Buyer Beware! 1. Received 15 pretzels from on top of the pile stacked 5 layers deep. How long were they sitting there? They were HARD. No surprise right? Replaced them with 13 more pretzels from the same pile of hard pretzels. Does this store have any freshly made pretzels? Probably not! 2. How much are your advertised happy hour milkshakes? Oh, we don't have them. But, you have multiple advertisements in the store for your happy hour milkshakes and you don't have them? 3. This is for anyone who thinks they should visit this location again? Ok, can you stamp my frequent customer card (See attached picture) that I received from this store? Worker: Let me see that. No, I don't think we take that anymore. Me: Can you ask someone like the owner? Worker: I have already asked and we do not accept this anymore. Me thinking (but, how did you ask the owner if you didn't know what the card looked like and had to see mine to make up your response?) In the end, of course between the 2 cards I should be getting 10 free pretzels, but I got nothing just hard not fresh pretzels! I would like to hear from this once great franchise owner.

These guys are one of several competing chains. That's a good thing for us consumers. You go here because you have a craving for some kind of pretzel based food. It could be just a plain warm pretzel. Or maybe it's those little pretzel nuggets. You might step it up a notch and grab a hot dog or sausage wrapped in pretzel dough. No matter what you do it's going to involve pretzel dough. These guys do a fine job. They are next to a Starbucks so grab a pretzel with your coffee instead of a super high calorie choice from the Starbucks bakery case!

Good Philly pretzels at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and as always - people love to eat them.

The service was pretty slow considering the # of ppl in the drive through. It was a fairly quiet atmosphere. The worker was a bit frantic though at the window. The fries were way too salty but they were hot! However the burger was good although sloppy. I also didn't receive the sauce requested. I would go back for the burger and unsalted fries!

The person at the counter who took our order was actually not very nice. We had questions about the menu but she sat there and stared at us instead of answering. That's fine. My husband and I enjoy awkward and slightly rude interactions. Not everyone is having a good day. My husband ordered the number 3 which was the double steak burger California with cheese fries. He pulled off most of the onions but thought the burger was actually pretty good. He said he'd return. I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich with French fries. I really liked the shape of the fries. They were like shoe string fries but softer. Unfortunately both my fries and my sandwich was overly salty. I tried knocking off the salt on the fries and adding ketchup on the sandwich but couldn't overcome all the salt. We shared a turtle concrete. It was just okay. It got soupy very quick. I think because it's custard...maybe. overall, we both agreed on a 2 for this place given the setbacks but we'd come back for something quick if we're in the mood.

Uber Eats confirmed HAB was 100% responsible for the promotion and promotion details. ISSUE ONE: DECEPTIVE MARKETING Uber Eats Promotion: BOGO Burger for $7.49. We decide to give it a try, never heard of Have-A-Burger. The business is located in an ice skating ring, think an expanded snacks counter. When placing the order through Uber Eats, there is a required selection for burger type, each option with an add-on price...no way to proceed without add-on pricing. This means that the BOGO Burger is really only BOGO Roll and Lettuce. There is NO WAY to check out with any Burger BOGO at the advertised price, 100% impossible. That is issue #1, and Uber Eats allows any vendor to write up anything and zero enforcement so restaurants can write up anything they want...totally allowed and zero consequences. $7.49 BOGO clocks out at minimum price $14.49, as if two burgers would be close to $30.00. ISSUE TWO: WHERE'S THE BEEF? Swear if you hold up the burger to the window you will see daylight. I haven't seen a burger this thin in my life. It was so thin it caught our attention because of how thin it was...again taste was ok but nothing there. ----- We were rather discussed and will not repeat. Anyone pulling these tricks do not deserve our business.

I currently live in Delco, and as a result, I've frequented the same places for the last twenty-five years. Then I stumbled onto Van Horn's one day, and my cheesesteak experience hasn't been the same since. I stuck with the same steak for a while -- I highly recommend the blackened chicken cheesesteak. But recently I ventured out to try something new, and once again, Van Horn's didn't disappoint. The fact that you can get your chicken cheesesteak chopped or chunked is another nice touch. It's rare that I pay for something I'm used to paying a little less for and feel like I actually got my money's worth -- but that's exactly the case here. I've talked to family and friends, and we'll gladly rank Van Horn's as the best place in Delco, hands down, against any other contenders. Sitting here right now, looking forward to chowing down for lunch. Thanks!

Coming to this burger franchise is great. You're not only helping support a fairly independent company but the service and the way they treat you is incomparable to other burger joints. Forgetting about how the place works with getting a burger and drinks I was happy to find out though the burgers may be a little pricey the ingredients you ask them to put on them are free! Also just to mention the drinks are surprisingly affordable and the fries are legendary and so tasty. (Both the beef meat and the fries are crafted right there in the restaurant so no pre-made patties or over-heated and stale fries for you!). Go here if you have the chance. I was psyched when I found out the one in this place is still standing (I was admittedly disappointed the one closer to me closed down recently) and to support a restaurant like this is helping you get tasty grub and happy workers continue doing their great jobs.
