If you want cash replacement for items, you need to get renters insurance which I didn't have - my fault.

I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance! They are really friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon or help another person move, but if I do I will definitely come back here. Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .
