The exceptions were the lasagna and chicken parmesan. The lasagna just wasn't good at all and the chicken was overdone and dry. I found the pizza decent, but the rest of the family was less impressed. Our oldest said it reminded her of high school pizza and others reported it was bland. I don't think it would do so well in a tiger city but like many smaller towns they have to make compromises for a smaller audience, and more limited resources. I think they made a good effort and we would come back. The pizza dough was tasty, and sized right for me. The cheesy bread was not so great and too dried out. The salad was simple but adequate. We also ordered bruschetta which was too mild and kind of ordinary but maybe that's what the locals like. Usually there is more seasoning, olive oil in the mix and a more toasted baguette slices.
