I've only been once or twice, but each time was pretty standard. I've only been through the drive-thru, but given the area it is in it's probably for the best. The drive-thru has been super easy and I've received my food quickly. Went thru drive thru. No waiting, food was hot, not greasy, tasted fresh and was good. In addition, the order was correct and all there including straws and spoon (which is often not the case these days). The person taking the order had a little trouble getting the order entered correct but no big deal. Can't do much better for fast food and it was definitely better than 95% of the fast food places I've been to in years. read more
