Actually I love the Whopper Jr with cheese. Every time we have gone through the drive through, it is quick and easy. The ladies who work there are so pleasant. So delicious, would definitely recommend. read more

Food service was great . I used a family meal coupon and it was pretty quick service . Staff was very friendly. This location was very clean . Food was delicious. I asked for sauces and they they provided a generous no hesitation. They were busy and even then I got my food pretty quick and they looked short staff . Keep up the good job guys ! read more

Their French fries are the best. And of course the whopper was great too. We didn't wait very long at all in the drive thru.

The service was really slow the girls were just talking . The food was not HOT! The spot was empty took them 20 mins to get us our food. Drive thru was literally empty. I saw a staff grab her phone then started to handle food without washing hands . Never again read more

Placed a mobile app order and dined in around 9am. The place was very clean and was greeted with a friendly worker (female). Didn't wait too long for our food and another worker (male) that handed us the food was friendly as well! Food was made fresh and warm! Didn't have any issues at this location, will definitely come back! read more

Sorry, but Burger King is not the home for the king of burgers. Had me a coupon for a Whopper so I decided to drop by this Burger King location. Restaurant was not busy when I arrived. One other person was waiting for their meal, and the dining area was empty. There were a couple of vehicles at the drive-thru though. They must prioritize the drive-thru customers because it took them almost 10 minutes to help me at the counter. To their credit, they did acknowledge me so I did not mind the wait. Service was fine overall. The wait for my Whopper meal was about 5 minutes so not too bad. Looked around the restaurant while I waited, and I must say that it was looking quite clean. Been a few years since I had the pleasure of eating a Whopper so I was looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately, the Whopper did not taste too good. Maybe my taste buds have changed over the years? Definitely not one of my favorite fast food burgers anymore. Even the fries disappointed. They tasted old and stale. Well, at least I saved some money with the coupon. Don't think I will be dropping by a Burger King again anytime soon though. read more

Excellent service by Hailey. She was sooo busy handling orders from the front counter while also preparing the orders for the customers inside.. AND on top of that, she is also handling drive thru and preparing orders for them at the same time.... Killing it! Great Job Hailey. Truly Inspiring. Keep up the great work. read more

I love this place! Everyone here is very friendly. I ask for a custom order and they make it right. It's always clean here and service is prompt. read more

Just bought 2 whoppers and will never go to burger again!!!! This is the nastiest burger I've ever had!! I used to love whoppers and thought I would give it another chance but No it still tasted nasty. The bun was stale the meat was bland it had very little condiments two little pieces of onions then 4 pickles and that was it no lettuce or tomato just a nasty dry burger. I couldn't even eat it and yhat says a lot cause I am not a picky eater I can usually just eat what I've ordered and move on but this was terrible!!! As far as I'm concerned Burger King is off my list of good places to get food Nasty read more

It's pretty good it's fast food. What can you expect? I really don't expect high end meals freshly cooked from home @ Burger King or any fast food place. But it's ok for a good lunch brake or if your in a rush to grab a bite to eat read more

It was very busy in the drive-through and inside the store took around 20 minutes to get the food but it was hot and fresh I did try the impossible whopper which I cannot tell the difference between the real meat and the plant-based meat all I can say it was very good and for you vegetarians out there this will be the perfect meal for you read more

I'm getting sick and tired of these places shutting their lobby to foot traffic because of Covid if you're in a semi truck or towing a trailer you can't go through the drive-through and when they lock the lobby doors and look at you like you're stupid it pisses me off. It's got to be laziness it's all I can see think. Not coming back!!! read more

I'm going to start this review mentioning the most amazing drive-thru attendant we have ever encountered. Chris. Chris' infectious positive upbeat attitude turned what was a stressful day into a great day. We were smiling ear to ear leaving the drive-thru. He was very informative, engaging, and helpful and this establishment is so lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Chris! Aside from that, our food was hot fresh and delicious. Hell ya. I want to also mention a day later we had another amazing drive-thru attendant but unfortunately we didn't catch her name. The customer service here is outstanding and regardless of past reviews, our food has been excellent and fresh. We will definitely be back. read more

