This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a restaurant. The owner, who attended me personally, was extremely rude, unfriendly, and didn't even bother to greet me. From the start, it felt like my presence was an inconvenience rather than appreciated. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to make a customer feel welcome. When the person running the business treats guests this way, it sets the tone for the entire establishment and not in a good way. Regardless of the food, poor service at this level is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and hospitality. I have no idea how this place remains open .. Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone, the hours are absolutely ridiculous.. Since no one answers I drive all the way there to be told we are out of everything! Yet still open for a couple hours!! And it's a Saturday night! I came here on Friday night. It's a small front area, it's just to go service. Very warm and welcoming. I order a few street tacos, hard taco and burrito. The flavor of the Al Pastor, Barbacoa and Chile Verde was all very good. Everything was very affordable and they had a wide selection of items. I order every New Years Eve for the last several years. I noticed a change in the food. The chimichangas are a lot skinnier than they used to be. Tasted better when they used cheddar cheese. The picture shows a cheese burrito with jalapeños and they no long have jalapeños which is a bummer because they were 1000% better when they had jalapeños inside. read more

I swung by this place after work, prompted by a sweet spotted fox voucher. I was surprised by the lay-out of the store, as there is no seating area -- it's basically an order & take-out store front. The menu offered some pretty good options, and I proceeded to order: Carne asada dinner plate, comes with rice, beans, salsa, tortilla and guacamole. I got this entree for my husband and tried some myself. Thought the meat was a bit dry but tasted pretty good overall. It was basically a grilled slab of meat (thin). I wish I ate it when it was actually hot and sizzling, but by the time I brought it home - it was already cold. :( 2-A la carte Combination special with (1) Carne asada burrito (2) Chile Colorado burrito. The chile colorado burrito contained the pork meat w/ colorado red sauce (a bit spicey). The carne asada burrito was basically tiny cubes of carne asada meat wrapped in a tortilla. Rice and beans came separately (not inside the burrito) with this combo special. To round out the dinner, I ordered a churro w/ strawberry filling. It was hot off the oven! The strawberry filling reminds me of the strawberry used in donuts and the churro was smaller than I had imagined it (smaller than the ones sold at Costco). It was good to try it though, only cost $1.60. read more

The lady at the counter had excellent customer service and even made sure to open the door for me and my daughter as our hands were full. I've eaten food from here several times, with the most recent being earlier this week, but I've never been to the actual location myself. So, because of that I can't place an opinion of the conditions of the restaurant or the customer service, I'm only judging the food. We order party trays from here every once in a while. The food has pretty much been good every time except for the rice, a bit too hard, but was still edible. One of the people in my group also said the same thing, and when I read someone else's review on here, it was a solid confirmation that it wasn't just me thinking this. The portions are perfect size and my kids really like the tacos! I'm a fan of everything we've ordered... from nachos to taquitos, they never disappoint. How have i been able to live without knowing about this place!! My sister told my wife about it when she was over here, so we decided to give them a try. Not only was the food good, but they deliver!! where else can you get mexican food delivered to your door? between all of us, we tried the tacos, enchiladas, and a burrito...and i thought all were very good. The tacos are really good sized, and have a lot of substance to them...you won't need more than a couple to get your fill. I ordered this online through PayPal (which was cool) but that is the best thing about my experience eating Taco Pronto. It had a nearly undecorated cold and uninviting shop. It didn't vibe well with me. The service was great and the three people working there were very courteous and polite. I ordered a pair of small carne asada burritos. They were only filled with carne... no salsa, beans, sour cream, rice or anything. Just overcooked, lightly flavored and extremely gristly carne. I could easily overlook an all-meat burrito surprise if the meat was at least decent but I couldn't even finish the first burrito. My wife got cold enchiladas with unmelted cheese inside. Pretty dang gross. I recommend against it highly. Taco Loco is across White Lane and while it isn't perfect my worst meal there was far superior to this place. read more

We have always used this as a great, inexpensive dinner in when we don't want to cook, but now we have added using them for parties to our list. Their platters are awesome! You can order online in advance or just an hour or two before the party and they have arrived fresh, on time, and deliciously every time. We have ordered a variety of their trays including the dessert tray (their strawberry tacos..omg!). They are a party favorite. Awesome! I had my doubts about ordering delivery due to the distance between my home and the restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised! My food was here fast and warm. The food was excellent, I had the burrito dorado and I recommend that if you get any meat you get their shredded beef... OMG My sons had the carne asada torta and nachos, my son wasn't fond of the mustard they put on the torta but that's an easy fix for next time. Everything overall had excellent taste and you cannot beat the price. I do recommend that if you order a burrito, you order 2 because they are small but you get 2 for the price of a reg size at any other mexican restaurant. This was probably the worse Mexican food I have ever had. They lacked flavor in almost everything I ate. Chicken enchilada was plain and had no true flavor in the red sauce or chicken it's self, the taco was only improved when I added tapatio from my house, the quesadilla was something I could make with Kraft singles cheese, and the chips and salsa where just a plain disappointment, the salsa lacked chunks and spice which I feel makes, or in this case, breaks a good Mexican restaurant. Ordered online. Paid $10 for a build your own burrito. It arrived, and looked so good, was huge! However when I cut into it the burrito had none of the ingredients I ordered. Guacamole, onion, salsa, cheese was all missing. Just rice beans and chicken inside. I called to speak with a manager. Maria took the call and argued with me that the guy making it said he put a whole onion in it. I said all ingredients are missing. I told her I would send a pic since she seemed to think I was lying. She said they only have the business line. She seemed like she wasnt willing to help. I told her she needed to do something. She offered $2 off my next order. I said I paid $10 I either want it remade and delivered correctly, or bring the missing items because Im hungry. She said she would send a driver with the ingredients but she doesnt know how long it will be before I get them. Now Im sitting here waiting while my food gets cold for who knoes how long. I honestly only tried this place because they offered delivery, but the food was so good! It definitely exceeded expectations. I had the chimichanga-very cheesy and the chicken was great. Excellent rice and beans as well. My boyfriend got the beef burrito-amazing! It comes with a salad, which is basically just lettuce and tomatoes, but the ranch is great.
