Rude manager was not very helpful was rude and told me to hurry poor customer service

Wendy's is usually a good place to grab a reasonable meal with a good variety of choices. This particular location seemed to have trouble getting customers through their drive-thru ordering system. We drove right up to the ordering kiosk and placed our order relatively quickly, but then we waited in the line to pay and receive our food way too long. My husband even exited the car, stopped at the nearby Safeway to grab some groceries, and walked home before I could get our food and drive home. I ordered the 4 for $4 deal with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. All of these were typical Arby's food quality and I liked the flavor of them. I will continue to eat at Arby's but may not return here unless I have extra time to kill waiting in the line. read more

Got my order wrong and the employee taking the order was somewhat rude. I came back into the store and explained to the manager and she fixed the problem promptly. Overall not the best place cussing can be heard in the back the employees are somewhat rude but the manager did right by me. read more

Traveling through we decided to stop off at Wendy's, in our area they are never good. So it was a shot we wanted to try with this one. Moment we pulled up we were greeted by a friendly voice asking us how's our day going and to take our time. Reaching the window, a worker told us it'll be a moment. Handing us our drinks, they went out of their way to label the differences. Making it easier for my husband and I, when it was time for our food it was incredibly hot and fresh. Got to say thank you for making me fresh potato wedges, outstanding work and wonderful experience all around. We'll definitely be back! And thank you Noah for being incredibly sweet and patient with us. read more

Wow... just wow... and not in a good way. Try as I may, I cannot find a single positive about this Wendy's. I stopped here to pick up an ice tea and a burger at 12:15 on a Monday. Placed my order & the gal taking it asked me to repeat what I wanted on my burger 3 times; cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, onion. I noticed half a dozen people standing, waiting for their orders. The gal continued taking orders, but I didn't see anyone receiving food. I heard the gal tell a customer they were out of medium fry containers, so were only offering small or large. The group of people, including me, grew to about 15. Still no food appeared, but there were a number of workers rushing about behind the counter. Finally, a single wrapped sandwich was dropped into a bag and a customer behind me got it & could leave. I asked an unmasked man how long he had been waiting: 20 minutes. Now, two salads to go appeared and a lady took those. This Wendy's was on a roll! It took a full 20 minutes for my single to appear. I took it to my Jeep, opened the wrapper, and wouldn't you know, they didn't get my single right. If you are desperate, and I mean DESPERATE, for something to eat, keep driving and get something from a gas station! read more

Fast food is fast food and I never review them because I know what to expect. I'm a Wendy's fan every now and then. But this was a completely icky experience. The girl taking my order had a sweatshirt that read Assholes Live Forever. Yikes! And that set the tone. The burger was completely cold and the fries were gross, like the bottom of the pan gross. I believe in giving credit where due: came inside at 1 PM today. Ordered, paid, and had my food all within one minute (okay, MAYbe two minutes). Tasted as expected, AND there did not appear to be a wait in the take out line, cars were arriving and leaving shortly thereafter. Appears the manager is listening and has improved matters. Don't usually make reviews about fast food chains because I hardly go to them and know what to expect. My partner was super excited to try the SpongeBob meal and was severely let down by the attitude of the staff when ordering. We were told to pull forward (aggressively) by the employee and she says we're "running up her time" while another car was told the same thing stopping us from pulling forward. So I go inside and ask for the manager and ask him why they just can't be honest about their wait time and be transparent for the next customers. He gives the conversation zero attention and only replies with "there's only 2 of us here" which is understandable. I get it, I run a business myself but transparency would only help them out, take stress of unrealistic expectations off of the staff and lead to less dissatisfaction overall. The manager didn't introduce himself with his name and quite frankly didn't look like he could take responsibility shift he was leading. I hope I'm wrong. I have fond memories of trips to Wendy's and hope this review leads to more attention to the staff & training of management. At the end of the day, this is on the company and the corporation. Your staff doesn't deserve to be treated like this due to your negligence. The staff reacted as expected to your lack of preparation. You're SEVERELY letting this team down. This sadly robbed our experience and we will not be coming back. read more

I try to avoid fast food chains while on the road but a I had the craving today and I couldn't help myself. I should have simply followed the rule, no fast food. So this is what I ordered. The #1 a Dave's double, fries and a drink large and the new honey spicy chicken. Seems pretty easy, right? Well the only thing that was correct was the drink. No, actually that wasn't right either because they were out of lemonade! So, I ended up making myself a cherry-lime Powerade but what I really wanted was a cherry-lime lemonade... sigh. The chicken sandwich wasn't dipped in the sauce, it was bone dry. The Double looked like it was made an hour ago and was served to me. The lettuce was limp and wilted. I don't remember if there was tomato or onion on it. If they were there they were completely unnoticeable. The fries were undercooked. So. Out of a possible score of 5 nothing was what I wanted including the fact that they don't have Mayo in packets. Yikes! I was too hungry and too frustrated to walk back from my RV to return this disaster of a meal. Let's just say that you should avoid this particular Wendy's. Unless you are required because your child is kidnapped and it's your exchange point to get your child back. Otherwise. Stay away! Far, FAR away! read more

