The kids seem so depressed lol
    Keia C.

Superb customer service with the workers at this place first and foremost! I decided on a whim to take the kids here since I remembered that my oldest got a gift certificate for good grades. On the way we picked up some neighborhood kids and we all went for our first time to Rollin Creamery. The kids easily picked theirs quickly: Andes Mint Choc Chip!!! I got the Sea Salt Caramel. We all watched in amazement at how they chopped up the side pieces into the ice cream then flattened it all out and then rolled them up like taquitos. I don't know who came up with this but Good On You! My only gripe is the price...$8.50 each is STEEP!!! I shelled out $37 for 5 (with the free one). We won't be coming here often because of the price but maybe once a summer.

I loved the atmosphere as soon as you walk in you're greeted by all who are working front of the house. You see all their topping available behind the counter and the whole crew working together to get everyone's orders done. I like that they offer water while you wait and that they have a Fuzzball table for people and kids to play. We really enjoy the vibe and atmosphere here plus the ice cream is delicious. We have been back three times in less than a month. We are 15 minutes away from home and with multiple ice cream places in but we choose to drive up there because we love it. Here are some pics they're all delicious

Pretty cool ice cream spot. Definitely different - which is a plus. Since it's newer - wait times seem to vary. Pretty cool concept - rolled ice cream - how unique. Loved watching someone make it from start to finish. When you walk in the different ice cream offerings are posted on the wall... so many good choices; how will you decide??! The only down side is the cost- pretty pricey for what you get. Approx $9 for one ice cream dish. * would be cool if they had some seating outside ; indoors is easily crowded **

Finally got to try rolled ice cream in Bakersfield. Of course I got matcha and my homie got strawberry. There was at least 7 orders in front of us so it was pretty busy on a Friday night. The space is clean and has enough seating off to the side if you wanna enjoy your treat inside. The service was great and friendly. Everyone seemed to know what they're doing and the staff have developed a good system to get the orders out timely. Will definitely come back especially when the weather starts warming up!

This ice cream shop is so unique! I love the concept. And it's a change Bakersfield needs. It's like Cold Stone meets artistry. If you've never had rolled ice cream, this Thai-style ice cream will get you hooked. They've got a lot of unique Asian flavors, like Japanese "Matcha's n Creme," Vietnamese "Cafe Sua Da", Filipino Ube, and Thai Tea ice cream. They've even got Mexican Mango Chamoy ice cream! Today we tried the Andes Mint Chocolate Chip, Fudge Brownie, and Matcha's n Creme ice creams. All are definitely keepers! We'll be back again throughout the summer. So glad it's closer to our home than Dewars or Creamistry!

I only know of this place from other Yelp reviews since I was in the neighborhood I decided to try it out even though it's cold outside and it's very small you can miss it driving by it's between Walmart and Petsmart on coffee Road. It was empty when I went in and looked very clean in large menu as soon as you walk in to View. I decided to get the strawberry cheesecake rolls ice cream it came with whip cream cookies sticks teddy grahams and drizzled strawberries the presentation was lovely I took it to go so the top got smashed a little in my pictures. That ice cream was pretty basic but all the ingredients tied in and it was delicious they also have an assortment of lemonades smoothies and crapes that they also made so I will return to trade crates next time I am in the neighborhood. Employee was also very polite

Rollin Creamery, is literally rolled ice cream that is freshly made instantly. Quality is great. They have a ton of different fun and original combinations that I love and look for when I'm looking for a sweet treat. They also have crepes! We had the cookie butter, Oreo cookie and a crepe, all were good however, a bit pricey for my liking. 28$ for 2 cups and a crepe. The crepe could have been a little more "loaded" for the price (compared to others in town). Also there are no dairy free options available. All in all, it is a good spot however, Due to the price I know I will not frequent often.

