Great spot. Pretzels are always hot and fresh. The service is incredibly fast and friendly. It's crazy busy in the morning but they do a great job getting people in and out! Prices have remained pretty stable too which is rare these days!! read more

Service wise, this place gets five stars. I needed a bunch of pretzels for a work event, called them the day before and they had 100 pretzels ready for me at the time I picked them up. Hot and ready to go with a fair price. I'm not the biggest fan of the overall franchise and I think there are much better pretzels out there. Still, I'd go to Philly Pretzel Factory when I am craving a pretzel. It does the job. read more

Stopped in a few weeks ago for some mini pretzels. My boyfriend loves hot pretzels so he enjoyed these. Service was fine - very nice male cashier/baker/everyman - he was the only one visible and working. No issues for me. read more

I love there new drive thru looks like someone drove thru the building you can drive your car right into the middle of the building this is brilliant especially when it's raining outside thank you so very much read more

Wanted to bring some fresh soft pretzels to a friends house for the Eagles game today and was very happy with my decision. I got a dozen piping hot, fresh from the oven ,pretzels and a bottle of super hot mustard and was overwhelmed by the delicious smell before I even got back to my car! I was eating one seconds after shutting the door. Some bad reviews here about service but I had no issues. Nice employees even though it was packed with people, no doubt bringing pretzels to their tailgate parties. I did have to wait a few minutes for the next tray of pretzels, but other than that it went pretty quick considering there was a constant flow of people coming in and about 8 in line. Only complaint is the parking lot. Tough getting in and out. They share it with a Dunkin' Donuts, which wasn't busy at all, but it's hard to get in and out of the lot here. Well suited for a Starbucks location. read more

Probably about the worst customer service and way to run a business. I've ordered there numerous times and everything was going fine first few times mobile ordering there. i have now ordered twice and order never showed for delivery for event I was hosting thank goodness for Springfield location as they came through last minute twice. Don't know why I gave them another chance but I gave them the benefit of the doubt i g Then again TODAY i tried to place an order for delivery and the manager was supposed to call me back to let me know if they could deliver and the girl Madison said Marcus was supposed to call me but guess he never did. So instead of someone calling a REPEAT customer back they just decided it wasn't important enough to do so! Horrible customer service will be ordering from Springfield from now on! read more

Buyer Beware! 1. Received 15 pretzels from on top of the pile stacked 5 layers deep. How long were they sitting there? They were HARD. No surprise right? Replaced them with 13 more pretzels from the same pile of hard pretzels. Does this store have any freshly made pretzels? Probably not! 2. How much are your advertised happy hour milkshakes? Oh, we don't have them. But, you have multiple advertisements in the store for your happy hour milkshakes and you don't have them? 3. This is for anyone who thinks they should visit this location again? Ok, can you stamp my frequent customer card (See attached picture) that I received from this store? Worker: Let me see that. No, I don't think we take that anymore. Me: Can you ask someone like the owner? Worker: I have already asked and we do not accept this anymore. Me thinking (but, how did you ask the owner if you didn't know what the card looked like and had to see mine to make up your response?) In the end, of course between the 2 cards I should be getting 10 free pretzels, but I got nothing just hard not fresh pretzels! I would like to hear from this once great franchise owner. read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - two stickers - Bakeries Near Me - Broomall, Pennsylvania

Pretzels were good but the help stinks. The girl with glasses/ long blond hair needs customer service skills. I ordered a small rivet box and she is cramming the pretzels in the box, squashing them all. This same girl was just unfriendly and rude. I'll go to Wawa.... read more

The service here is terrible it's not how it used to be. All of the cashiers are slow and not good. Especially the manager is awful and has an attitude. read more

I like to stop here after the gym for carbs. Ya need to teach your cashiers some customer service skills please. Not once have any of them thanked me when returning change. Today one was annoyed i only had a $20 bill and my change was given in an abrupt fashion and no thank you given. Is it my problem her drawer wasn't adequately provisioned with money in it? If this was the first time Id not waste my time on this review. Still giving 3 stars because i love the pretzels. OWNERS: You're running a business here. Step up ! read more

If you are looking for pretzels or pretzel products, this place is great. Love the daily specials. Staff is helpful and prices are very reasonable. read more

Good Philly pretzels at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and as always - people love to eat them.

These guys are one of several competing chains. That's a good thing for us consumers. You go here because you have a craving for some kind of pretzel based food. It could be just a plain warm pretzel. Or maybe it's those little pretzel nuggets. You might step it up a notch and grab a hot dog or sausage wrapped in pretzel dough. No matter what you do it's going to involve pretzel dough. These guys do a fine job. They are next to a Starbucks so grab a pretzel with your coffee instead of a super high calorie choice from the Starbucks bakery case! read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - Bakeries Near Me - Broomall, Pennsylvania

If you are from Philly and do not love a hot pretzel right from the oven then there is something wrong with you, These guys have hooked me up many times with little notice. If you need a quick party tray they can whip it up in about 20 minutes. Just call ahead to avoid the wait. Now most traditionalists put mustard on their pretzels, but I am telling you to think outside the box and try the cinnamon dip or the buttercream. Both are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed. So for your next get together make sure to order up some Soft pretzels from the Philly Pretzel Factory, your guests will thank you later. read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - Soft Pretzel - Bakeries Near Me - Broomall, Pennsylvania

Send time this place "couldn't find" an online order that was placed. Charged the account and the girl on the phone didn't make an effort to fix the problem. read more