I don't go to burger king because in my town is really bad but I thought it would be different here but they didn't even give me a chance, I was trying to order through the app and It didn't work so I walked to the door and asked for help because my service truck don't fit through the drive through, but instantly got kicked out and I didn't have a chance to explain the people said no no no sorry we can't help you so I'm writing this review. read more

Worst service as well as terrible food! Definitely not going back. I know even seems like they want to work. You order an it seems like you inconvenience them. Horrible read more

Did an online order via the app. The app instructed us to wait for our number to be called. The restaurant was completely empty. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached the counter, and asked the status of my order. I was astonished to realize that my order wasn't even started and my receipt was on the side of the register with a stack of receipts. I placed my order at 719 and it is 741 and I still don't have my order. The staff clearly does not care read more

I had the worst service ever! Not only did they get my order wrong twice while I was in the drive thru but asked me to park around front to wait for them to fix it. When they finally brought it out it was still wrong ugh!!!! Hungry and irritated I got out of the car went in to get it fixed for the third time. It was like a Chinese fire drill staff was running all over the place and no one knew what was going on. The manager on duty has no clue what true customer service is, she said she was short handed, knew my order was wrong several times and told me her boss Pam will only let her do a pie slice to make it right. A pie slice? I wait 20 min for food that is wrong 3 times and "Pam" will not let you provide the customer service needed? That's ok I will not come back to your place again. read more

Had to come leave a review because tonight was my second time coming to this location and the attitude and service I got makes me want to come back even more! SUPER NICE employees. The girls working the drive thru are so friendly, accommodating, helpful and just all around amazing! I haven't had that level of good customer service in soooo long. I wish every place I went the people were that nice. Totally can change a mood and make you want to go back. Will definitely be visiting this location again. Food was great too. Fresh, hot, inexpensive and great deals. read more

I just want to say this is the best Burger King I've been too in all Bakersfield the employees are so sweet and the food is literally fresh recommend read more

Went for dinner last night and ordered the 2 for $6 spicy chicken sandwiches. Took one bite and realized that the meat was raw looking. As if it had barely been thawed out. Absolutely the rawest price of meat I've ever seen served! Was given a pie to 'make me happy'! I'd love to be able to share a photo of this raw sandwich. read more

Eveytime I come, drive thru service is incredibly slow, second drive thru lane is always closed. This particular visit the grill was down, so you'd think with 90% of the menu being unavailable, the drive thru service would be a little faster? Nope. read more

Last Friday morning (around 8:40), I'm in the mood for a ham crescent/sandwich thingy. As I pulled in, I only see one car at the window and none in line, so I think, great, this will be nice and quick. After at least 3 minutes sitting at the order kiosk, a voice says I'll be right with you... and he sounds out of breath! 2 or 3 minutes later, he asked to take my order. I asked for 2 different breakfast sandwich meal combos, I'm told he'll have the total at the window. I pull around, and the same car is still at the window! It's been at least 7-8 minutes by now. There's also an employee with a hose washing off the sidewalk and the waiting for the car at the window to move. A couple more minutes and the car pulls out, the employee washes off the wall and all around the drive through window, including the awning. Now there's water dripping where I'm about to go, but I really want my food and want to get on my way (and my car is dirty anyway). So I pull up and the drips are cascading all over my car. They guy finally opens the windows (wearing a cloth mask UNDER his nose...what's the point in that??) tells me the amount and says it'll be right up. Another 3 minutes and the food finally comes. I'm guessing by the amount of time it took, he's the only person inside, and has to take the orders, handle the cash, and then cook the food...? The breakfast sandwiches were actually good. The potatoes... tasted a little weird... burnt like, but not...? Maybe old grease in the drier? Anyway, never go there if you're in a hurry read more

The service was very good but the food was awful it was too salty and it didn't taste like it was fresh

I was happy to get a Burger King closer to the house but GOOD LORD! It is unbelievable that they can't manage to get an order correct to save their life. Don't waste your time coming here unless you wanna come back and get the rest of your order OR get the correct order. read more
