For my manicures, I always get three very thin coats and need the tips capped. The technician globbed on the first coat so heavily that I had to stop her at two. Just three days later, my nails started to chip, which makes me question if it was even real gel. On top of that, all of my nails have tiny bubbles or grinder debris/sand trapped in them, and my cuticles weren't even cut. My pedicure was fine, but the manicure was a complete waste. I am very busy and count on my gel nails lasting 3 weeks; this set needs to be completely redone in less than two. To make matters worse, while I was sitting there, the manager came up to my technician to show her pictures that another customer had just sent in complaining about their nails, too. The picture was full nail beds of polish coming off , and the lady who sat next to me had gotten dip the day before and they were thick on one side thin on the other . They take credit/debit but charge $2 , then they only take cash for tips and don't tell you that up front so you have to use their atm which charges $2 then another bank fee showed up on my statement.
