This McDonald's is consistently good and the staff are so kind and efficient. We need to give a special shout out to Carl!! It was so busy today and he was working so hard with a great attitude. Thanks Carl!! read more

Every time you think you're gonna go into a fast food drive-through and get out fast, you're always wrong. And at McDonald's in the city of Alachua Florida. Horrible every single time go through the drive through your waiting 15 to 20 maybe in 30 minutes. We are better off not using fast food. Either make a lunch at home or go to a actual restaurant where at least you get a little bit faster Service. read more

3 drive thru visits in a row with 20+ minute wait sitting in a spot waiting for food. Only to have to go inside to retrieve what's missing to a counter with nobody covering and further wait to get missing items. Happens literally eve time. I'm done with this location. read more

If you're looking for fast food then this is place to go. Love their fresh French fries. Cashier always friendly.

Best McDonald's I've eaten at. Super fresh!! Great quality here and customer service. I've never eaten better McDonald's 5 stars

Two decades ago, I worked in High Springs up the road and would stop in here weekly for some 2 for $2 breakfast sandwich. Always had a polite hello and a hot, quickly-made sandwich ready for me. Fast forward 20 years and now I make sure THIS is the stop we make when headed up I-75. Sure back home it's Chic-Fil-A or something else local, but this location of McDonald's has stood the test of time and courtesy and consistency. Stopped in here recently to have them bring food out to the kids and wife and mother, and really no complaints what-so-ever. We even ordered a coffee in a separate order and they managed to get it out all together for us. Listen, McDonald's food is gonna be McDonald's food, but if you want the best that it can get and get it done right and politely, this is your spot! read more

I don't frequent fast food often, but sometimes if I'm in a rush I'll grab it for my daughter. I also have to admit I'm a fan of their vanilla ice cream cones. So if I do come, it's 99% going through the drive through. But this trip was a breakfast break and a stretch my legs break on the way to Orlando. So we went inside and it all looks new and so high tech to me. There are stations where you can place your order inside. Say what? I am so used to going to the counter so I breezed right by this option and went to the main area to order. It was service with a smile and they handed me a table number. I've never seen that at a fast food restaurant. I told my friend that later, and he works in the restaurant business. He told me the reason they do is to actually give you the perception your order is done quicker than you think. Who knew? And hey, it works! I had not even picked my table yet after getting napkins, etc and our order was coming towards us. Now that's quick. Hot cakes and sausage. I got to eat what my daughter didn't finish. I have to admit I've been a little more label conscious lately, and I just happened to see the ingredients for the hot syrup. Yikes. This is why I buy maple syrup at home with one ingredient: maple. This stuff isn't good for you at all, but it tastes good. It didn't deter me from eating the rest of the pancakes, but it made me feel a little more guilty as I was doing it. Side note, sure a lot of people may be swinging through and so yes, the bathrooms are pretty clean on the women's side. McDonald's got fancy on me. This was the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in, but I'm sure they are more like this. It's just that I need to frequent the inside more often. read more

See all

Terrible service. Got the most plain burger imaginable and even after repeating it, still got it wrong.

Food was great! The service was really fast despite being lots of ppl! And the ambiance was good! No sound disturbance

Super friendly. Super fast. And they really care. Easy off and easy on. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Excellent customer service and the food was great! Very impressed with the overall experience.

Stopped by this McDonald's on a whim passing through after work - EXCELLENT. In and out of the drive -thru in 2 minutes, right order, hot food and stellar customer service. read more

Truly is the best fast food restaurant around. I've never seen a more well managed fast food restaurant in my life. Food comes out fast, workers are very kind, and the food is of the highest preparation quality. Orders have never been messed up as well. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. read more

Grew up on McDonalds. Love their app. They have really raised their prices recently though. $11 for a Big Mac meal is crazy.

Yeah I did It. I'm sure I said I would never come to this place again and here I am. I was on the highway and had no choice literally. Well I did have a choice but this was the closest thing I could stop it. I got a fry and a cheeseburger with no pickles no onions. They got everything right, it was prompt even though it was a busy And you know my saying I got in and I got out. Anyway excellent customer service good business the food is average but my experience was good read more

It's so cool to be able to write a 5 star review for a chain fast food establishment. This restaurant has amazing staff. Sunday AM stop: very busy as this is migrant work season and this place was packed with buses. Staff very professionally handled each and every order with obvious patience and commitment. They went out of their way to understand the requests and food orders and made every attempt to deliver the food promptly and courteously. Holy cow. Our food was hot and fresh. Great job folks!!! read more

The best McDonald's I've ever been to in my 20 years of life. The workers were so nice! The food was even better! The fries were not burnt and neither were the chicken nuggets! This McDonald's is doing something different than any other McDonald's I've been to! They really put love into their food 10/10 Would return if I didn't live 3 hours away! read more

Messed up my order twice I said I wanted a sausage mcgrittle with bacon and cheese no egg and they give me a McGriddle with egg on it after I said it twice worse experience with McDonalds read more

