This is now the second time I've had to write a review because once again my mobile order was wrong. I always pay for my sauces, yet they are never included in my bag. Today I checked before leaving, and once again they were missing. I had to go out of my way to go inside and let the staff know. When I brought it up, instead of simply correcting the mistake, both the employees and the manager argued with me about the sauces--even though I had paid for them. They questioned how many bags I received and insisted they had given me everything, which was not true. I had paid for three ranches and only received one. This is not just about the sauces--it's about the repeated inconvenience of having to interrupt my plans and run late because my order is not fulfilled correctly. On top of that, the customer service today was completely unprofessional. The manager gave me an attitude and, instead of handing me the items respectfully, tossed them at me. That is unacceptable. I understand that the store gets busy and that staff have a lot to manage, but customers also pay for their food and should receive what they ordered without being questioned or treated disrespectfully. At this point, I am seriously considering not returning to this location because of the poor management and lack of professionalism. I really need to contact someone higher up about this issue, because the way I was treated today should not happen to any customer. read more

Beware! When making a mobile order. I have never had a problem until a few weeks ago when I placed it and when I arrived after 5-7 minutes and waiting for my order I was told it timed out. ( They said times out after 30 minutes) I was there way before that. They said my money would be refunded in a few days and it was NOT. The manager was rude and their corporate number was no help. They did not respond to my email and I never got the return call they said was coming. So now I'm out almost $40. Won't be going there again. read more

I placed my order on the mobile app for drive through. On arrival at 10:31 the drive through was at least 10 cars out with the line backed out the driveway. I changed my order to counter pick up. Walking in the pickup screen was not working and did not display order numbers. Walk in was at least five people deep. One person working the counter taking orders and not efficient. No one was working or acknowledging pick up counter. I stopped someone and mentioned my order number. She walked away and did not come back. I stopped the guy working the cash register and he comes back and says he doesnt see my order and to reverse it back to drive through. Really? What would that fix. He says he doesnt see my order. Leaves. After 20 minutes I ask again. They finally see my order. It takes another 5 minutes to fill my order. 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. I couldve gone through the drive through and it probably would have been faster. I will never go to this restaurant again. There are other locations to choose from. read more

I only had cash at the time and I ordered thru the kiosk hoping it can speed up the ordering process but it took forever for one of the ladies to come, so I can pay for my order. Drive through, took the order taker four tries. "No 7, medium, Coke. catsup, please." Not too tough, I'd think. The cashier only barked what I owed, didn't say a word otherwise. Order dispensing kid said nothing, just thrust a bag at me and slammed the window shut. The order was wrong. These young people are not socialized at all. Every time I come here they messed up my order, or do something wildly inexcusable. One time while waiting for my food in the drive thru the worker grabbed a dirty wet rag from a mop bucket to clean the counters. Came here for lunch with coworkers and I am very impressed with the new interior design, kiosks to order, and the fact that the staff comes around the dining area to check if everything is going okay if you're dining in. The restrooms were clean, the food was made specifically to my request, and it was out to my table in less than 7 minutes. My one complaint was that ketchup, salt, pepper and ice tea was not placed in the lobby for customers to grab on their own. I guess because of the nearby homeless people, they keep these items behind the counter. Overall, pleasantly surprised by this location! read more

Every time we go to this McDonalds they always have an attitude and their food is always cold and they always seem to forget some items. Today we went for something simple , drinks and pie/Apple fritter. The mocha frappe tasted like expired milk and the mango pineapple smoothie tasted watered down and like metal. It's obvious they don't clean their machines and they leave their machines to run on empty cause their is nooo flavor in the smoothie. they can care less that they're giving nasty food to their customers and they also forgot the Apple fritter! read more

Ordered a couple Big Macs late through the McDonald's app. Came out pretty quick to the pickup spot. Probably quicker than drive through. One question though, why did both of my Big Macs come with the regular bun instead of the sesame bun? Would have gave a higher score if it came out correct. Just another average McDonald's. Our order was done right, in a timely matter, great customer service, good location, and easy drive thru.

I ordered on the McDonald's app and paid and went and sat in one of the pick up spots waiting for my food. When I arrived, they had a line wrapped around the parking lot to the street, and it seemed like everyone got their food before I did. I sat there for almost 20 minutes until I had to leave without my food or I would have been late clocking back in from my lunch break. And they do this every time I try to pick up my food in the mobile order spots instead of waiting in the long drive through line. Why do I have to wait until they are finished with the line when 75% of the line hasn't even made it to the order box yet. They need to reevaluate their priorities. read more

Once again they not only charge for a coke I never asked for but they forgot my large fry for my son. Instead of leaving I checked and waited and told him the guy who gave me the drinks and he argued with me saying there both sweet tea but then saw me taste them and changed his mind and tried to make another one but they were out then he wanted to waste more of my time and money on gas to pull to the side to wait to make more well my son is at home hungry I said no I'll just take the regular tea. The both sweet teas were for my son anyways at least he'll have one. I'm clearly upset with the poor service and rude customer apologies. I work in retail and this situation was in professional. I am giving this McDonald's a five-star for one reason and that is because the people are very kind that work there. There was a woman that appear to have Down syndrome and she was showing her Awards to them and every one of them was taking time to look at them and give her wonderful accolades. It made up for the fact that my husband waited 10 extra minutes for coffee because they forgot about him. But kindness to people who are disabled or homeless and treating them with dignity is a really big deal and I give this McDonald's props for doing that to this woman. read more

Went through the drive thru at 8:36am today. My order number was #65. When I arrived at the drive thru there was a man panhandling each car. He seemed to be comfortable and assertive in asking each person at their window for $. I am a slight female and behavior like this makes me feel UNSAFE. when I arrived at the first window to pay, I informed the cashier of the problem. This panhandler was now waiting and approaching each car as they left the drive thru. The cashier thanked me and whet to notify management. I next hear terse words that I cannot understand from a person I cannot see. The cashier then returns within my earshot saying "Okay, Okay I'm Sorry!" To the unknown person. The cashier then gives me my change and instructs me to the second window to pick up my food. (And closer to the man who is trying to lean in Windows asking for money) I go to the second window. I tell the second employee about the panhandler. And point him out specifically. (The guy that is also saluting everybody as if he was a veteran and THAT is less likely be #1 threatening and #2 more credible. Which is garbage because enlisted people salute offcers. Period. Of Sentence.)I try to drive away, not making eye contact, nor bumping this guy accidentally trying to get away. TO WHOMEVER FROM OWNERSHIP OR CORPORATE WHO MIGHT READ THIS. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PANHANDLING. YOUR ON SITE MANAGEMENT EITHER DOESN'T CARE OR ISN'T EMPOWERED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Went to this McDonald's on a Sunday afternoon during lunchtime. The employees were very nice, there were new kiosks, and they often came around to check on to see if everything was ok. Restrooms were fairly neat, and functional. Service was fast in getting food, however, the temperature of all my food was just lukewarm, and made the overall taste bad. My fries were soggy and just like mashed potatoes. My signature craft sweet BBQ bacon burger was thrown together as if the people who were making it were in a hurry, and had very little sauce! Hopefully when I return here again the food temperature is perfect, and the fries are cooked way better. read more
