Chick-fil-A is just consistently good. The food comes out fast, the order is usually right, and the food tastes good every time. Nobody is going there pretending it's health food, you go because it's reliable and tastes good. That said, you can definitely tell the ingredients are processed. There's almost a chemical-like sensation or artificial aftertaste to some of the food compared to places using fresher or more natural ingredients. Still, for fast food, it tastes great! What really separates Chick-fil-A from most fast food places is the service. The employees are always friendly, polite, and actually seem to care. The restaurant is also consistently spotless, which is rare for fast food these days. read more

This may be the busiest chicfila I've ever been to. Tbh my main frustration is that they close their lobby and hour early, making the drive thru insanely busy and service slower than normal (after having to merge twice to combine 3 lanes into 1 and taking over 20 minutes). The girl taking our order was very sweet, friendly, hard working, and had good customer service under pressure. She took our order and then later started helping deliver orders too. To be honest she was the best part of the experience. The food was pretty standard for chicfila, though they at first forgot our sauce and straw and the dressing was a little warmer than it should have been. Not very surprising with how busy they were. Otherwise the food was fine. I do think the ambience, at least outside, is cute with cafe lights and a patio. Unfortunately we weren't able to go in to see the rest. Not sure why they close the lobby an hour early, but that certainly was taxing their drive thru system at night as well as several cars (even some of our group) who left to go elsewhere. I ordered a 30 piece chicken nugget and fruit cups online. And PAID for it. Get to the store and there's NO record of my order. It was talking a while so I backed up to ask where my order was and mind you there was 2 other cars, but the one person who not only rolled their eyes for backing up to ask where my order was. Worst experience ever I felt so disrespected by the people taking my order. There is a new setup as you come into order left lane for app orders right for pull up. I mistakenly pull into the app lane I realized that as I looked at the two associates in the right lane. I rolled down my passenger window and said I came into the wrong lane can you take my order. Change is good. After some bad news from the doctor, I've been instructed to take a much healthier approach to eating. No fried foods, even less sugar and only eating out once every two weeks. I was sad, but it's been about 3 weeks of the switch up and I must say, I'm not having chest pains, lost 7 lbs and overall, feel better. This Cobb salad from Chick Fil A was eaten week 1 when I was winding down from DoorDash. As usual, it was fresh and delicious. I don't get chick fil a very often. I love it! But it's pretty unhealthy. I'd love to eat it all the time! Is it just me or have the breakfast chicken sandwiches gotten bigger? I ordered it from uber eats (this location) about a month and a half ago and ordered it again this morning by pickup from the mobile app. Both of the last two times I ordered it, my chicken sandwiches were HUGE! So huge I couldn't finish it!! The piece of chicken is so big I can barely take a bite from it. I thought the first time might have just been a fluke. But it happened again today. Same location both times. I have googled it and it actually said that people have reported chick fil a sandwiches getting smaller not bigger. Maybe I got a fluke two times? I don't know. This has become my home Chick-fil-A and I don't go here as much as I used to because I am trying to cut down on fast food, and more importantly - CFA is not cheap especially for fast food. I'm not complaining though because they do always deliver excellent service and fast service despite the long lines. Food is always also really good. I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit - subbed out the butter biscuit for an English muffin instead and I also added an egg on there. I also got hash browns and a sweet tea. I ordered through the app and I was early this morning so the line was minimal; I was able to go in and out so quickly. Received the usual amazing service and the food tasted great! The best chick fil a I've had in Texas and I've only been here almost 3 years. I ordered a sausage, egg and hash bowl with a buttermilk biscuit on the side. A frosted coffee. For my boys I ordered two chicken and cheese biscuits no egg and apple juice. My first time ordering at this was location was the morning of May 19 th and the second time same day but that afternoon for the boys dinner. The food was amazing that's biscuit was buttery goodness! And fluffy and fresh! the boys are everything nothing was wasted except crumbs all over the back seat lol This location has nice customer service and that says a lot in 91 degree weather! I drive by this location every day but I stopped by yesterday for the first time during lunch time. I loved how the drive thru was not in the way of parking so despite the long lunch lines, it was easy to get in and get out. This chick fil a has lots of seating indoors and out. I loved that the outdoor seating areas were shaded, especially the one with all the vines and stuff. It was pretty nice. Of course, all chick fil a locations have great customer service and this place was no different. I appreciated the kindness of the employees that were willing to help with Aria's high chair, which came with a placemat for her food, and with refills and such. Tonya Reyes was absolutely wonderful, making sure they had the right instructions and that I was okay with the minor cost of adding lettuce and tomato to packaged meals. They took it upon themselves to add the extra chicken in the wrap. When I see that the chicken nuggets are missing. I yell back to the young girl, she goes back in to get it for us. The fries were also missing. The young girl comes back only to say she needs our food back? My friend and I are in absolute shock. I ask why and she says cause they put the nuggets in the wrap. Odd! The manager, Brandon comes out and tries to explain, they messed up so now they want the wrap back because he states "it's extra food". I'm in disbelief! The employees will argue to say their location doesn't do something when all others do, They don't serve fries during breakfast. They don't serve non salted fries at all. When redeeming a reward, make sure to not add anything on top because they won't allow it. (Adding lettuce or cheese on a regular sandwich and paying for the difference) As someone that goes to Chick-fil-A often, I avoid this location at all costs. They forget multiple things every-time I go through the line causing me to turn around and come back to the store as soon as I get home and am ready to eat. They give salads with no forks and drinks with no straws everytime I go. They hired a bunch of high school kids and now the service is more like McDonalds, not Chick fil a. There was this streamlined organizational drive-through process, which resulted in a short wait time. My food was hot and fresh and surprisingly seasoned to perfection. You can have our pre made salad as is or we can take it off your bill" BUT we've been here several times after 8pm and have ordered the same salad zero ISSUES. Dumbest customer experience ever. They decided to change the mobile order lane from the right lane to the left lane. No big deal, but since I'm a returning customer I'm so used to going into the left lane for normal orders that I was confused by the mobile order sign suddenly being on the left, but at that point I was already in the left lane. What was dumb about this is that there were two workers with menus standing there with no cars on either side, but a small line of about 3 cars up towards the window. I roll up to one of them and ask if I'm in the wrong lane for normal orders. She says yes and that they switched what side the mobile lane is. I ask if they can still take my order, and she says no. She says that I have to wait behind the 3 other cars at the window, and pull all the way back around to get in line a SECOND time so that they can take my order from the other lane, only for me to merge back into the original lane I was already in. That was the dumbest customer experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-a. Not because they switched the lanes. But because of the stupid hoops I had to jump through, just because I picked the wrong lane by mistake. read more