Clean, quick, accurate orders. They have 2 drive thru windows, which make this location above average. I went thru & I ordered an egg & cheese biscuit... buttery, flaky biscuit, folded egg & Melty cheese. I've also been inside on multiple occasions. The restrooms are clean, the clerks are friendly, the line moves fast & there is always a manager seen working side by side to help where needed. I would recommend this McD's if you're into their type food. The only thing that would make this a 5 star review is if this location was 24 hours. read more

I was just passing through as I was making my way back to Jacksonville. This location was clean and convenient right off 75 North. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time I used the kiosk to take my order. Thank goodness a cashier was neat to help me. My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and was served quickly. Everyone behind the front line semester to be working as a team. The bathroom was clean also. I will remember this location when passing through town. read more

my fries are always cold this happened 2x in a row. i'm a college student who doesn't have the funds to waste money on cold fries. imagine being a potato and putting so much effort into growing and as soon as your ripe you get picked from your family and cooked painfully just to end up being cooked cold. kind of a disgrace. read more

Great McDonalds with the nicest people. Especially the lady that was wearing the orange shirt. Food was hot and they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our short visit. If you're a Chick-fil-A fanatic, the service and people were just as good at this McDonalds! read more

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter for a quick meal, and you would think that would be the case with a fast food restaurant, but it wasn't, and the Place was almost empty with only 5 customers sitting and 2 ordering. Service for ordering was fast but that's where it stopped ! It took a while to get our food and when it arrived the fries were half full and cold! The crispy chicken my daughter had ordered was warm and dried out like it's been sitting under a heat lamp ! read more

Best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Clean, fast, updated, friendly staff. They actually care. 10/10

It took over 30 minutes to get our food for breakfast. My wife went into order the food and as I sat in the parking lot the drive-through looked terrible also with people cutting in line and not understanding how a drive-through works. read more

Okay, apparently I have become a McDonalds connoisseur according to my Yelp reviews. I really don't eat at McDonalds much (maybe once or twice a year), but sometimes I just crave it or I have to eat it because of the people I'm with or something. But whatever, man, back off. The important thing to know here is this McDonalds was the freshest tasting McDonalds I've ever had. Seriously, it reminded me of how great it tasted to me when I was a kid. The restaurant seemed clean and the staff was friendly, too. 4 stars for all of these things, 5 is just unrealistic for a McDonalds. read more

This is probably the best McDonald's I've been to. The location is very convenient especially if you're traveling on the highway. Close to the exit so you can get food and use the bathroom. The only reason why this McDonald's stands out from the rest is the prompt service due to the management. You can order and get your food very quickly. I also like how in the morning and during lunch (times when there are long lines for most fast food places), they are very efficient when taking their customer's orders in order to prevent traffic. The employees are very nice and not sassy like in some of their other locations. I don't really care for their food, but I am a sucker for their iced coffees. In the drive-thru, the cashiers always say "See you tomorrow!" after you receive your order. At first, I thought this was weird. Nevertheless, they are correct. You will be back the next day because of the great service. read more

The food was good and the service was as well. This has to be one of the busiest locations I have been to. There quite a few employees working and the wait time was not bad at all. The food came up fast and fresh. I had the quarter pounder and the little one had the 4 piece chicken nugget with apple slices. There is outdoor seating available. The only complaint I have is there is no playground. We were wanting the little one to run and stretch his little legs on the last section of our trip. read more

If your thinking Wendy's or McD's. Skip Wendy's on the other side of the over pass. This McD's is new, clean and good but they may get a little lost when you use their drive thru. The tea rocks and the coffee is always good. Unlike most McD's. Wendy's is greasy and rude. And I normally love Wendy's over McD's. read more

The place smells, looks, and feels nice. There's not one thing about this place that would not make you want to eat here. The staff are quick, but very nice. Overall, great McDonald's to go to when you're hungry and have nothing at home to eat. read more

This McDonalds does the kiosk ordering right. After you place and pay for your order at the kiosk, cups are next to the kiosk for your drink and no need to wait in line at the cashier. Just take you table tent and wait for table service. You get table service without having to tip the server! read more

We went through the drive thru and we waited forever and the second lane never took our order. Went back around and called the restaurant and then they started taking those orders but then took forever for the other one. On top of that, the lady taking the order was completely incompetent and was quite rude by telling us we could take the order and then talking to someone else and getting our order wrong after saying it multiple times. Would not recommend this McDonalds. read more

Staff was very nice but they completely messed my order up. Got a McRib sandwich in a 10 piece nugget box instead of 10 piece nuggets. Paid for a Large double quarter pounder meal, ketchup only, and got just a single patty regular quarter pounder with everything on it and a small fry. Sweet tea is also not very sweet but maybe I just got a bad batch. All the same order and everything was right on the screen and read more

OKAY so I left UF that day and I was debating on eating so I did stop and went to this mcD. It was right off the exit! So I was happy about that.
