We were so pleased, we rented a second unit in October. Every time we go by the office, they are friendly and welcoming. I compared prices online and felt theirs were competitive, plus the facility was nearby the area where we anticipated buying a home. When we had trouble with one of the locks (turned out to be operator error LOL) they quickly and graciously replaced the lock. To top it all off, we won the recent gift basket and have been enjoying our goodies and gift certificate.

Now that is what I call superior service!! I now have 3 storage units there and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! My belongings are safe and the facility is clean and well groomed during the snowy days, and for me, Marissa is the very best at her position and treats us customers like we are royalty! Thank you Veradale Self Storage for having the full package of not only taking good care of our belongings but also us as individuals!!
