They are really friendly and fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon or help another person move, but if I do I will definitely come back here. They had the best attitude and were friendly and outgoing, along with being professional. Young people with this work ethic are few and far between these days. And on a funny note, they resembled my sons. In my experience, more often than not, movers and delivery people I've hired were unkempt, dirty and crabby and in the past I've hired piano movers who were much more expensive and unnecessary. (Maybe different for a grand piano but mine is upright) Unfortunately I didn't get the crew's names but they deserved a far bigger tip than I gave! Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .
