I believe this has same owner as the venerable "Old Tyme Grocery" near the U L main campus. Old Tyme is a legendary sandwich place with a massive following across Acadiana. Old Tyme has had quality consistency problems in recent years, too, but seems to have stabilized lately. As BJ's is in my traffic pattern,I'll try to pre-order some po-boys to-go for next time. But it's a great spot for birthdays, good lunch menu deals, casual date night or if you wanna blow some steam off, they have a little bar in the restaurant as well. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend.