Stopped by after lunch for my wife to satisfy her sweet tooth. She went with cookie butter. It had Reese's peanut butter cups and a nutter butter cookie on top. I stole a few bites with everything on it and it was duh-li-cious! It was also a much smoother experience than the first time. They also added a digital menu and seem to have added new items.

I'm so glad they opened another Rollin creamery on my side of town now I can have it endlessly Lol I ordered the berry cheesecake rolled ice cream and it's always a fun experience seeing the workers make it in front of your eyes in addition to wondering how can the consistency come out so rich and creamy. What's the science behind it! Anyways, my dessert was super cute and tasted berryful. I'd like to also point out fast service too.

They have soo many flavors! I wanted to order one of each, I couldn't decide. I went with strawberry and my man ordered ube 10/10 recommend I wish they were closer to home, but definitely worth the drive across town. Will be back soon when I'm craving something sweet

So glad to have found this new ice cream spot. I like the variety of flavors, though its a lil bit pricey ($10 something 1 cup including tax and tip) but u get what u pay for- the flavors, beautiful presentation, and place. Taste wise- ice cream is creamy and the toppings blend with the ice cream flavor. Its definitely worth a try!

Cool ice cream shop! I've eaten rolled ice cream before, and I prefer the traditional American style ice cream. That being said, we still wanted to try Rollin Creamery. I like the layout of the shop. Looks terrific inside. It's nice to watch the staff make our rolled ice cream of choice. It looks like a good workout for them. They have a fantastic picture menu on the wall. My wife picked the Ube flavor. I picked the Strawberry Cheesecake. The Ube flavor tasted very good. The Strawberry Cheesecake was even better! They both turned out great, and they even looked better than the pictures on the menu. There is only one size, and it is the same price for each flavor. Definitely not a traditional ice cream shop. It is more on the pricey side. So we will patronize the shop on a semi common basis. I recommend that you all try them though. Rollin Creamery is a welcome addition to Bako!

Took my son & his friend. The menu is creative and extensive. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations. They got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and ube. They said it was "mid"-whatever that means. I'm basing my review on the fact they ate it all and said they'd come back.

This place is closed, so sad to see a good creamery close its door. Save yourself a trip out there.

This isn't just a healthy snack; it's a routine, a tradition, and frankly, the gold standard for acai bowls in the area. What keeps me coming back, year after year, is the incredible consistency. No matter the day, the hour, or the season, the acai base is always perfectly blended: thick, deeply purple, and ice-cold, with that rich, earthy flavor that defines authentic Brazilian acai. The Patriot Bowl itself is perfection personified. The combination of fresh strawberries and blueberries stacked on top of the creamy acai--giving it that vibrant, patriotic color scheme--is visually stunning and always perfectly ripe. The crunch of the pure and simple granola is the perfect counterpoint to the smooth base, and the generous drizzle of local honey ties all the elements together with just the right touch of sweetness. If you're lucky enough to catch it with the coconut shavings, it's an absolute masterpiece.

The drinks usually come out pretty quick & are consistent every time :). The only thing that's kinda weird is how warm it is inside! I also don't think you can study here bc there's no WiFi -- but it would be a nice place to come and catch up w friends! Also, they're currently doing a 2 for 1 sale! (4/26/26). I took a short hiatus for a bit because I had a bad experience with one of the baristas being a bit short / rude lol, but thank you to Brandon for being so bright / helpful after I asked so many questions! I was able to make a decision pretty quickly after he allowed me to try a small sample of the tiramisu foam top. If you're somebody who likes the drinks pretty sweet, I would recommend getting a higher level of sweetness bc again, the coffee is pretty strong / bitter (just how I like it, personally). I really love the banana Vietnamese coffee (wish it was a banana top; but the bananas are blended in and you can def taste the chunks -- which I like bc I hate artificial banana taste) & the tiramisu Vietnamese coffee is super good as well. I have yet to try any other drinks yet bc the coffee is just so good :)

The worker (or probably the owner?), who took and made our order, was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered their cookies & cream boba drink and mango snowy drink.
