We come here regularly when we are too tired to make food and are on a budget, and each time we go, we are unfortunately dissapointed. Whether it's the fact that something is always missing in our order, something is always wrong, or the fact that the lines in store and in the drive through are always completely long- Something always seems to go wrong. I don't believe in giving a total one star unless it is that bad, considering one time we waited at this McDonald's for our order for not one, but two whole hours, and even called them twice asking them about why our order is taking so long (when we did eventually get our food, it was overcooked and mostly cold.) I believe you could really do better if you could prioritize your customers, and be kind to your staff. I'm sure the staff are as stressed out as us customers, and the staff do seem genuinely kind people. Do better, for us, and for your employees! And on another note, it would be great if you could up your standards on cleanliness. The bathrooms and general building are usually extremely dirty and have a very unwelcoming environment. read more

The fries were golden and hot. I couldn't decide if I wanted to eat them or just sit and hold my hands over them for warmth because it was freezing in there. Forty degrees outside and they have the ac on full blast. I finally got around to my Double Quarter Pounder with cheese but found they gave me a cheeseburger with bacon instead. Not a big deal, as I am a pretty easy going kind of guy. I took it up and had them remake it, and then started scrolling my phone while I ate. Two bites in and I realized something was off so I looked down at it to find that it was raw on the inside! I took it back up and showed them. They were apologetic enough and offered to remake it but at this point I was done and just hoping I didn't get E. coli from what I did eat. my husband and i ordered the new meal that's out, the demon hunter meal. they failed to notify us that they were out of the fry seasoning, it didn't come with the cards at all, and the chicken nuggets were gross. they left a horrible film in our mouths. The girl who took our money gave my wife a dirty look then once we pulled up to get our food the guy at that window looked to be super high (intoxicated). and then once we went back and asked about the fry seasoning we were told they could give us ketchup. the service wasn't good. the food wasn't good. we spent $11 on that meal for the fries specifically and they failed to notify us they were out. read more

Something has happened recently - an employee explained that they have a "new owner" and they can no longer give me a large water with my meal. So I asked for two medium sized ones and that seemed to be okay? The iced tea suddenly went from the best in my area to the worst. Each time I try to order it I explain the problem to the server but am told they did not make it so nothing can be done. I tried to find the owner who appears to be some business called "Rundown LLC" which for some reason led me to a young man in prison? The restroom which was always nice and clean, no longer is. I went inside and was greeted by a very friendly young lady that took my order. This was on 01/07/2026 @2:59 pm. I ordered 2 mc chickens, not spicy and a medium f.f. The f.f. were very hot for a change but the sandwiches were the worst that I have gotten from Mc. d in25 years. The meat was hard cold and spicy, the buns were hard and mashed down thinner than the patty. i should have driven back the 4 miles to this store. This was pitiful. This McDonald's is requiring all customers to use automated kiosks, which I do not prefer. The only beneficiary is restaurant management. This was quite possibly the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been to. The beverage station was covered in orange soda, the floors were littered with trash, and the garbage cans were overflowing. I just wanted to write about my husband and I's experience just now from this McD's.. it seemed like there was only one person working tonight and so I understand it might've been a lot of work to get everything ready, especially since we weren't the only car in line waiting, but we ordered fries and some McDoubles and a McChicken. Our fries were super stale, like it was reheated and thrown in the bag, & our burgers were very dry. & to make it a little worse, when my husband got his drink, there was a lady bug in it. We've been to this McD's a few times when passing through, and this is the first we've experienced something like this, & it just sucks because we've been driving for a bit and finally stopped to grab something to eat. Either this place is having a really bad day, or this is an example of things to come when McDonalds replaces employees with robots! Walked in about 4:00pm to order some food. There was one cash register but nobody was at the register. I could see four people working in the kitchen and drive through window. There was more beeps and alarm sounds in the kitchen than a emergency room. The employees seemed busy so I decided to use the self service kiosk instead. After the employee called out my number, I walked up and said HI. She looked at me, put the bag on the counter and handed me the drink cup. I looked at her and said thank you. She turned around and walked away! She didn't say a SINGLE WORD to acknowledge a paying customer standing in front of her! No hello, no thank you, no you're welcome! I sure hope when McDonalds deploys robots, they can program them to have better human interactions.
