The reason I took 3 stars away: You need to be buzzed in to use the restroom. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger, but I got a bun. It took over 10 min to get my food. They ran out of lemonade and ice. The reason I gave them a star: the young man was very polite about correcting my order and apologized for not getting my order correct. Also, the place was clean and the food was hot and made to order. I hope they improve because I work nearby and it's a frequent lunch spot for our teachers. read more

This place is horrible. Never had such a rude server at a Fast Food Place. She yelled at us to move our car when no one else was in the parking lot. When I asked for the code to the bathroom she told me to hold on, typed away on the cash register then left and never gave it to me. On top of our bad treatment, she yelled at an older gentleman for no good reason. Their service was slow and the place was not well kept. One of the most disgusting things I can think of when it comes to handling my food. Is that my chicken sandwich bun had a plastic product keeper stab into it. Which just lets me know that they don't keep their countertops clean of debris. Not only was I disrespected at the drive-through window by what seem to be a under paid under educated employee. And when I ask for a military discount the drive-through employee scarfed and then looked at me and said I need to see your ID. I was gladly willing to provide proof that I am a veteran, but the way she said it told me she hated her job. read more

The only reason they get a star is because I have to give them one. Their service was decent only because we were the only people in the place. But a door dash came in and she was still waiting when we left 15 minutes later...our food was overcooked...in that our hash browns were greasy crunchy bricks and our croissants were flaky but the meats in them were over cooked as well...I didn't think you could burn coffee that early but apparently they've learned the trick of burning coffee at 7:30 in the AM...if we had not been on the road and in a hurry I would have stopped at a diner... I try to find positive because I hate being negative in my whole review...the restaurant was nice and clean and they had all the condiments out which was a first since the plandemic started.. the young lady that helped us was super sweet.. not super helpful but sweet nonetheless....I hope this helps someone read more

Damereo needs to learn some people skills ... please remove him from drive thru window .. with his non verbal skills he'd be a great dishwasher ... This Jack In the Box is my go to! Every time I come it's always fast service and the food is hot and fresh. The manager with black and red hair is usually there when I go and she always says hi to me in a bubbly way when I get to the window & asks how I've been doing and just makes the experience 10/10. I don't even go to different Jacks anymore because I feel like i'd be cheating on this one!! My personal fav-Best customer service-Best food. They only messed up my order once out of every time I've gone and they went above and beyond with apologizing and even offered me a cheesecake for the inconvenience! I was starving & my business partner went to go get us something to eat! The food was delicious but they rushed the drive thru order so my drink was never provided & the coffee for my friend was not tasty at all. The food is always amazing the staff is amazing too especially the manager even thought his Spanish isn't perfect he always tries when he takes my mom's order the only thing I do have to say is that some of the younger staff's especially some of the girls at noon look like they don't want to be there and do have a little bit of attitude I get it they look young so I can give them that they still go to school and I still go to school so but that's that the inside is pretty clean they are really nice and always quick to fix your order if something is missing they don't ask questions and give it to you. The one thing is they are kinda of stingy with how many sauces but if you ask they will usually give it to you. Also if you go there at night please be patient and kind because I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to be awake the whole night either.But all in all it's a pretty good place. 9.5/10 read more

For the third day in a row I waited in the drive thru line with only 2 cars ahead me for 25 min. I told the drive-thru cashier that the price she was telling me was not the $2.99 price listed on their menu. She told me to drive to the window because I asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Valerie, who claimed to be the manager. She said the promotion price of $2.99 ended yesterday (8/09/17). I told her the price listed on the menu still reflects $2.99. She said her maintenance guy hadn't changed it yet. I told her that she could cover the price, because you can't advertise a price and charge a different price. Normally I am not a customer that complains or even argues, and I told her I was not trying to be a difficult customer to which Valerie replied," But you are." At that point I decided to end the unprofessional interaction and verified her name and let her know I would be contacting the District Manager. I found the exchange to be extremely unprofessional. B*^%!es. That's how they represented the company. I walk in to order. At least three employees working. All three give me eye contact and say nothing. Five minutes later one says 'we'll be with you soon.' Five minutes after that the 'manager' comes to take my order. I order a #7 for my friend (ultimate cheeseburger) to which she gives me attitude, refuses to look me in the eye, and then says 'our grill is down so we can't cook any meat.' Literally word for word. Mind you she doesn't give me any eye contact and looks annoyed that I'm there. Confused, I say 'so basically you can't Serve almost your entire menu' to which she says that they can serve all these other items with chicken. Again, confused, I say 'but chicken is meat and you just told me you can't cook any meat' to which she says 'our grill is down and we can't cook any meat' . So she makes me wait inside for ten minutes to tell me all of their menu is down and she doesn't even give a damn. Doesn't care. And I'm the only customer inside mind you. This place is awful. TL;DR. This Jack is a pretty good one. We like to hit it on our way to work because they are fast and get our order right. They also make a great Iced Mocha (better than most of the other Jack's we have been to as well). The line in the drive through usually isn't that long and the food is warm when we get it.
