They always get the orders wrong. They have given me other peoples orders in my bag. And then have given me half the meal I ordered too. The manager and kids on staff are rude and skimp on giving you toppings ... I have to say can you give more and they still will give three pieces of lettuce extra. I wantEd guacamole, but it was brown and when I told them it was brown everyone just stared at me with no response. I didn't even bother asking for a manager because there's no way that an establishment should ever look like that if the person running it cared. We're right up the road at the B&N and this place seemed perfect. I placed an order online and it tells me 15 minutes at 6:30pm. Easy, right? Wrong. I get inside the store at 6:28 and am hit with three walls of people. Wall one would be that 3/4 of the seating is taken up. Wall two is the line to the door for people waiting to place an order. Wall three would be the 15-20 (self-included) waiting for online or DD/GH orders. I read the room that this is going going to take a while and don't even inquire about how long. The angry faces and non-stop texting from people waiting told the whole story. Finally a few people that came in behind me ask about waiting time and are flat out lied to. The one guy making food for online orders is telling people it's 20 minutes and the guy at the counter who somewhat seemed in charge is telling people 10 minutes. Both were 100% full of shit. Finally at 7:12 they call my name that my order is ready. Yep, that's 42 minutes late. This is the worst of all worlds in pandemic dining. Take a poor store design where the area to make online orders in way too small in general let alone for the massive volume they were seeing, combined with not enough staff that can't realistically spend the needed time to ensure accuracy (large queso and chips forgotten about for us let alone everyone else) and a corporate website that seems to have no caps on orders for timeslots and BAM!, you get overworked staff with disgruntled patrons and in the end nobody is winning. If the owner has any balls or brains they would shut it down until they can actually deliver the product they're supposed to because right now they're way, way off. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered dinner around 7:30pm on a Sunday. (This is to note that it's not a normal high volume time and to understand they may not have a full staff.) Our delivery driver continued to update and send pictures showing that he had been waiting at the restaurant for a minimum of 45 minutes. We ordered 2 quesadillas and a burrito. Not a difficult order. We're at the hour mark of ordering and have been trying to call the restaurant for over 30 minutes trying to see what the problem is. You CANNOT speak to ANYONE. The ai pos says it will email you so you can 'complain'. (How do they get your email when you haven't been able to give any info/don't have your info registered w the company??) If you can get through it sends you to another automated system that takes at least 5 minutes to even attempt to explain the issue. What an insane world we live in. When you get direct to a person. THEYRE NOT EVEN IN THE STORE YOURE ORDERING FROM AND CONNOT HELP YOU. they ask for a confirmation number that doesn't exist because we ordered from door dash and tell us to contact DoorDash. REMINDER .. Our driver has been patiently waiting and losing money waiting for our order. We ordered from the Easton, PA Location. It's disappointing because maybe they had a reasonable explanation as to why the order took so long but because the world decides to outsource to automated systems it makes not only the 'restaurant' look awful, it makes the thought of of ever returning less than desirable. Not recommended. I understand it's 1:00 pm and still the peak of lunch hour, but dirty tables, sloppy drink station, long line, and empty ice machine is just the tip of the iceberg. Waited outside in a line of about 10 other people on a Wednesday evening because the restaurant was supposedly at capacity (per what the first person in line was told). My daughter and I stood there for about 15 minutes (and there were at least 5 other people in front of us) until an employee unlocked the door at 7:26pm and rudely yelled out "we're closed now; come back tomorrow when we open at 2pm" and then re-locked the door. She didn't even apologize. The hours indicated that they were open until 8pm. This is the SECOND time I have been to this location when they have been closed during their advertised business hours. I tried to go to this location yesterday on the door it says they've gone DIGITAL. So the only way they can do an order is if you go on the APP to do so...you had 4 people working in there no reason at all I have to order on the app instead of just going in there and seeing them put together the food. Literally the stingiest chipotle that exists along with a complete absence of customer service. A customer in front of me was politely asking/complaining about portion sizes of his bowl that he got. By the time he made it to the end of the station it was time to pay, his bowl was 20% full and the employees would not give him more of anything without paying. The woman at the counter continued to argue with the customer and three other employees joined in at heckling that customer. It got to the point where the customer had enough of the verbal abuse that he just walked out without paying and left the sorry excuse for a burrito bowl there. It was in my time to order. I ordered a bowl with chicken in it. I was very dissatisfied with the amount of chicken that I was given, so I asked for double meat. The amount of chicken that I got was not double, it didn't even cover the spoon. After I had paid for my order, I pointed out that if two customers in a row complain about ridiculous portion sizes maybe there's some merit and what they're saying. Instead of having any sympathy or even a discussion, the same group of employees that ganged up on on the last customer started yelling and bombarding me as I left the store. The behavior of the employees was absolutely ridiculous. Agree with all the reviews! This location needs to be renamed "Lazy CHIPOTLE." They NEVER have veggies b/c apparently it's too much work and they can't be inconvenienced. Go at opening? Nope. Go at lunch time? Nope. Dinner? Negative. Closing? Nada. But do they take that off the price? Nope, they price hike galore.
