They have menu pamphlets-no price on them for items. Their website doesn't show prices and when you eat in it's not easy to find prices. 2 small "specialty" pizzas and 2 water bottles was $46. I have now gone to this location two times. Amazing people, the food is amazing. You know usually I get a bunch of garlic dipping sauces, well sauces in general, but this food doesn't need anything. Its tastes fresh flavorful. The cheese is stringy. The dough is cooked crispy, which is what I like personally. The workers just seem to really care. I'm gonna be honest here. I am not a fan of pizza. Personally I feel like it's a huge mess that is super greasy and just not fun to eat. I have been made fun of for this fact in the past as apparently not liking pizza is the worst thing a person can do, so I stopped telling my friends about it. One night though me and some of my friends were hungry and it was voted that we would go to Marco's Pizza. I was opposed to the idea but I didn't want to be left out so I went with them. Turns out my boyfriend at the time, let's call him John, ordered an extra pizza just for me without me knowing and presented it to me in front of everybody. Needless to say I was embarrassed. He knew about my dislike for pizza and I guess wanted my friends to know as well? At the time I didn't want to be rude so I took a slice and ate it. I was blown away. Let me be clear. Every time I have gotten pizza I barely made it through one slice, and yet for some reason after eating this one I went for another, and then another. I'm not sure what it was about the pizza itself that made me like it over every other kind. I've had thin crust, deep dish, chicago style, frozen, delivery, dine in and for some reason I never could seem to like it. And then I saw him. At the register was a very nice looking guy. When I asked him for his name his name he said it was Brycen Fuller. I'm not sure if it was his comforting presence or maybe the way he smiled at me when I walked into the restaurant but talking to him just felt like talking with a friend. I felt like I could tell him anything. I noticed my friends also talked to him while we were eating and I assumed they knew each other but I guess he's just that friendly lol. And despite our large group and admittedly annoying behavior he happily helped us when figuring out what to order or when we asked for extra ranch and garlic sauce for our cheesy bread. This is the first time I will genuinely recommend a pizza place to friends because if any of the other employees are like Brycen, then I know they will have a good time. Quite literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Great service and the manager Lindsay is gonna eat down every time period. I was gagged. In a good way. The last 3 times we ordered pick up online, we waited until their tracking showed "pizza ready". But upon arriving we were told another 20 minutes or another 10 minutes. So I came in here pretty much starving. I was almost chewing the walls which is generally frowned upon. That's when the smiling, professional Elizabeth addressed me. She could tell me I was distressed, and like a lighthouse beacon for wary sea travelers, she was a welcomed respite in the midst of my hunger pangs. She came to my aid, quite possibly saving my life. Ok ok at the least, she provided an extremely pleasant transaction. The rest of the staff was busily working in the back, banging out orders at high speed. It was all very busy and exciting. TLDR, do not use curbside pickup, and probably stay away from this location. I usually love Marcos at various locations, but recommend staying away from this one. Ordered curbside pickup as it was offered on the website. After pizza was ready, I arrived and hit the button on the email to let them know I was there. The website states that they were notified. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. I called and they said it was ready....and they don't have curbside. The guy brought it out anyway, and I asked what was going on. He said they don't offer curbside and have no system to tell them when people have arrived, even though the website confirms arrival. So I started to tell him what I was seeing on the website as a customer and he just cut me off and told me that there is nothing they could do. I asked if there was an owner or manager that could fix that, and he said he already spoke to the owner, and there is nothing that can be done. I offered to speak to the manager or owner for him and he said no and left. So I went back in to ask to see the manager, and it turns out it was the same guy. I asked for his boss's number and he refused and escorted me out of the building. Just ridiculous. I can see the owner replying to other reviews to provide feedback on their website, but there is no feedback form on that site. Stay away from this location. read more

