Still the best soft serve in town! Big sizes, easy drive thru (little longer wait than typical drive Thurs but worth it), and really the creamiest soft serve that hits the spot!

First time visiting this place it was clean the service was good the food was good they accommodated to my special diet the only thing I didn't like was that the charge for the yellow peppers & they apparently changed me 50 cents to run my bank card the first time I paid & then they charged me again when I asked for the yellow peppers another 50 cents I'm just saying it starts adding up!!

I was charged $4 to add a little gravy to my breakfast burritos. Two breakfast burritos should NOT cost almost $17

CUSTOMER BEWARE I came by and made a $50 order for dinner for the family. When I arrived home, I discovered that a whole chicken strip dinner was missing. Immediately I called and was told to come right back for it and apologized to profusely. When I got back to this establishment minutes later they acted weird & told me that no, they would not replace the food. They said that I had no proof that it wasn't in there. I thought the cashier was joking at first. Nope. They were serious. What a lot of effort to put forward to cheat them of chicken strips. My time is more valuable than that- come on, now. They scribbled a phone number on a blank piece of receipt paper with the name 'Moe' and told me to call and take this matter up with him. At this point I'm laughing in disbelief. What??! This has to be a joke. Guess who got cheated out of a chicken strip meal? I was so annoyed by this game. I ended up going someplace else for my sons chicken strips. The phone number was bunk. A fake line with a full voicemail box. I would not recommend this place at all. Skip the drama and go to another burger joint a few blocks away where the food is the same & the customer service isn't absolute trash.

You spend $12-$14 on a MID burger meal and they have the audacity to charge you for yellow peppers and dressing.

If you love breakfast foods, you definitely can't go wrong by going here. I always struggle with what to choose because everything is so good! If you have a sweet tooth, the B-N-W waffle which has banana, Nutella, and walnuts for the toppings would be a great choice. The chilaquiles with any choice of meat is incredibly flavorful and one of my favorites on the menu. I also appreciate their extensive drinks menu as you can choose anything from a michelada to a latte. At this specific downtown location, the service is always great. The servers are friendly, attentive, and always make sure you're satisfied with your food/drinks.

We never been here so we just picked randomly on the menu! We got their Three Flight Mimosas with Original, Cranberry, & Strawberry. They were pretty good and refreshing. We also got the Banana and Berry Pancakes and made it a combo to get eggs and sausages in the side, the "Hot Mess" which is two pancakes, a waffle, a chicken, French toast, and an egg stacked on top of one another, and potatoes on the side! The food was amaaazing. Shout out to the chefs today because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. Seasoning was great, cooked great, it was filling, pancakes were soft, it hit the spot! And our waitress Crystal was the sweetest. She was doing a great job taking care of us and many others in the dining room. It was also kept clean, the employees made sure to clean up ASAP when someone left, they're all working hard. 10/10 experience.

The vibes in the new space are absolutely immaculate. There is so much more energy here, and the decorations are incredibly cute. It's the perfect backdrop for a killer meal. The Main Event: This time around, I went with the En Fuego Burger. This beast is loaded with a chile-spiced beef patty, pepperjack, sharp cheddar, thick-cut bacon, chipotle mayo, pepper relish, pickled jalapeños, and a mountain of fried jalapeños + onion strings. The Flavor Profile: This burger delivers on every level, but those fried onion strings were to die for. For the side, I got the sweet potato fries, which are served as big, thick-cut wedges. They come paired with a duo of spicy ketchup and a marshmallow dipping sauce. Switching between the two was amazing, the marshmallow sauce actually makes the fries feel like a dessert. The Drink: To wash it all down, I ordered the basil lemonade, and omg, I need to figure out how to recreate this at home. It's exactly what it sounds like, crisp, refreshing lemonade with a perfect herbal basil finish. The Verdict: If you loved their old spot, the new location takes everything to the next level. Between the upgraded atmosphere, the dessert-like fries, and that refreshing lemonade, I will absolutely be coming back here again and again.

I immediately noticed that my favorite dish, the shakshuka eggs, was no longer on the menu. Thinking it might just be a seasonal change, I decided to try something different. I ordered the carrot ginger soup, beet and goat cheese salad, and my usual favorite cocktail, the Pear Necessities. The cocktail was the first disappointment. It tasted completely different from what I've come to enjoy, none of the smoky mezcal flavor and none of the sweetness from the pear liquor that made it a favorite. I figured it might just be a new bartender and tried to brush it off. The carrot ginger soup was just okay. I found myself searching for both the carrot and ginger flavors, neither of which really stood out. The beet and goat cheese salad was fine, but it's hard to get too excited about a salad. Overall, the food felt subpar compared to what I've come to expect from Moo Creamery. The restaurant itself was also surprisingly loud, making conversation difficult and adding to the overall frustration. It was hard to get our waitress's attention throughout the meal, and service felt disjointed. The most disappointing moment came when we noticed my son's chicken strips and fries sitting on the counter for 13 minutes before they were finally brought to our table. By then, it was difficult not to question whether the food was still as fresh and hot as it should have been. We came in excited to experience the new location, but between the noisy atmosphere, inattentive service, and food that didn't live up to Moo Creamery's usual standards, we left feeling disappointed. Sadly, I probably won't be returning. It's hard to justify giving it another try when there are so many other restaurants in town that consistently deliver quality food, service, and a better overall dining experience.

The second was almond butter and banana with cocoa nibs, honey, and cinnamon. The third was Nutella and hazelnuts topped with strawberries and coconut flakes. They were all delicious, but my favorite was definitely the Nutella and hazelnut toast. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the variety made it fun to share and try different combinations. SMITTENS STAPLE IS THEIR ABILITY TO MISS THE FLAVOR IN EVER SINGLE DISH…read more Update: coming back after some palate development... smitten is one of the most tasteless restaurants in town. Their hype was definitely due to the 'aesthetic'. Nothing is really outstanding to me. The drinks are such a let down, the coffee is borderline yuck.. do not recommend. Everything is quite unmemorable. Service is whatever, sometimes mid, sometimes bad. Nothing outstanding. Ambiance.... well... this one has been replicated one too many times. The food is heavily missing flavor, the hummus is disgusting. I can't believe they call that thing hummus, it's an insult to actual dish.. it's almost like it was trying to imitate the real dish, but failed terribly in even attempting to. Their pizza tasted like play-doh and looked very pale. Smitten is at least consistent with one thing, which is their staple: no flavor. One of the breaking points for me was being served food that had someone's HAIR. The restaurant is very expensive for the poor experience they have to offer. I stopped recommending them a long time ago.
