I visited on a Friday night with a couple friends. The restaurant was busy, but not crazy. It wasn't at all clear though what the seating process was when we entered. There was a "Please Wait to be Seated" sign, but not a clear line and we weren't sure if we waited there or put our name on a list somewhere. We briefly waited at the counter right inside the door, but then realized that was for people picking up to-go orders. When no employees addressed us, we ended up asking another customer what we were supposed to do, and luckily she knew and didn't mind explaining it to us. Apparently, we put our name in with employees at a counter further inside the dining area. The restaurant really needs to make the process clear to new diners entering, either through signs or pro-active employees. Once we found the employee with the list, we were told we had a 15-20 minute wait, which turned out to be accurate. There was a row of seats at the front of the restaurant we could sit in while we waited. Once we were seated and given menus, we met our server, Sam, who was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The menu has the most extensive list of milkshake flavors I've ever seen, and it was hard to pick just one. If you have issues with dairy, be warned that they don't offer any type of alternative non-dairy milk for the shakes. They do have a lot of syrup flavors for customizing a soda though as an alternative. Aside from the shakes and sodas it's a basic burger and fries menu, with a few other things thrown in. We each ordered shakes and burgers, and a basket each of fries and onion rings for the table. We all thought the food was very tasty and decent value for the flavor and freshness. I wanted a greasy burger and a thick shake, and this fit the bill. The restaurant is clean and bright and colorful, and just gives off a fun vibe. There are a couple restrooms which were clean and well-maintained, although the one I was in didn't have a hook for me to hang my bag up off the floor, which is a miss. Other than the lack of greeting and direction when we entered, the employees were all friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back the next time we're craving burgers and milkshakes.

A long list of "burgers" which all can be made with beef burger, fried or grilled chicken or turkey burger. I chose the fried chicken LA Avocado and he the Cowboy burger. The chicken was frozen pre breaded style and my sandwich although large was lackluster in flavor. The burger nothing special. Both came with fries that were probably the highlight of the meal - and they were nothing special themselves.
