Service wise, this place gets five stars. I needed a bunch of pretzels for a work event, called them the day before and they had 100 pretzels ready for me at the time I picked them up. Hot and ready to go with a fair price. I'm not the biggest fan of the overall franchise and I think there are much better pretzels out there. Still, I'd go to Philly Pretzel Factory when I am craving a pretzel. It does the job. read more

Wanted to bring some fresh soft pretzels to a friends house for the Eagles game today and was very happy with my decision. I got a dozen piping hot, fresh from the oven ,pretzels and a bottle of super hot mustard and was overwhelmed by the delicious smell before I even got back to my car! I was eating one seconds after shutting the door. Some bad reviews here about service but I had no issues. Nice employees even though it was packed with people, no doubt bringing pretzels to their tailgate parties. I did have to wait a few minutes for the next tray of pretzels, but other than that it went pretty quick considering there was a constant flow of people coming in and about 8 in line. Only complaint is the parking lot. Tough getting in and out. They share it with a Dunkin' Donuts, which wasn't busy at all, but it's hard to get in and out of the lot here. Probably about the worst customer service and way to run a business. I've ordered there numerous times and everything was going fine first few times mobile ordering there. i have now ordered twice and order never showed for delivery for event I was hosting thank goodness for Springfield location as they came through last minute twice. Don't know why I gave them another chance but I gave them the benefit of the doubt i g Then again TODAY i tried to place an order for delivery and the manager was supposed to call me back to let me know if they could deliver and the girl Madison said Marcus was supposed to call me but guess he never did. So instead of someone calling a REPEAT customer back they just decided it wasn't important enough to do so! Horrible customer service will be ordering from Springfield from now on! read more

Buyer Beware! 1. Received 15 pretzels from on top of the pile stacked 5 layers deep. How long were they sitting there? They were HARD. No surprise right? Replaced them with 13 more pretzels from the same pile of hard pretzels. Does this store have any freshly made pretzels? Probably not! 2. How much are your advertised happy hour milkshakes? Oh, we don't have them. But, you have multiple advertisements in the store for your happy hour milkshakes and you don't have them? 3. This is for anyone who thinks they should visit this location again? Ok, can you stamp my frequent customer card (See attached picture) that I received from this store? Worker: Let me see that. No, I don't think we take that anymore. Me: Can you ask someone like the owner? Worker: I have already asked and we do not accept this anymore. Me thinking (but, how did you ask the owner if you didn't know what the card looked like and had to see mine to make up your response?) These guys are one of several competing chains. That's a good thing for us consumers. You go here because you have a craving for some kind of pretzel based food. This is my least favorite Pretzel Factory. If you are placing a larger order, it might be fine. But if you just want a pretzel, go to Wawa. First of all, no drive-thru, that's whatever, but just a heads-up. As most are likely aware, Pretzel Factory locations are franchised he ownership or at least a management of this location must be awful. The people who work here are consistently miserable, it is not worth the unnecessary downer in your day when you're just trying to get a simple snack. Tonight they locked me out as they watched me walk across the parking lot with the exact change for a single pretzel in my hand. It was a whole weird exchange with the girl behind the counter eventually screaming that they close at 6:00. Sister John (always a male's name??) offered a whole pretzel for 5 cents. The good sister offered pieces that she ripped with her hands for one or two cents. (Yes - she washed her hands prior to "surgery"). Sister Bob offered half pretzels for 3 cents. I always stop by here when I'm driving eastwards on West Chester Pike - it's right next to a Starbucks so it's great for a quick snack and coffee. Staff is always nice, and pretzels like these can be found nowhere else. Pretzel dog + all the mustards will cost you close to nothing and will fill both your tummy and your heart. I love this place. I've never had any issues and have always been treated with respect. I come here often to get pretzels anytime my daughter has something going on at her school or any type of events this is one of the first places that pop in on my mind. I call and order ahead everything is always correct so far and everybody loves pretzels so there's not really much to complain about here. The parking used to be a pain sometimes because of Starbucks but they are no longer there. I look around and there is no trash can so I headed back inside the store to throw out the wrapper real quick. I stopped here on 2/9/14, and I mention this in case someone would like to fire the cashier. I had never been here before and the service was about the worst I have seen anywhere. I was the only customer and the cashier could hardly remember what we doing. She couldn't answer my questions, she was not mentally present. I don't know if it is the Philly in my blood, but I love a good soft pretzel. The ones they sell are about the closest to what I remember being sold after school to support the sports teams at my high school. They are fresh, warm, and soft with a slightly hardened exterior that is moderately salted. I totally love the mustard dippy cups- watch the Dusseldorf though, it's hot! The chocolate dip tasted too much like a reduction of Hershey's syrup, so I would recommend avoiding this one unless you really have a hankering for something sweet. read more

Always hot, fresh and delicious pretzels!!! Best around!! The super hot mustard is so delicious I just wish it was hotter!! Just got back from there and devoured 2 pretzels!! Pretzels are ok but whoever is working the Saturday shift morning shift at the cashier is terrible! My grandmother has a thick Filipino accent and as she was ordering, the cashier lady was definitely not treating her w respect. So we let it go and then went back a second time, same exact woman and still the same terrible attitude of slamming things around and rushing! Terrible service and we won't be coming back. read more
