40+ minutes waiting for 6 crunchy and around 15+ cars passed by drive true no one in restaurant

The late afternoon shift NEVER cooks the quesadillas all the way. Every single time I come to the Taco Bell on weedpatch, the cheese is basically RAW. The daytime workers always cook it well but if you go around 5 pm and after that, then you better expect nasty raw cheese quesadillas... Not sure what's going on with the late afternoon workers but they need to replace them... this is about the 7th time this has happened within 2 months. read more

Asked for two combination burritos with extra red sauce and no onions. "She kept saying extra cheese" we said NO! just extra sauce please. She decided the price was $5.45 It said total on the screen, $5.45 Got up to the window and she wanted $8.87 we said WHAT? You said $5.45 She said it was $1.60 for extra sauce and that was fine. She finally settled at $7.48 UGH!! We we're hungry after work and we just wanted our food! The Girl was EXTREMELY SNOTTY to US and we WONT be going back!! Terrible Taco Bell. Maybe the worst I've ever been to. First, the old guy with the mustache was super rude. We ordered two drinks and I asked for clarification on which drink was which he said "you tell me which is which". Like i'm sorry, but that is so rude and not how you should treat a customer. They also have to enter the bathroom code for you, and when I asked the lady too she messed it up multiple times and tried to do something else before letting me in the restroom. I've been to this Taco Bell several times as part of school friend trips, which usually include 4-9 students and myself. When we walk in, we can be a large group, and since everyone is ordering individually, we create a sudden rush. The folks at this Taco Bell have been generally good at handling the crowd. Servers aren't super warm, but they are efficient, and the food has been served quickly. It is, after all, just fast food, so it's good, but not spectacular. We get in, eat and get on our way to wherever our field trip takes us. I'll be happy to stop there again next week when we head out on another adventure. read more

Only went to this Taco Bell once as we were out running errands. We hit the drive-thru. Our order was taken and given to us as expected. The wait in the drive-thru line seemed a bit excessive. Especially given that we didn't order a lot or that there was only one car in front of us. It is just another fast food stop with another fast food regret. It is a Taco Bell. The bean-inator. I ordered 2 bean burritos. I was disappointed and frightfully surprised that my burritos hid a CRUNCHY surprise inside their soft tortilla blanket. I was hoping for the soothing well known and remembered textures of hospitality.... smooth soft and comforting beans wrapped in a friendly tortilla with some red sauce cheese and onion. Unlike a soft plush toy upon my pallet and esophagus, what I experience was more akin to a raging bucket of evil piranha chewing their way down my gullet. The beans not only tasted burnt, but had sharp chewy bits that anyone could have confused for plastic or glass shards. Im hoping they were beans rather than crunchy bits of "other" material. Now I understand it was late (aprox. 9pm), but really if your not in the business of offering fresh HEALTHY FOOD then leave the aforementioned business. It takes the same amount of effort to serve good food as it does the horrific mess of vile concoction that you served me. The only difference is perhaps the slackers that work behind the counter.... game on TB! Lets see how fast your market share dwindles. I for one will never cross your vile threshold again. read more

Can't say that the food is a 5 but I want to single out Jonathan as a 10! I was in here Labor Day, pretty busy. In the 3 minutes or so I saw him take orders at the counter and: Run around to help a woman with two small anxious kids-put a top on her food to go, packed it in the bag, and opened the door for her to navigate out, Help a guy who was a bit confused-grabbed a lid and quickly changed a "for here" order to "to go" Explain to a dad with three small kids how he can save $ by ordering one drink over another Smile the entire time and let customers know who was next as he cleaned up around the orders. Terrible customer service and if I could give 0 stars that's exactly what I would do. Definitely need to hire better workers because whatever girl they had at the window on the 10pm shift on 8/14/2020 was very rude and seemed like she hated the job that she picked for whatever reason. We explained to her that we are truck drivers & our truck can't fit through the drive thru and asked if we could order at the door and she says no. So we walk in the drive thru and she yells that we can't be served bc we aren't in car! And I tell her AGAIN that our truck can't fit through so how does she expect us to eat? WORST Taco Bell in Bakersfield by FAR! They always take forever, and rarely get the orders right. I dined in there before and the employees don't take their job seriously, talk loud enough for customers to here about their "fun/illegal" weekend plans; completely unprofessional. I've given this location my business a few too many times, due to it being the closest to where I live, but I will never be going back after the experience I had today. Not only did they get my order wrong, they didn't give me two tacos to go with my Mexican pizza combo, and the Mexican pizza had almost no topping and wasn't even cut. It had to be eaten by ripping uneven parts off. I wish I could give 0 stars. Management needs to step in and retrain at some point. I hope corporate sees this post. read more

The best taco bell on this side of town. Service is quick and I have only had one time that an item was absent from my bags when ordered. I went back and was given the missing item quickly. I visit this establishment more than once in a month and will continue to enjoy the food from here. read more

My husband and I come to this Taco Bell at least once every two weeks or so and I've noticed that recently they haven't been paying attention to detail when it comes to making food. I am a vegetarian and every single time I order a mexican pizza, they somehow get the order wrong. Yesterday, we had gone to the drive thru at least twice back to back because they added tomatoes when I specifically asked for no tomato and then when we got the second order, we asked the cashier who was working drive thru if the new order had NO beef and he said yes, it does not. We checked the order while we were there but unfortunately it was too dark to notice whether they put beef or beans, something in my gut told me to check underneath and just to my instinct, they put beef instead of beans. So then I called explaining the frustration, the management at this location is AWESOME, however the staff working here really needs to listen to key words because had it been someone else they would have taken the issue to corporate and made a much bigger issue about it. Again, the management here is wonderful, but the staff could use some work, any time we order a mexican pizza it gets tossed in the box. I am human and also a paying customer to where you'd think that they would value their customers. When we got home the third time after eating my food I felt very sick 30 minutes later. I was up all night and I just feel like us customers don't get to see behind the scenes, so made me wonder if they even wear gloves to make the food and why is it that my food is always thrown in the box? Again, the management is wonderful but the experience I had should said on here because I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we went through. Also, this isn't the first time we've had problems with lack of communication at this specific location. We have even called corporate a time prior but I always like to give the benefit of the doubt and yesterdays experience was absolutely horrible. Stopped in for lunch on our through town. The food was great actually! It was all warm and fresh tasting!! The restaurant itself was really dirty, though. The bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Another complaint is the fact that there is no changing facility for kids! Staff was decent. read more
