I like McDonalds' Big Mac and some other food. And with some places being renovated It really modernizes the Ronald Reality Experience Ambiance. BUT. After making a VERY important call about MY happy meal, the worker, who should be fired, hung up after asking a VERY seriously amazing question about the apple pies and OFFBRAND marshmallow figurines that pay my rent from making a living of selling them on Craigslist. YUK! The pictures speak for themselves but a bit of background. From what I can make out from the illegible receipt (perhaps so customers do not fill out the satisfaction survey) is the original order was on January 28, 2020 at 11:59 pm (waited 20 minutes to get to the front of the line). The burger was not cooked. I went back through the drive thru and said as much. The person on the other end said that they would prepare another. Another 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. At this point, it is January 29, 2020 at 00:19 am. Spoke to Richard (could not see a name tags and I was looking for one). Didn't really seem to care too much that the first order was terrible, the second order was not started and the receipt was unreadable. The second burger was cooked a bit more but still under-cooked. McDonald's food is traditionally very consistent. This was way off the mark and potentially a food safely issue. I considered calling the store during the day to speak to a manager. After reading the Yelp reviews and the negative feedback about the manager(s) at this location, I decided against it. This is all the energy I intend to give to it. I wouldn't go there again. The hispanic woman manager (no other way to identify) at this location is extremely rude, the double drive through is a disaster and doesn't flow evenly, we were stuck for 5 minutes because she wouldn't take orders for the lane we were in, She never told me a total or asked if the order was correct on the screen which it was not. A mess would be a good description for this location, much better on nazareth Pike. read more

Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes just for the women, who's name I unfortunately don't know to put here, stops our order half way through and proceeds to start taking the other lanes orders for 6 cars. the lady manager who i spoke to on the phone is an idiot , i ordered door dash and i got a 2 cheese burger meal and one of them came without the patty it was just bun and cheese !! i called and the manager was rude and hung up & she said that i have the wrong place when that's clearly where i ordered from. Stopped yesterday after a service call in the immediate area for lunch. First time I have been here in maybe a year, but I just got some coupons BOGO so I thought I would try a large sandwich, grilled chicken artisan. It was pretty good, nice tomatoes, lettuce, & mayo. Good bun! Nice piece of chicken! New wrinkle on this Mc'D's, they give you a large number on a stand when you eat in & bring the food to the table. Service, staff, and premise were all ok. We were at the drive thru near 8-8:30 tonight and picked up a milkshake and a McFlurry at the last window,,,,,totally amazed to see the manager in a purple blouse working at a food machine near the window with her mask pulled way down below her nose,,,,all other employees were appropriately masked ,,,,she was middle aged and a horrid example for the other employees ,,to say nothing of the risks she poses to whomever got the food/drink she was working on,,my husband and I will NOT be back to that McDonalds,,,,,if you can't wear a mask,,stay home! read more

Firstly, this "fast food" is not very fast. Over 10 minutes for a large sprite and 2 warm cookies. Ridiculous! Also, the happy meal we ordered did not come with the promised sauces. Had the new Sirloin Burger. Higher price, but no better than any other burger. This one had mushrooms and onions. Was served lukewarm in a big box. Next time I would save the extra charge and get the Quarter Pounder. If there was a Smash Burger nearby I would just go there. read more