I ordered a sausage biscuit I've been sitting in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. I haven't even paid yet. It's absolutely ridiculous. 5 minutes later.... Biscuit was hard and dry and the sausage was lukewarm. I thought I was making a quick easy choice for breakfast I just moved to town. The only thing that has changed since the remodel is the look of the place. Still can't move the line .... however now they have added completely screwing up the orders. If they gave the food away I wouldn't comeback. Over this place .... it's not fast food and certainly isn't good food or service. All they did with the remodel was polish a turd. read more

card machines do not work, drive through is slow, fries are either cold and soggy or black cuz that don't change the fry oil often. floors are always sticky or smell like dirty mop water. one time my husband walked in to the bathroom to see a employee peeing in the urinal and never washed his hands before or after leaving the bathroom. than took our order. it really grossed us out. have given this Wendy's lots of chances and it is always a disappointment. with all the new fast food open I won't be surprised if this establishment shuts down! Every trip to Wendy's has become a waiting period you wait in line at the speaker for 6 to 10 minutes before somebody take your order. You wait in line again when you get up to the window. It is definitely no longer a fast food experience and I for one have just gone for the last time. read more

Worlds slowest Wendy's. It not because of COVID because it has been this way for years. If you only have an hour for lunch, it's not enough time. I am standing in line now and it's been 25 minutes. I have not yet ordered and there were only 5 in front of me. I have been first in line for 10 min and nobody has talked to me yet. To update I was just talked to and told that I have to wait longer since they have online orders to fill. So now I am 30 minutes in line and still waiting to order. This is ridiculous. Check-in line was long, due to the manager patiently instructing a green cashier, and customers who apparently hadn't mastered the fine points of being customers (like having money). But hey, training happens. The order was taken correctly, charged correctly, and came out so fast that we had barely sat down with our sodas. Kitchen was really hustling, and manager was making things flow. The food was fresh and delicious. Store and tables were clean. I would rate it more, but I was extremely annoyed. We were traveling through the area and we stopped here before proceeding back home, after already driving awhile. I went to go change my baby in the bathroom, to find NO changing tables. Are you serious? Where do people change their children while there? Do they not? I had to take my baby out in the hot car and change him on the seat of my car. Pretty sad. This is the main road to south of the area like tombstone and bisbee. You would think that they would have at least a changing table. It baffles me in today's world, the thought of a changing table doesn't make it to the list of things an establishment needs. read more

Absolutely horrible lunch experience on May 1, 2021. This place was so understaffed that it took about 45 minutes to get our food (20 minutes in line, 25 minutes to get food after ordering), literally longer than it would have taken at a full service restaurant. Trying to eat inside here was definitely a mistake. Until they get appropriately restaffed post-Covid, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Went through the drive thru, ordered 4 things & felt like I was being over charged & when I pulled up to get my food I opened my bag & there was ranch splattered all through out the bag/ all over my food. Since we can appreciate good customer service, this very average Wendy's gets and above average recommendation. I have never visited a fast food joint that had a manager do friendly table checks... that was an unexpected and welcome surprise. The counter attendant quickly ran to the counter from the floor when my 5 year old went to ask for a beverage refill, which she gave him with no reservations... to a kid! When people treat my kids graciously it's hard not to win my vote. The food was ..well Wendy's and consistent at best. The bathrooms could have used a little extra attention. Overall I would say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. read more

ZERO STARS!!! NASTY FOOD!!! The tweaked out crew can not get an order right for shit. I was starving had been there 2 times prior and swore I would not return. All three visits my order was jacked up. A simple order each time (a single with no ketchup large fry large coke). one time it was a double with what seemed like double ketchup no tomato and a piece of lettuce the size of a 50 cent piece fries and burger were cold as the coke and no napkins. Second-time ketchup on the burger again. I think the burger was from the day before (the bun was crumbling apart and it had a perty bad case of rigor mortis. fries and burger cold as a dead mackerel. Third times a charm right? WRONG!!! ketchup on the burger AGAIN!! All three visits when I requested no ketchup on the burger they repeated it to me, no ketchup on the burger correct? My reply was, correct no ketchup on the burger. Got to the window of doom and gloom young girl politely repeated my order to me (that was a single no ketchup large fry and a large coke)? I said correct. She handed me a bag and said thank you have a nice night. I asked if I could have some napkins as there were none in the bag. Her reply was kind of a bewildered ok. she closed the window and disappeared so I pulled the burger out pealed the old stale bun lid off and low and behold, a dried-up spurt of KETCHUP on the dead grey cold patty of what was supposed to pass for meat, the bun was as stale as the service too. Then some boney spun out bitch swooped up to the window and snapped, DID YOU WANT SOMETHING ELSE? I held my tongue and said yes, I would like a large coke and a single with no ketchup as I tried to hand her the burger back. She said in a pissy way, I can't take that back! The look on her face was like she just took a big bite out of a steaming shit sandwich! I told her I did not want it and asked her to throw it in the trash for me. Ever since they remodeled and replace the old crew, this Wendy's is the pits. Every burger I had was dry and microwaved. The worst part is the new all-in-one soda machine. I really like Dr Pepper and every time I've been there it was out. Coca Cola was out. Sprite was out. Etc. Then there is a line at the soda machine even when it is slow. read more

I don't typically complain about places, but I was highly disappointed today. This Wendy's is usually amazing every time I come through, but this morning it was not. Ordered a BBQ Chicken sandwich, large. Was not asked what size meal I wanted or what style of chicken. Also ordered a 4 for $4 for my sister. Both drinks came out small, typical for 4 for $4, but I ordered a large for my combo. Only got one order of small fries and nothing else. I had to come in and size up my drink and get my order of fries. The blonde girl working was incredibly polite and helpful, but Gavin, the kid who took my order had a whole attitude about his mistake and practically threw my fries in my bag. And when I got home, my chicken sandwich was a spicy chicken, not homestyle. I dont ever order their spicy chicken meat. Really disappointed that this young man gave such minimal effort for a simple order. Definitely going to start walking in rather than drive thru so I can avoid dealing with him again.
