From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Everyone is incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming, and they have a way of making you feel like much more than just another appointment on their schedule. One of the things I appreciate most is how authentic the experience feels. The conversations are genuine, thoughtful, and personable--you can tell they truly take the time to get to know their clients and remember the little things about their lives. Over the years, that has made every appointment feel comfortable and familiar, almost like catching up with friends while also getting a little time to relax and be taken care of. They are also incredibly attentive and detailed in their work. They take their time, listen to what you want, and genuinely care about making sure you leave happy. I have always felt well cared for, and I love that they seem to give that same level of attention and kindness to every person who walks through their doors. Something that has become especially meaningful to me is how welcoming and wonderful they are with children. Bringing a child along can sometimes feel stressful or like you are inconveniencing someone, but I have never been made to feel that way here. Instead, they are patient, sweet, accommodating, and make children feel just as welcome and special. That kindness means more than they probably realize and says so much about the type of people they are. There is such a warm and positive atmosphere here. They manage to make every client feel seen, valued, comfortable, and cared for while still providing beautiful, detailed work. It is rare to find a business where the customer service feels this genuine and personal. After years of coming here, I can confidently say that it is so much more than simply getting my nails done. It is the kindness, conversations, familiar faces, attention to detail, and the way they make every visit feel special that keeps me coming back. I am so grateful to have found a salon where I always feel welcomed and taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

My friends and I have mani and pedi done today and we are very happy with the services and the safety at this salon. We were afraid of getting out of public places for a while, but we highly recommend this salon for their good credits: + The services are inexpensive and high quality. They have plenty nail colors OPI brand in both regular and gel that my girls are very happy. The regular pedi and mani are inexpensive compair to other salons in the area. + The techs are friendly and take time while being with us.They also have cool water for free. + The salon is clean and they have extra shields to cooperate with the state safety requirement. We enjoy the smell like light lavender the whole time at the salon that we are very relaxed and comfortable. My wife goes in just before close time and asked. Gentleman says, yes come in we're still open. Then some lady named Lisa(I think) just finishes Caucasian customer and gives friendly goodbye to her. She then tries to do my wife with such discriminating sarcastic behavior. If she's going to be like that, why is this freaking place accepting customers just before close time? Apparently this judgmental Lisa girl wanted to go home and treats non-whites differently. Not sure how other workers here are....but if they are like this Lisa girl, this place should be shut down. And I'll make sure I'll do whatever I need to do so. Maybe they need to post "Whites ONLY with lots of Money!" Can't stand insincere sly people. read more

Despite the employees at the highest rated salon in the area being nice, they couldn't compare to the amazing job Kathy and her husband do on my nails.
