Diego was very professional and courteous. He took the time providing clear concise quote for the carpet tile cleaning. His crew, Jose and Danny were professional and arrived on time. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and even more thorough job cleaning the tiles and grouts. I did not realize my grouts are bright pink color until they cleaned it! Not only that, Jose and Danny were meticulous in moving the furniture pieces back to their original places. I definitely got the best price for the service rendered and would use Maxclean Carpet & Tile next time.

I'm so impressed with the results from Maxclean Carpet Cleaning! I have a large 7' x 10' light gray sectional that's older and had definitely seen better days. I honestly wasn't sure how much of a difference professional cleaning would make, but they completely brought it back to life! They were punctual, professional, and very careful to protect my floors while they worked. The sectional looks noticeably cleaner, fresher, and brighter, and I'm so happy I decided to have it professionally cleaned instead of replacing it. Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Maxclean and will be using them again!

I can't speak highly enough of this company. I spoke with the owner, Diego, and after reviewing my photos he believed he would be able to clean my lounger and gave me a very fair price. Jose and Danny came and spent two hours cleaning my lounger. They were very polite and professional and did the best job. It's like a whole new couch again! I'm so happy with my results and would use them again in the future.

The filter of the truck mounted carpet steamer filled with cat hair and other gunk from the carpets.

My carpets were so dirty that I was considering replacing them in the master bedroom and on the stairs. Owner Diego and his father Luis got the carpets so clean that I don't need to get it replaced anymore. In the past, I hired other carpet cleaners, but was never satisfied. This is a family owned business, and they care about doing a good job. They use a truck mounted carpet cleaning system. This is very powerful and pulled pet hair out of the carpet, even after they did the initial vacuum. Check out the picture to see how much pet hair was pulled out of the carpet even after they did an initial vacuum. I should add that previously, there was a professional housecleaner who came one per month. In the past, the carpet cleaners I had hired used a handheld carpet cleaner. Definitely look for a carpet cleaner that uses a truck mounted cleaner as the truck mount gives it much more power and a bigger supply of hot steaming water. I also appreciate the transparent pricing. They have a published menu of prices depending on the room you need to clean. I would definitely hire them again!

The results exceeded all of my expectations. Huge thanks to Maxclean, and especially to Henry, for an outstanding job. I initially scheduled them to clean two rugs, but after seeing his professionalism and quality of work, I ended up asking him to clean all the carpets in my home. highly recommend Maxclean! They showed up right on time in fact, they arrived early, which was a great start. The tile floors came out even better than I expected. We had rented out our condo, and when the tenants moved out, they left the tile absolutely disgusting. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it, but thanks to Maxclean, it looks like new again.I couldn't be happier with the results. After requesting a few quotes from different businesses, Maxclean carpet cleaning seem to be the perfect fit for the job. The customer service that they provided was exceptional and they were quick to respond with quotes for the job that I needed. Unfortunately I ended up not utilizing the services that they provided because my apartment was going to rip out the carpet anyway. He was neat and incredibly respectful, wearing shoe covers inside my home. He treated several spots (pets, water intrusion, high traffic areas) and now my carpets are sparkling clean! We just moved in and installed brand new carpets. Diego and his team responded promptly and were able to come clean in short notice. Even though our appointment wasn't until later in the night, I could tell they weren't rushing and wanted to do a really thorough job. He also pointed out a manufacturer stain that was on our newly installed carpet, which I would've missed, but now have a claim to remedy. We were really happy with the results of the carpet that we decided to add a large sectional sofa cleaning. I didn't realize a sofa cleaning would cost that much, but the price provided was competitive and they spent 1.5 hours deep cleaning and staging the sofa after they were done. After having another company come out for a low bid that doubled when they showed up 1 1/2 hours late, I reviewed other companies. I found Diego with Maxclean and sent him pictures. He arrived on time!! He looked and agreed with the estimate and we knew the carpets are old just wanted them clean for now until they are replaced. They did a great job to the old carpet and took less time than expected. I would recommend Diego if you're looking for someone to clean your carpets and be respectful of your home. I hired Diego & Luis solely off their response. Their reply was super quick, super friendly, super clear & transparent! As for the service itself, it was spectacular! They showed up exactly on time (actually one minute early). During the walkthrough Diego let me know the area rug I had them do as well (not pictured) was considered extra dirty and would need a little extra cleaning. Wow! Diego's team is incredible. They came they saw they conquered. My rug that I have in my living room is about 10 x 14' and they did such a great job removing all of the dirt all of the allergens from the floor and anything my dog has left behind. It looks like a brand new rug. Super affordable and they did it very quick. My couches at home needed cleaning since it has been a while so I went on Yelp and contacted a few places that offer this service. Maxclean Carpet Cleaning was very quick to respond and replied within an hour that I messaged them. They were also kind enough to squeeze in my last minute, same day cleaning request that I needed. I had 2 couches at home and they did a very thorough job that took almost 3 hours to deep clean everything. They also deep cleaned my rug for free, and also cleaned another 2 stools all for a very reasonable price.
