We have been going to this Randol Mill Road location since our McDonalds was remodeled to a self-service type of store. We would like to have an employee at the counter to take our order. At least it is job security for them. Even if they don't want to take orders. I hope McDonald's does not turn all the stores into self-service. This Randol Mill location has an inside playroom, so it is busy with kids having fun. They are in their own area, so they do not bother you with the noise. The food was good, and the service was good. I tried the new Chicken Big Mac. It was not great, just marginal at best. Made sloppy for one thing too much lettuce. I did not like the double stack chicken or the extra bread that Big Mac's have. Plus, the McChicken is not very good on its own. I will stick with the Fish sandwich or the Hamburgers. read more

I brought my 23 year-old grandchildren here to play. They have a wonderful playground for children, including a beam machine to beam lights onto the floor and let them dance. They are playing 50s music and the kids are really enjoying themselves. Our table even has lights on it. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a game but it has a handicap seat and everything. It's perfect for us. The place is very clean When I called to ask, if they had a playground, they answer the phone on the first string, which I appreciate because the other McDonald's wasn't answering at all. My grandkids are extremely happy. The food was fresh and hot and the people are very very friendly. I'm not a McDonald's fan, but if I'm gonna come to one, this is the one. read more

I was going to send the following comments to McDonald's but we didn't reach the point of having a receipt or number because of the complete incompetentence of taking the order McDonald's won't let you submit if your a walk out. So here goes with a now public review instead of in McDonald's in box. Today Sunday 2/8/2026 between 12 noon and 12:30 A friend of mine and I stopped at 1704b west Randol mill Rd, Arlington, Texas to eat lunch. I had recommended your location as being better than most. In fact last year you had and inspection team there while I was eating lunch. I told them that you were the best McDonalds. I wish I hadn't said that. My friend stepped up to counter to order. He ordered a small cheese burger small fries and then the trouble started. He order the 1.69 drink. The girl taking order what size is that. He pointed at the menu and said that one she said what size is that? He said it's your menu! Whatever size the 1.69 is. She replied that is not a size! She said it has to do with the tax. It's not a 1.69 with the tax! No other explanation. By now this has turned I into the most stupid experience trying to order food. The manager was over by the order Assembly area and not intervene. The girl taking the order let out a cheesh .He got mad walked out because you could take an order for a drink the idiot taking the order acted like he was stupid when she was in fact 100 percent to blame! So we went down the road to Arby's where guess what took his complete order without something about the Taxes? Now my experience I used to go through your drive through for breakfast 5 times a week. And go through for lunch 5 times a week, My wife who passed away in December had me get her foot there because it wasn't spicy. So we thought first your staff would give me a spicy McChicken then instead of regular with the value mill. Or leave out the nuggets altogether. On my breakfast I would order Sausage McMuffin with egg.and either Unsweetened tea or Diet Dr pepper, your error rate reached almost 100 percent on something from wrong drink to wrong breakfast sandwich. I haven't been through your drive through in almost a month. Now I think I will stay away from your dine in for a couple of years. read more

I ordered 6 hash browns and waited at the drive through window for about 10 min someone came and gave me a whole breakfast platter and I explained that wasn't mine and I continued to wait. I had somewhere to be so I left and came back 1 hour later to see if I could get refunded. The manager came out and started getting loud with me, said she knows she made them and I explained to her "yes you probably did make them, I just never got them" she was getting loud and told me she would make them for me and I explained I no longer wanted the hash browns as I wanted them for breakfast so I could feed my kids. I really like the layout of the restaurant. It was renovated a few years ago because i remember going to this location while still attending UTA at the time. They have 2 big tv that show the college and NFL games. They also have a variety of seating options like a big bench for big groups to sit as well as single seating couches. The bathrooms are also pretty nice, it is well maintained. This location also has a big wall mural of ATT stadium which is a nice touch/tribute to the area it is in. They also have 2 touchscreen kiosk where customers can order their food and pay at the spot with their credit cards. When i went into this location i noticed it was very clean and quiet (which was super nice since i wanted to be in a quiet place). Towards the back of the restaurant near the bathrooms, they have a big bench seating layout with a tv (which was showing the orange bowl ). The guy taking my order was nice and got my order really quick. I would also like to note i been to this location through the drive-thru a few times and they are always polite and punctual with my orders. I i dont give it 5 starts because there was nothing that wow me during my visits but a 4 star is still pretty good. this location is located just 10 minutes away from att stadium and the traffic from events tend to spill over this area of town. read more

