I order from HOCAA almost every Sunday on Uber Eats. I love their drinks, they're always well-made, my order has never been wrong. I think for the quality of their drinks, their prices are very acceptable! Where this location is, in Bethlehem, it is 30 minutes from where I am and when the drinks arrive they're always packaged good, I always have straws, my drinks are always still cold, tapioca is always good, and the drinks always taste exactly like I ordered them before. I have also been into the store personally 4 times and it is kept very clean and the workers are sanitary. 10/10 in all areas, though I have never tried their food, but I'm sure it's good. I love the drink selection, especially their Oreo crème brûlée and watermelon coconut bubble tea. Just amazing! KEEP IT UP!!!

I strictly came here for their egg waffle after my dinner. I didn't try their drinks out because I already ordered a drink during my dinner. I ordered their original egg waffle with request for extra crispy. It came out pretty good. (I should never compare to the one I have eaten in elsewhere, like NY, Canada, and HK because they were so much better.) Anyway, texture was pretty good. The taste was just missing some more egg flavor. But overall was satisfied with that egg waffle. Btw, this place do have a nice wall backdrop for photos. My daughter asks to take photos cause she said it was pretty.

Boba: Their boba was not sweet and not chewy. It wasn't awful just very mediocre boba. I've made much better with the dried packaged boba you can make at home. I'm looking for that chewy honey or brown sugar tasting boba. Theirs was slightly hard with nonexistent sugar. The tea itself was fine. Rice ritos: I tried to order one but they weren't making it that day not sure why Matcha Egg waffle: seemed slightly burnt in my opinion. It wasn't very sweet even with a honey drizzle but it had a decent texture - crunchy enough to break off and chewy enough to still enjoy. Not much green tea taste to it. I will give this place another try down the line. Maybe it was a bad day but I'll be back. Seating is limited as it's a small shop and the employees weren't super friendly but they weren't mean. Just took the order and moved on. Expect for a decent wait time as there's always customers and the drinks can take a while to make. Boba: 3/5 Egg waffle: 4/5 Service: 3/5

I really enjoy Hocca! I've been here twice now (many more visits to come) and I love the drinks every-time. It is a bit of a wait but regardless it's worth it. Definitely stop in and check it out, the interior is very cute.

I got the Jadeite Jasmine Green tea w White Pearls, 75% sweet. The tea is strong and very fragrant. I couldn't decide between which flavor to get and the worker let me smell the tea leaves to help me decide, so nice of her! Love that there is a small parking lot because street parking in this area can be a pain. Would love to try one of their milk teas next to really get a sense of the drinks here

It's bubble tea time! Yippee! First time here and we're happy! I got the brown sugar milk tea and my daughter got the Oreo crème brûlée with strawberry popping boba. We also ordered the egg waffle with strawberry ice cream. Both drinks were great as was the dessert. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We will totally be back soon.

Came by this place after dinner. Tried the fruit green tea slushes with honeydew and mango. Unfortunately it was very underwhelming. It had an interesting taste with the green tea but was not sweet at all (with no reduction in sugar level), and the boba was tasteless. Was disappointed as I had seen good reviews on here.

Great selection of teas! So far, my favorite is the Brown Sugar Latte. I love how I can select how much sweetener is added to my tea.

I actually went here a long time ago now and it's very quaint, smaller than the Naruto branch but it makes up for it with unique tea drinks.

What a fun spot!! I came during parents weekend so the wait was over an hour but it was worth it…read more The ambience was quite intimate and small diner no-nonsense. I sat at the bar and loved watching the super talented chefs cook the meals. It was impressive because they cooked so many varying options - everything from oreo crusted french toast to veggie chili and pancakes! They had a system and took such care with everything they made. You could tell the place is run like a machine where everyone knows their job and gets orders out accurately with very little communication required in between. It was fascinating to watch! I had the tacos and they were a little bland for my liking - a sauce like a chipotle aoli would have taken the dish from standard to stand-out. The chili was so good, I would absolutely order it again, especially on a cold day. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Overall I would come back, maybe when it is less crowded and I would opt for something more adventurous than tacos! The menu had something for everyone so it's a real crowd pleaser. Great people, great food, and great place overall.
