This is the best Philly pretzel factory store. In my opinion, everyone is very nice very hard-working and they aim to please.

I love this place the pretzel are always fresh and warm. I literally have to check myself because I would go there every day after the gym.

I've been eating Philly soft pretzels for as long as I can remember. They are a staple at any family gathering. However, I can't believe how expensive it is to get a pretzel. I walked in and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the pretzel prices. It's a crime when pretzels are so cheap to make. I can remember when you could walk in and get one for .50! The staff were friendly but they charge you extra for sauces on top of the pretzels. They still taste great but are expensive compared to what they used to be. Inside looks like it needs a deep cleaning too! read more

I love soft pretzels and stopped here for a treat for my son and I. We walked in happily and greeted the employee who seemed very out of it. We ordered 10 pretzels to go and several dipping sauces. The sauces were all super sticky and I instantly regretted purchasing them. They seemed dirty and not fresh. There was a bee flying around my head and it would not leave me alone. The employee just stared at me weirdly as I was trying to pay and leave. Another customer came in and the employee started to help him while I was still checking out. I felt rushed and I realized it because there was a swarm of yellow jackets in the front of the store. The pretzels were fresh and soft, however they did not have a selection of other menu items available, cinnamon pretzels, cheese steak pretzels, etc. If the store was cleaner, did not have an issue with yellow jackets near the sodas and such, and a friendlier employee we would consider coming back. Pretty straight shooting. They make great pretzels every day. Whenever I come back to Philly to visit my parents, I stop here and buy 5 pretzels. I always say I will only have just one or two and inevitably eat them all they are so good. See you next visit! read more

I went to this store earlier today. The ace was mobbed, I get it, eagles, superbowl. Glad to see they are having such a great day. There were two lines, one for pick up of pre-orders and the line to the counter for walk-ins. I stood in the walk-in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the counter I was told I could not buy 5 pretzels, although there were plenty of pretzels on the counter, and a customer only three people in front of me just bought a strip of 5. No signs, no announcement informing customers they could not but loose pretzels. Only an arrogant young lady at the register telling me all they had were pretzel dogs. I hope she loves that job because I am not sure she will ever qualify for a better one. I did not make a scene, kinda wish i did but that would not be fair to all the other customers on such a big day for the fans. A better decision could have and should have been made by that young lady. She has just cost that business a customer. I suspect I am not alone. read more

I want to thank the franchise owner Phyllis for not only giving away a FREE large pretzel tray on FRIDAYS(my name was drawn) but for also making the Coatesville Kid Raiders 1st place win at the bert bell cheerleading competition that much better with really fresh, tasty,warm,soft Philly Pretzel rivets. The girls enjoyed them so much they devoured the large tray and 3 dips!!! Phyllis went above and beyond for them by heading into work extra early to make sure she can have our tray ready and super fresh for us. I'm super impressed with not only the pretzels but with the customer service. That goes a lot further with repeat customers, which we will continue to be along with many others that have told me great things about this location. Thank you so much again!!! read more

This is my favorite place to get soft pretzels. They are warm, big, and crunchy on the outside. They are a great snack if you are on the road and hungry. They are also relatively cheap. The service is great. The person at the register was amazing. She was attentive. She wasn't rude or condescending at all. read more

I was at first impressed with my experience but quickly unimpressed. I went in with my six year old side kick and a young woman came to the front to greet me, she was friendly and didn't mind that I needed more time to decide what I wanted. After choosing five minis and a cinnamon twist pretzel for some friends and family, it was relatively cheap. We left the store and decided to split the cinnamon twist between the two of us. We decided to go back in and get a box of rivets to bring back for more people and the cashier was friendly again because the food was so good. They said they were giving us fresh rivets but after trying some the rivets were rock hard. Some of the rivets were fresh but I would say about 1/3 were one inedible and had to be thrown out. The quality of the food just really ruined the experience overall. I may give this branch one more try to see if this was a fluke. read more

The food is amazing! Love the dips and pretzels! The cheesesteak pretzel is my favorite. However the young girl at the register was so rude and disrespectful that i have to give them 3 stars. Customers are and important and if you dont treat them with respect then your business is doomed. When i tried talking to her she just stared at me with a blank nasty stare. When i then asked about a specific pretzel she pointed generally and said it was that one. Not even answering my original question. Very disappointed. read more

The service and quality is horrible. When Kevin and Kareem ran this store is was fabulous. Whoever is managing this store needs to re-train their staff or hire new workers. Incredibly disappointed at the ongoing decline of this store. read more
