The employees are awesome. Doing their absolute best given then fact they are so under employed. The business owner should be ashamed of themselves. Very horrible experience we came to order I have my grandpa in the car who has diabetes and we went through drive thru. once we got there right away Martha said that there was two people ahead of us so we decided to wait and then she started talking so I started placing my order and she said "I wasn't talking to you" she then said that there was another wait so we just went inside since she said there was only one person who she was almost done with their order we had been there for 15 minutes waiting and then someone who was going to place a mobile order walked in she ignored me and said she was going to help him first I couldn't believe it she then got upset and refused to take my order just for telling her that it wasn't fair I don't recommend ever coming to this location maybe the supervisor is a very good person but this person Martha very horrible , horrible service very upsetting "BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION" read more

We were taking a very LONG road trip on February 14th of all days and this Subway popped up like a beacon of light. We came in the morning but were hesitant because of the reviews we read on here but was immediately surprised to receive the most amazing customer service we have ever experienced. It wasn't over exaggerated, it didn't feel fake. It felt completely authentic from the moment we walked in. We were immediately greeted by the only employee working, Nino. All the way down to the presentation of our sandwiches were great. He made sure we didn't have any veggies that were browning or have been sitting out on top of the ones we wanted. Even though this Subway looks like every other typical Subway, the difference between this Subway and the rest is the customer service. Every day on my lunch break through my normal work week I walk in and I am greeted with the welcome to Subway and would you like the usual, this shows me that their staff is not only kind, but actually remembers their customers normally will have some small talk back-and-forth about their day. Either it's issues with their drive thru self service kiosk machine not working every other day, or they're not taking any debit/cc because their card machine is down, or their toaster is down. Manager doesn't seem to give 2 fuc*s. Sloooow drive thru service. Expect to be waiting 10 minutes for your order. 20 mins if there's someone ahead of you. Sometimes they have one person working the front with a line of people inside and people in the drive thru. This location is down the street from me...they better get their act together. read more

If the owner is reading this, this guy needs a promotion and a raise. he really make the subway experience different, quick, precise, listens carefully and applies carefully. Worst Subway Ever! I came here tonight with my Husband for dinner only to have the worst customer service EVER! Your store was recently remodeled but unfortunately it's still pretty disgusting. First of all lock up your dumpster area. If you haven't noticed the homeless hang out, in and around there doing drugs and sifting through your trash for food and who knows what else. I've also witnessed a man changing his pants in your dumpster area with his butt facing my children and myself. Another situation about a week ago I found a post with pictures on Facebook, regarding drug use and a possible stolen vehicle and it was at your location. I see a pattern here. People are obviously aware of your convenient and unsecured location and continue to return. Maybe you should stop making it such an appetizing and irresistible place to hang out for the homeless and lock up your dumpster! Also what about the safety of your employees having to deal with such unpredictable people?! Maybe this is why you have such a high turn over rate of employees, it's unsafe to work there! Also the quality of your food has really gone downhill. Several times now your bread is at least a day old. Aren't Subways known for their freshness and high quality? Every time I order cookies, rarely there's a good variety or enough made. Also your drink station is being used continuously by the homeless with disgusting used dirty cups obviously pulled out of the trash can, which I have witnessed countless times these last few years. My recent and last visit I was standing in line and a homeless woman walked in barefoot, with her shoes in her hand and asked your employee for the bathroom code. Your employee blurted out the code even after seeing she was obviously not a paying customer. The entire time I was in line which was approximately 10 minutes she was in there. When I left she was still in there. Why should a non paying customer be given the bathroom code? What is truly the point of having locks on your bathroom doors if the code is given to everyone? I think some changes should be made on your behalf and I'm hoping these changes be made soon or my last time will definitely be my last and I'm pretty sure you'll be losing several more customers due to your lack of management. read more