We initially ended up ordering from Marco's because they were the only pizza place in Vail delivering after 9 PM on one Saturday during the COVID-19 pandemic, however we were happy to have stumbled across them! We ordered a medium pizza as well as a small pizza, and although the wait was long (around 45 min-1 hour) the food arrived warm and was tasty. We were also happy to see that they automatically applied a coupon they were currently offering to our order and saved us a few bucks! Pizza was ready when we got there. Got home few minutes later, almost all the slices except 2 had cheese on only half the slice. Today, New Year 2024, I decided to go with an easy, low stress dinner. I ordered one XL pizza (well done requested) and cheesy bread, with a couple of garlic butter dipping sauces/cups. The pizza was so undercooked, the cheese was still in shreds. Same with the cheesy bread...the dough was still raw. And I received 0 garlic butter cups, as requested and part of the meal. But I did get a pack of hot ranch salad dressing on top of my pizza. I ended up cooking the pizza and bread the rest of the way in my own oven. It was all absolutely disgusting. I called the store to speak to a manager...he (Matthew) was off today for the holiday. The store only had two staff members working and were running out of supplies. The worker on the phone was very apologetic and offered to give me a credit for what I paid. I thanked her and accepted, but I doubt I'll ever see it again. I get $10 off and $5 off coupons in my rewards, that I try to redeem, but usually disappear once I "redeem" them through their wonky app, but the amount never comes off my bill. The flavor on these were good, the chicken was tender and juicy. They werent very crispy tho. But overall good. A good pizza option for Vail, fast service and good pizza. Not the best pizza in the area but the price offsets it. Better tasting than dominos or pizza hut, but not quite as good as az pizza co or mod pizza. Wings aren't bad but I crisp them up a bit more in my air fryer to make them great! read more

There was barely any crust or toppings and the taste has gone done hill fast! Every person in our family which there are 8 living here one by one came and said the pizza was aweful. As prices rise it seems quality gets lost! Marcos it's too bad you sacrificed quality and taste. Everyone in this family is done with Marco's pizza. The first time I had Marcos pizza, it was perfect! Pepperonis were crunchy around the edges, the crust was a perfect thickness. Cheese and sauce were spot on! Loved it! So I course I went backs ordered the exact same thing and got a fairly thicker crust. It was ok, but not like the first pizza which was so good! So I thought, maybe I accidentally got a thin crust the first time? For the 3rd visit, I ordered the thin crust hoping it would be like the first (maybe) and it was like a real thin crust, cut into squares instead of the traditional triangle.... so I don't know how the first pizza was so good and the second wasn't as good. Like a week apart. So lacking a little consistency. I also found out that they don't deliver to my house, because it's not in their system, though I am 1.22 miles away in Rancho Del Lago. We have had mostly good experiences with Marcos but lately not so much. Ordered the gluten friendly pizza with double sauce. It had no sauce. And we received no dipping cup which would lead me to believe no one read the order. Not like it was busy it was a 20 minute wait. Ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni it was overcooked dry and not good at all. Nothing worse than a thin crust pizza that is overcooked and dried out. Glad we had a coupon we only wasted $28 on this horrible meal. I think Im going back to the other pizza place in vail. read more

The worst ever for a food delivery business. We ordered 2 large pizza and 15 wings. We were quoted "55 min" busy friday eve for delivery time. After 1 hr and a half still no delivery. After 1-1/2 hour waiting we called and were told it's on the way. We live 2 minutes away. 20 minutes later called again and talked to a manager who showed no concern or apology and gave another lame excuse. She was rude and showed no care about our order. Cancelled our otder and will never order here again for anything. Good riddance to Marcos pizza. You lost our business but who cares right? According to this uncaring rude manager we spoke to twice...surely.not Marco's pizza. Were we supposed to order our food an hour and a half in advance in order to get our food on time? Back when I used to work for another pizza company years ago- some of us did this when we sloppily made pizzas. This pizza is good and has a great taste, the old world pepperoni is a personal fav of mine. So my order consisted of an old world pepperoni pizza and a meatball sand. I ordered online which was super easy to set up an account, promo codes/coupons entered in easily, and the pizza tracker is always an awesome feature. I also ordered within weeks of it opening and let me say this place seems to stay busy, I always see long lines at the physical location and Marco Pizza delivery drivers out on deliveries in the area..nevertheless I surprisingly got my order well before the estimated delivery time which impressed me as I was aware the wait would be longer then usual as it was also a peak time on top of being busy. It's nice to have Marcos Pizza as another good choice here in Vail/Del Lago good food!!! Can't wait try other Selections off their menu. read more

We were looking to try this pizza place in my neighborhood and it was so disappointing. We ordered Pizza bowls which looked like a layer of ingredients just mixed in and baked. The result one layer of oily ingredients. It really looked like something my child would make. I ordered wings and they looked like 6 crumb pieces.
