However, after having remake my burger once, then having to get a refund for the second one due to a hard as a rock bun, along with undercooked fries and super old nuggets, we will not be back to this location. We drove right up to the ordering kiosk and placed our order relatively quickly, but then we waited in the line to pay and receive our food way too long. My husband even exited the car, stopped at the nearby Safeway to grab some groceries, and walked home before I could get our food and drive home. I ordered the 4 for $4 deal with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. All of these were typical Arby's food quality and I liked the flavor of them. I will continue to eat at Arby's but may not return here unless I have extra time to kill waiting in the line.

She mentioned it might not turn out great since the drink is just naturally really sweet overall. But when she handed it back to me, she said she tried her best, and I noticed she even added whipped cream on top and sprinkled some oreo crumbs for me I already thought that was incredibly sweet of her, but then she went even further, she said I didn't need to pay. I kept insisting, like "Noo, nooo, noooo!" but she just smiled and closed the window. I don't know her name, but she had colorful braces -- and hey, if you're somehow reading this, I just wanted to say the biggest thank you ever. You truly made my day, and I hope yours was just as wonderful as you made mine. Tonight, we gave Jack in the Box a shot--and wow, what a difference! From the moment we pulled up to the drive thru, we were greeted with not just incredibly fast service, but a warm and genuinely friendly attitude. Cassie, the team member who helped us, was especially bright and cheerful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The tacos were perfectly made too--crispy, fresh, and delicious, which has become a rare find these days. Thanks to Cassie's excellent service, we're officially making Jack in the Box in Benson our new go-to late-night spot. Jack, you're lucky to have Cassie on your team!

I don't believe in giving a total one star unless it is that bad, considering one time we waited at this McDonald's for our order for not one, but two whole hours, and even called them twice asking them about why our order is taking so long (when we did eventually get our food, it was overcooked and mostly cold.) I believe you could really do better if you could prioritize your customers, and be kind to your staff. I'm sure the staff are as stressed out as us customers, and the staff do seem genuinely kind people. Do better, for us, and for your employees! And on another note, it would be great if you could up your standards on cleanliness. The bathrooms and general building are usually extremely dirty and have a very unwelcoming environment.
