We also had to take the truck back in because of a noise in the steering wheel - turns out when the truck was put back together they left some spare parts in the steering wheel (I'm horrified to think what could have happened if the air bag went off). I could have excused them for: 1) not telling me of the massive oil leak the car was experiencing, as after all, a salesperson has to sell, 2) bargaining me to only half a tank of gas instead of the full tank because they're trying to get the best out of the transaction just as I was, 3) them speaking out of both sides of their mouths with regard to how they were doing well-enough to not worry about moving the car as they "have a 1.5 million dollar lot of cars", but they couldn't remove 300 dollars off the top of the price after everything because they needed to pay their mechanics, or how the car repairs could be done less than quoted by the guy I took it to for a second opinion (and who found the massive oil leak), but they couldn't possibly lower the price as it was already quite low, 4) the worry in their eyes when I asked to add to the contract a stipulation that I would consider the car repaired of the leak once a third party verified that it was fixed, 5) the sheer gall to look me in my face and tell me that they were not aware of the problem, despite claiming that every car sold would have an oil check and if required replacement, because again you need to move cars regardless of how bad they might be. I could have excused it all, were it not for their inanely greedy attitude. To insist after the entire inconvenience and sheer disrespect of their behavior that I was to pay full price while doing the "I'm not all that interested schtick" was insulting to the point of comedy. I've never interacted with talking rats before, but I'd imagine they'd be capable of more honor and self-respect than Sam and Patrick. The only thing they were able to positively accomplish was talking me out of buying a trashcan on wheels! Thank you so much the both of you, it was a great learning experience on how to work with charlatans, I'll be watching with great interest to see all those people who were before lining up to purchase that Audi still show interest now that, of course, you will be changing the listings to reflect this new information, and I'll be sure to give you guys the glowing Better Business Bureau review you deserve as well!

The salesman even filled it up for me. Filling that truck up ain't cheap. On top of that, they gave good lenders. They got me a really good rate for a 12 year old truck, and through a credit union that I really like. The loan is straightforward, and nothing in their contract is hidden. It was probably the shortest contract I've signed when buying something. With all their vehicles they pretty much warranty it for 15 days... which they honor without any games. A couple days after I got it, my brakes took a shit and fried one of my rotors. I had it repaired over the weekend, called them first thing after Labor Day. One of the owners apologized right off the bat and asked me to send him receipts so he can reimburse me if I've had it repaired already. I'd buy a from them again in a heartbeat.

As my partner and I were talking privately about whether to move forward, Gunner stated, "You guys can keep talking, but I can't sit here all day." There were no other customers waiting for assistance, so the comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Additionally, the vehicle had an oil pressure warning light displayed. When my partner asked about it, Gunner claimed the light would go away and that every dashboard shows that sensor when a vehicle is being started. This explanation was inaccurate and raised concerns about the information we were being given regarding the vehicle's condition. Overall, we felt rushed, dismissed, and uncomfortable throughout the process. We would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.

Upon purchasing a car fax today on my own, there are multiple accidents, owners and the truck was sitting on that lot for over 10 months. The salesman said it "just came in" and they had done a whole transmission replacement and all this other maintenance and none of that is noted on the car fax. This is especially upsetting because we had been burned before and we specifically asked about car accidents and were told no! And shown a car fax on the office's computer screen... only to find out multiple accidents. We paid for the truck with cash and today we are selling it and for about 8k less than what we bought it for, because it's truly a piece of junk. I would not buy anything here, don't look here, don't call them, nothing. Stay far away.

They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!