As all Yelpers (should) know, 3 stars means A-OK, and that's positive! I reserve my 4 and 5 star reviews for non-chains (and perhaps a large chain if they're truly exceptional in some way). This McDonald's is your classic McDonald's. Drive-thru, playground, indoor seating, you know the drill. No mysteries here. I'm a sucker for a McDonald's fountain coke - they're just always so good and have the perfect amount of ice! I find myself in the drive-thru more often than I'd like to admit, but oh well. Even when the line is long it moves quickly, and the employees have always been efficient and kind in my experience. I don't eat from McDonald's because they don't have many gluten-free options, and the things I could order (salads, a burger with no bun, Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfait sans granola, scrambled eggs, sundae) I'm not looking to buy at a McDonald's. Anyway, I do appreciate the fact that McD's has a pretty decent variety of food choices for different "diets." But if I could physically eat there, I'd certainly be going for french fries and nuggets, not salads! I suppose that's all I have to say besides: what happened to the sweet chili dipping sauce!? read more

This is a two part review. The good: 1) The food is always good, the facility is clean, the employees are friendly, and the service is quick. The bad (or questionable at least): 2) I was concerned to see an older 30-40ish Hispanic male (possibly manager) at the first (payment) window of the drive-thru having his cell phone laying (on and active) near the lip of the window as his hand passed over it with each debit card he received/returned to customers. I could be overreacting, but cell phones should not be anywhere near where debit/credit cards are. It could have been an innocent mistake, but management should be aware of this so it doesn't happen again. read more

Just seems like a plain old McDonald's with and quick and friendly service. BUT... look at their home web page. (URL attached) They give group store tours, offer birthday parties to-go, they will donate to causes (after going through a reviewing process), and they are involved in something called McTeacher's Night that helps schools raise funds. Not every McDonald's participate in these programs, so it's really amazing when I run across these few locations. read more

This McDonalds is recently remodeled and thought I have only gone through the drive-thru, the outside looks really nice and they now have two lanes. They are pretty quick here and I love the fact that as a brand McDonalds post their nutrition information on the menus. I swung through and got a Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad and it was a hefty portion and actually shocked me with how fresh and tasty the meal was. Keep up the good work McDonalds. You get a bad wrap, but you have some healthy options on your menu and I'm pretty sure the fact you serve breakfast all day makes everything brighter in the universe. read more

Brand new remodeled store and no baby changer in any bathroom. McNope. Maybe you shouldn't have a play area for kids, because most of us bring kids that play but we also bring your children still in diapers. So not very many people read a yelp review about McDonald's but if you do and have children in diapers rethink this place. Oh whoever designed this place, paper towels in the bathroom would be great because after you wash your hands and air dry them you still have to touch a dirty handle to get out. Oh and one other complaint the play area there is section where kids get stuck and they could actually fall from the top to the bottom. Oh wait I still have another about a safty issue there isn't a door that blocks from the play area to the dinning area, so if a child wonders off it would be very easy for them to go outside. Your designer and whoever signed off on it should be fired. read more

I have been to a lot of McDonalds, and every time it's not great. I say "well it's McDonalds". I got to this McDonalds every morning, and every morning it's 100% better than any other McDonalds I have ever been to. The drive thru takes less than 3 minutes. Every time I get iced coffee they Carmel is stirred from the bottom of the cup. 90% of the time everywhere else there is a 1/4 inch of carmel at the bottom of the cup because they don't stir it. read more

This is the worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. My nuggets both two nights ago and today tasted freezer burnt or stale. My wife got a parfait and the granola was even more stale than my nuggets. This store was remodeled this year and I think they are trying to save money. Went there once and there were young children who were there hanging out and not buying food. One even ran around and slid into my leg and hit it. I went back the next day and ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and NO onions. When I got the hamburgers they were cold and looked liked two flat regular hamburgers. This McDonalds use to serve good hot food. It appears those days are gone. Maybe that's one of many reasons why there stock value has gone down. read more

I just don't say anything & go about my day but when I ask for something is because it's either not in the bag or cause I need it.. so when a manager questions me if I really need it.. make sure everything I need is in the bag & actually try to make sure I don't speak Spanish.. cause I do & I can understand everything you say... as far as the drive through person I always see you're awesome! read more