This is my least favorite Pretzel Factory. If you are placing a larger order, it might be fine. But if you just want a pretzel, go to Wawa. First of all, no drive-thru, that's whatever, but just a heads-up. As most are likely aware, Pretzel Factory locations are franchised he ownership or at least a management of this location must be awful. The people who work here are consistently miserable, it is not worth the unnecessary downer in your day when you're just trying to get a simple snack. Tonight they locked me out as they watched me walk across the parking lot with the exact change for a single pretzel in my hand. It was a whole weird exchange with the girl behind the counter eventually screaming that they close at 6:00. When I got back to my car it was literally 6:01 p.m. Trust me, you don't need this kind of negativity in your life. Stay away. read more

Circa: May 1962 Place: Mother Of Divine Grace catholic grade school in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. If I recall correctly, Wednesdays was pretzel day. Sister John (always a male's name??) offered a whole pretzel for 5 cents. The good sister offered pieces that she ripped with her hands for one or two cents. (Yes - she washed her hands prior to "surgery"). Sister Bob offered half pretzels for 3 cents. Regardless if you ordered full pretzels (my choice - hey, I was a growing boy!) or pieces ( usually the girls - they were watching their figure even at 10 years old - It's a joke ladies don't get your uniform in a knot! ), the pleasantly dense and slightly charred bottom provided sustenance and pleasure in one bite. If YELP existed in 1962 - 5 stars (As good as it gets) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday - May 21, 2013 - 2PM Place: Philly Pretzel Factory, Broomall Pa I ordered 15 unsalted pretzels. The attendant indicated that unsalted pretzels were specially made and took approximately 10 minutes to bake. I accepted. Ten minutes later I received 15 piping hot, unsalted, browned ovals of heaven. I savored one in the car. They had the typically browned, soft, light consistency but, alas, lacked the density and charred bottom that I first enjoyed over 50 years ago. YELP present day - 4 stars (Yay - I'm a fan ) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wonder if Sisters John and Bob are still offering pretzels pieces in heaven?? read more

Not to be one of those people but I'm in the restaurant industry myself so maybe the criticism will help. I walk in and cashier on phone, I was only customer so you'd think she'd put whoever on hold and take care of me literally for 1min but NOPE! Also as I'm standing there 3 other employees walked by and didn't say 1 word. Very Rude! read more

I always stop by here when I'm driving eastwards on West Chester Pike - it's right next to a Starbucks so it's great for a quick snack and coffee. Staff is always nice, and pretzels like these can be found nowhere else. Pretzel dog + all the mustards will cost you close to nothing and will fill both your tummy and your heart. Be careful not to confuse this one with the other one on Rt. 3-- I called ahead to the wrong one and ordered a party tray and when I arrived, I realized I was at the wrong one.. read more

I love this place. I've never had any issues and have always been treated with respect. I come here often to get pretzels anytime my daughter has something going on at her school or any type of events this is one of the first places that pop in on my mind. I call and order ahead everything is always correct so far and everybody loves pretzels so there's not really much to complain about here. The parking used to be a pain sometimes because of Starbucks but they are no longer there. If you have an event coming up or anything definitely give these guys a try even just for a simple mini pretzel basket with some dip you won't regret it. read more

So I wore a mask in the store and bought a hot dog. I put mustard on it and ate it outside the store. Of course I took off the mask to eat. I look around and there is no trash can so I headed back inside the store to throw out the wrapper real quick. Mind you there were no customers inside the store and the cashier guy was about 8' away behind plexiglass wearing a mask. He proceeds to scream at me "Sir you can't come in here without a mask!!". I was so startled and taken aback I just quickly threw it in the trash and walked out. Next time I'll be prepared for his ignorant-ass self. read more

The pretzels were great. But the guy behind the counter needs a lesson in sanitation. He kept taking his hat off and running his fingers through his sweaty hair and then putting his hat back on without washing them. He did use paper to pick up the pretzels but he opened the bag with his dirty hands. Saturday the 14th. About 1:30. read more

I stopped here on 2/9/14, and I mention this in case someone would like to fire the cashier. I had never been here before and the service was about the worst I have seen anywhere. I was the only customer and the cashier could hardly remember what we doing. She couldn't answer my questions, she was not mentally present. The pretzels were really, really good and I would have given a better rating but removed one star for the poor service and another for the lack of cleanliness. read more

I don't know if it is the Philly in my blood, but I love a good soft pretzel. The ones they sell are about the closest to what I remember being sold after school to support the sports teams at my high school. They are fresh, warm, and soft with a slightly hardened exterior that is moderately salted. I totally love the mustard dippy cups- watch the Dusseldorf though, it's hot! The chocolate dip tasted too much like a reduction of Hershey's syrup, so I would recommend avoiding this one unless you really have a hankering for something sweet. read more

The girl who was working on 11/11/15 at 1:30 pm needs an attitude adjustment. She was on the phone taking an order as she handled my transaction. Maybe the baker could have fulfilled my order while she handles the call? A simple "you're welcome" after I said thank you would have been nice. I buy 100 pretzels here a week and unfortunately it's the closest one for me to hit before I see clients. read more

Always a great place to pick up pretzels. We try and stop there every time we are in Philadelphia.

Pretzels are ok but whoever is working the Saturday shift morning shift at the cashier is terrible! My grandmother has a thick Filipino accent and as she was ordering, the cashier lady was definitely not treating her w respect. So we let it go and then went back a second time, same exact woman and still the same terrible attitude of slamming things around and rushing! Terrible service and we won't be coming back. read more
