Food usually comes out alright but the line takes forever despite having two lines. Today, I tried to order an egg mcmuffin with bacon instead of Canadian. Somehow, this was misinterpreted by the staff so badly that I received an egg patty with cheese, Canadian bacon, and bacon... with no muffin or bread of any kind. And they charged over $7 for it somehow! How on Earth does a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin end up becoming a sandwich with no bun and almost double the price? Two stars is being generous. read more

Awful. There is a middle aged lady with horrible hair who has a nasty attitude. I personally work in the fast food industry and I would NEVER treat a customer the way I was just treated. I waited for my food for over 20 mins, I get it's a rush, but when I ask about the status she should not yell at me about it or have an attitude like I was causing trouble. Didn't think it was possible to get cold food at 12 pm during lunch but the cheese couldn't even melt and the fries seemed soggy and from the fridge. Check your order. I asked for honey mustard and they gave ketchup so I did tell them I needed the honey mustard. The trash guy was outside screaming on his phone "idc, get the f$&@ out of my life, blah blah blah." How in the hell on St. Patrick's Day, The shamrock shake machine is down? It's like every time we want a milkshake it's out of service. Simple order of large fries came out old and cold. Returned them to the counter and explained the problem, the clerk went to the fry tray and scooped me out another batch of the same old fries. Really? So instead of wasting any more time, I threw them away and left. This is my neighborhood McDonald's, so we frequent here from time to time. I have used every service from drive thru, ordering inside, pick up inside, curbside pickup (my favorite).. the staff at this McDonald's is extremely friendly, helpful.. honestly it is the best MCD's customer service. My order is always hot and fresh. They really have never messed up my order. I think one time it took a little long and they gave me a hash brown coupon and a fries coupon without me even saying anything. Which I wouldn't say anything anyway because they always do a great job. My son loves his little happy meals and once in a while we stop for a good old MCD's ice cream cone. This is hands down the nicest Mcdonalds I've ever been to in my life. There was a beautiful waterfall outside in the landscaping and nice outdoor patio sitting with umbrellas. This location was recently redone. I asked an employee when they reopened and she informed me they reopened in August. There are touch screens to order inside and pay on or you can order to a person at the registers. You then get a number and can sit down. They deliver your food to you! It took a bit longer than usual to get out food considering this is supposed to be fast food but that's fine. You do have to get your drinks yourself even though you order a specific drink on the touchscreen. The decor was nice and modern. Seriously like no other Mcdonalds I've ever seen! The older lady working to drivethru is rude , and the rest of the staff are incompetent. We are being forced to use the kiosks instead. If you pay cash you can use counter. I don't carry cash I use only my debit card. I should not be forced to use the kiosks. I dont like them. I enjoy an occasional quarter pounder and my daughter fetched one from this McDonalds. It was cooked perfectly and had lots of onion which I always get with a burger. This was a far better meal than I got from a different Local McDonalds where I received a dried out burger that must have had a long spell under the heat lamp. It's worth the drive! read more

Is a McDonalds I don't think any one expects five stars and for the most part we know a head of time what we are getting. I brought my son for Vday. We did the drive thru. He really wanted a lego movie cup. They had signs out by window saying they were there. i asked at the speaker if they still had them and wanted to know if they came with the happy meal or if it was something ordered separate. The exchange for that took several minutes ( I didn;t think it was a difficult or un heard of question). After I was able to order my sons happy meal and I ordered to McDoubles and asked for no pickles. Were driving and I start eating my burger and notice it has pickles and this orangey sauce all over it. I thought hmmm maybe it touched another burger being made and the other one might be ok. ( I didn't really need two of them anyway). I opened the other one and same thing. I looked at the wrapper and saw it said mac special. I decided to turn around and ask for the correct order. No one was nasty but I would expect the cashiers to be trained to be apologetic. Obviously I am not going to be nasty in fear someone might spit in my food. Very disappointing experience. read more
