PREMIUM side? Pay extra for this?? Nope. Avoid.

Slow service and consistently issues. Staff could, maybe, be able to care less. Better off choosing another location.

Time for an update since it's been 4 years. My girlfriend wanted to come here for lunch because she was craving soup. We ordered right away and sat at a booth. I got the roast beef and cheddar sandwich with the chili (mix of regular and vegetarian). I got my daughter the kids pizza and steamed broccoli. Both were delicious and priced great. The service was great and the girls working there that day were super helpful and friendly. Nice alternative at the mall if you didn't want asian food or burgers.

What i got vs website picture

Been going here for years. Always order the club. Today i ordered half a club with potato soup. The soup was beige water with 2 pieces of potato in it. The sandwich was maybe a quarter of the usual sandwich. Menu changes aren't acceptance. Still paid about 16 with drink. I would upload pix if i could. Ridiculous.

the brown stuff is supposed to be potato soup.the french dip that made my mom throw up and brown mac and cheese.

awful.god awful.we paid $36 dollars for potato soup that is brown.a french dip that looks days old and we were charged extra for a drink that we didn't get.we tried to take it back but they closed the gate and turned all the lights off.i will never be eating here again and i want my money back.this food literally made us sick.im honestly furious and disgusted.the people who gave us this food deserve to be fired because this is just absurd.

Ordered the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch It would have been better if the avocado wasn't bad. ******************** 1/19/19Wanted to update that the manager of this location called me to apologize and sent us gift cards. We did receive them! We plan to go back. Thanks. **********************

Not too much to say here. Good spot to stop for a nice, quick sit down lunch. Lots of options but I really wish there were more soup choices

Having a club sandwich here now and this place is garbage! I won't come back. Firehouse is way better.

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautifully designed interior. The café has a cozy, modern vibe that's perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends over coffee. We ordered a couple of lattes, and both were rich, smooth, and well balanced. They also have a nice selection of bakery items, so we couldn't resist trying a muffin and a slice of cake. Both were fresh, delicious, and paired perfectly with our drinks. Even though it was just a quick stop, the quality of the coffee, the tasty pastries, and the welcoming atmosphere left a great impression. It's the kind of coffee shop that makes you want to stay a little longer. We'll definitely be stopping by again the next time we're passing through Pineville!

They have wifi here and I had my laptop with me, so I powered on and checked in on work for a bit which mostly meant sipping coffee, watching people come and go, and sending just enough emails to look like I was being productive while enjoying the quiet rhythm of the place. Parking was tighter than usual today because some construction had blocked off the street spaces and the adjacent lot was completely full, so I ended up across the street in a municipal lot which worked out fine. Pineville almost always has parking somewhere if you're willing to shift over a block or two, and today was no exception even with the congestion. I saw they have breakfast at a really reasonable price, and I definitely want to make it in one morning, but I'm always running late somewhere lol. Today we ordered hot dogs and fries. I really enjoyed the hot dogs. They were pork, which was fine with me, and they were good. The fries could have been a little crispier and weren't seasoned, but they were still really good. The service was nice and pleasant, and the employees did a great job keeping the busy diner clean and flipping tables quickly. Despite "feeling a way" there, iykyk, I still felt comfortable. I would return. I enjoyed the prices and the taste of everything.

The booth in which I sat was wobbly, as demonstrated by the child kicking and wriggling at the table next to me the entire time. But spotless; the staff keeps the place clean and neat like nobody's business. The food wasn't much to base my review on, as it was a really simple item that they managed to muck up because they added bacon despite me asking for none, likely because they didn't believe people would not want meat. It's not exactly a vegetarian-friendly space and I don't eat much meat. So I expect to return to try something else but in the meantime let me talk about the staff. The people who work here are what one hopes of southern hospitality. They are warm, friendly, hardworking as can be, and treat you like a treasured guest. I immediately fell in love with the place because of them. Let's hope on my return for breakfast I can bump this review up a level, because seriously, these people make me happy to live in the South.
