Food service was great . I used a family meal coupon and it was pretty quick service . Staff was very friendly. This location was very clean . Food was delicious. I asked for sauces and they they provided a generous no hesitation. They were busy and even then I got my food pretty quick and they looked short staff . Keep up the good job guys ! read more

Placed a mobile app order and dined in around 9am. The place was very clean and was greeted with a friendly worker (female). Sorry, but Burger King is not the home for the king of burgers. Had me a coupon for a Whopper so I decided to drop by this Burger King location. Restaurant was not busy when I arrived. One other person was waiting for their meal, and the dining area was empty. There were a couple of vehicles at the drive-thru though. They must prioritize the drive-thru customers because it took them almost 10 minutes to help me at the counter. To their credit, they did acknowledge me so I did not mind the wait. Service was fine overall. The wait for my Whopper meal was about 5 minutes so not too bad. Looked around the restaurant while I waited, and I must say that it was looking quite clean. Been a few years since I had the pleasure of eating a Whopper so I was looking forward to my meal. Unfortunately, the Whopper did not taste too good. Maybe my taste buds have changed over the years? Definitely not one of my favorite fast food burgers anymore. Even the fries disappointed. They tasted old and stale. Well, at least I saved some money with the coupon. Don't think I will be dropping by a Burger King again anytime soon though. read more

Just bought 2 whoppers and will never go to burger again!!!! This is the nastiest burger I've ever had!! I used to love whoppers and thought I would give it another chance but No it still tasted nasty. The bun was stale the meat was bland it had very little condiments two little pieces of onions then 4 pickles and that was it no lettuce or tomato just a nasty dry burger. I couldn't even eat it and yhat says a lot cause I am not a picky eater I can usually just eat what I've ordered and move on but this was terrible!!! It was very busy in the drive-through and inside the store took around 20 minutes to get the food but it was hot and fresh I did try the impossible whopper which I cannot tell the difference between the real meat and the plant-based meat all I can say it was very good and for you vegetarians out there this will be the perfect meal for you read more

I'm going to start this review mentioning the most amazing drive-thru attendant we have ever encountered. Chris. Chris' infectious positive upbeat attitude turned what was a stressful day into a great day. We were smiling ear to ear leaving the drive-thru. He was very informative, engaging, and helpful and this establishment is so lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Chris! Aside from that, our food was hot fresh and delicious. Hell ya. I want to also mention a day later we had another amazing drive-thru attendant but unfortunately we didn't catch her name. Did an online order via the app. The app instructed us to wait for our number to be called. The restaurant was completely empty. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached the counter, and asked the status of my order. I was astonished to realize that my order wasn't even started and my receipt was on the side of the register with a stack of receipts. I had the worst service ever! Not only did they get my order wrong twice while I was in the drive thru but asked me to park around front to wait for them to fix it. When they finally brought it out it was still wrong ugh!!!! Hungry and irritated I got out of the car went in to get it fixed for the third time. The girls working the drive thru are so friendly, accommodating, helpful and just all around amazing! I haven't had that level of good customer service in soooo long. Went for dinner last night and ordered the 2 for $6 spicy chicken sandwiches. Took one bite and realized that the meat was raw looking. As if it had barely been thawed out. Last Friday morning (around 8:40), I'm in the mood for a ham crescent/sandwich thingy. As I pulled in, I only see one car at the window and none in line, so I think, great, this will be nice and quick. After at least 3 minutes sitting at the order kiosk, a voice says I'll be right with you... and he sounds out of breath! 2 or 3 minutes later, he asked to take my order. I asked for 2 different breakfast sandwich meal combos, I'm told he'll have the total at the window. I pull around, and the same car is still at the window! It's been at least 7-8 minutes by now. There's also an employee with a hose washing off the sidewalk and the waiting for the car at the window to move. A couple more minutes and the car pulls out, the employee washes off the wall and all around the drive through window, including the awning. Now there's water dripping where I'm about to go, but I really want my food and want to get on my way (and my car is dirty anyway). So I pull up and the drips are cascading all over my car. They guy finally opens the windows (wearing a cloth mask UNDER his nose...what's the point in that??) tells me the amount and says it'll be right up. Another 3 minutes and the food finally comes. I'm guessing by the amount of time it took, he's the only person inside, and has to take the orders, handle the cash, and then cook the food...? The breakfast sandwiches were actually good.
