There's almost a chemical-like sensation or artificial aftertaste to some of the food compared to places using fresher or more natural ingredients. Still, for fast food, it tastes great! What really separates Chick-fil-A from most fast food places is the service. The employees are always friendly, polite, and actually seem to care. After 5 minutes my order was ready, and I proceeded to the counter to pick up my meal. The tacos were not freshly fried and appeared to be sitting out under a heat lamp for quite a while the jumbo jack looked sad and plain with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes with a squirt of mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun. As I'm leaving, I see fries and curly fries sitting out under the fryer just waiting to be ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I believe the supervisors need to teach their staff progressive cooking and not mass quantity for a restaurant this simple when there's no one inside or in the drive thru line. Overall ehh it could've been better with proper training from the staff because I know this is not how the owner of Jack n the Box didn't train their staff the way I observed when I went in for a meal.
