When trying to pick up my mobile order that was placed at the wrong store and in a rush for work I wasn't answered I called multiple times and nobody answered and the store was suppose to be OPEN. Then I get told that my order was cancelled last night because I didn't pick it up and I can't get my money that I can dispute it with my bank. I worked for my money and my points that it took me forever to gather just for it to be took and nothing done about it the is so unprofessional now I have to get a whole new card and Change everything to this new card. This is not Okay at all and all on recording of the worker telling me to dispute when all was asking for is my money back for something that I didn't get from yall this is insane. I know where not to ever come and having companies with staff like this is the exact reason people go out of busines. read more

I came in on Wednesday 3/18/26 around 6 PM and the lady who charged me was so rude. She kept cutting me off and ignoring me when I was trying to tell her that I had a free sandwich on my account that I wanted to use. She was this short dark-skinned girl, I didn't get her name unfortunately so I'm not trying to be mean when I describe her but yeah. She needs to slow down. read more

Avnessa. About 1:40. Thursday 15 May 2025. Im not 100% on the employee name spelling because I was keeping my distance. She opened the bread doors, took one step back, then sneezed into her open hand (not even trying to be batman and sneezing into her arm!). Right after she looked around then grabbed the trays from the cooker and out them into the serving area. After she went to the back then came out to wash her hands and out in gloves and offered service. The older Middle Eastern man did not greet me upon entering the store, did not complete my order correctly and then scolded me for not standing at the counter, even though I'm an elderly disabled woman. I usually go to this subway, and the people are not always so clean with the making of the sandwich. However, I went in today, and the gentleman and lady in there today was very clean and helpful. I was very pleased with the way they made the food, and the way the Gentleman offered to make sure I was happy with the food was greatly appreciated. I have tried a number of Subways but this location has the freshest ingredients, best customer service and welcoming friendly. When I first walked in you could smell the fresh baked bread! Which just makes you hungrier. This location is about 5 miles from me but is definitely worth the drive!! read more

Garbage. Made the mistake of trying out Subway again after avoiding it for years. I guess the Charles Barkley/Stephon Curry ads must have worked. I ordered 2 foot longs on the app and was on my way over when I get a call from a Kathy who said she was finishing making the Supreme Meats sandwich when she realized they had no salad dressing for it. She was the only one working, so how could she not know they were out of the salad dressing? It was 4 in the afternoon! I hastily had to think of a back up sandwich and ordered the Subway Club. The other sandwich was the Champ. Should've been called the Chump...not fit to look at...disgusting. I took pictures and will post if I can. It looks like bad tuna salad or chicken salad and it isn't something a starving dog would bother to eat. Barely enough meat, if you can call it that, to fill a 6 inch, let along a footlong. I was on the way to game at the time, so I couldn't call back and complain until the next day. Same server answered the phone, Kathy, and she refused to offer a sandwich that looks like a sandwich, refund, or anything else. She said that if I wanted to complain to management, "Go ahead and make my day" and then hung up. Dirty Harry could make a better sandwich...with a magnum in the other hand. You will never see staff wasting time for if business is slow an employee will b seen cleaning or food prepping! I come to this branch of Subway often on my lunch break. During the weekdays, it is not unusual for the line to be very long. However, I have actually timed my wait in line twice now and even if I was the 8th person in line, I usually had my sandwich in my hands within 12 minutes. The staff usually moves pretty efficiently during the peak hours compared to some of the other branches I have been too. Otherwise, it is fairly standard in terms of cleanliness and appearance. After ordering my lunch online I headed to the store...I am so limited on my lunch times for Mondays that it is difficult to get away at all thus I use online ordering if I need to get a lunch from a restaurant. I get to the store and am waiting for my order - my lunch partner arrived and waited in line - I noted that she was being served and my lunch was still not ready - I asked about this and thought aloud, why order online if it is faster to stand in line. Adrian, who was making my friend's salad took offense to my comment and subsequently began to inform me that my order had barely arrived - unfortunately the app showed it was in processing for 20 minutes and at that time was stating it was completed though my salad had not even began to be prepped. Yes the store was shorthanded, but that is no reason to make my order after people arriving after my order was promised - yes I was upset but not once was I rude or disrespectful to the staff I did ask why my app said the order was ready and it was not...Adrian felt he needed to vent to me about my concerns/complaints and disrespectfully told me I had no right to "act the way I was acting, couldn't I see how hard everyone was working and the store offered you a refund so you didn't have to keep waiting for your food." Explain to me how asking for my food to be made at the time I expected to have it and before you finish all the orders of your lunch rush is inappropriate...explain to me what purpose it would serve to cancel an order halfway through my lunchtime and have no food to eat...explain to me why I cannot reach a human to discuss these issues nor am I able to speak to anyone in the store (the never answer) for the purposes of obtaining the owner and or district manager's number. I am sure automating your complaints to this system has no doubt saved you money, but it yet another factor that adds to poor customer service - if the parent company is so poor at customer service how can the stores be expected to do anything differently, what do they have to fear in the way of repercussions, when a customer is unheard? I will also note that Adrian did not wear a name tag and refused to tell me his name when asked after treating me with such disdain. Another employee gave me his name and for all I know this is not the correct name of the individual with whom I spoke, but I do hope you can pull the payroll records to determine who the only man on duty was at the time of this incident. I will be taking all my business elsewhere - not only is your service horrible and your treatment of customers incorrigible, your prices have exceeded the reasonable cost of a lunch - I can get a side salad in a sit-down restaurant for less than you are charging for the measly portion you are masquerading as a complete lunch. They ran out of tea, when I brought it up, he said ok, I ll make some more. so I got some soda water to tide me over until tea was made.
