I am quite impressed by Angela and ABC Mini Storage. She is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. She provided me with all the information I needed to set up my storage so I could have my things delivered from a Britain to Spokane Valley. She even made sure I didn't rent a storage unit that was actually larger than what I needed! Finally Angela didn't attempt to hard sell me as four other storage places did. I called each of them and they first said they had to take my personal information which I gave. Only then did they inform me that they had no storage units available but they would contact as soon as one of any size became available. Needless to say I refused to do business with them. Angela only asked for my personal information once she ascertained the size of storage I needed and that one suiting my needs was available. The premises is well fenced, with many cameras continually watching everything and connected to both Angela's office and her phone 24/7, and there is a resident caretaker who lives on the premises. The storage unit was clean and dry and is sprayed for vermin so I feel my things will be safe and sound with this company. read more

We recently sold our house and needed to find local storage for our snowmobiles. Most of the storage facilities I tried calling didn't answer their phone in the middle of the afternoon on a workday - very frustrating. Finally, I found ABC Mini Storage. They not only answered their phone but they had an outdoor storage area for our snowmobiles AND they had a special for half of the first month's rent. What I appreciated most was that they actually did what they said they were going to do. The first person I spoke with said someone would be contacting me to schedule an appointment for me to come visit the facility - and someone actually called me. We scheduled a time to see the facility and when we showed up we were greeted with a friendly smile and helpful service. ABC Mini Storage has a great staff, and a clean and secure facility. So thankful for ABC ministorage! Trying to coordinate a moving truck, movers, all want taking care of the three YO and my newborn was extremely stressful. We had moved from California needed to put our stuff in storage while we found a home. I am so glad I had Lori on my side during this process. Lori provided me with a list of movers. When I called the movers they were eager and excited to help me. They said they had great experience with ABC ministorage and would fit us in because we are with ABC. The units are very clean and well lit. We have been back a few times to get stuff out of the storage and every time we are there we see their security guard checking on things. Start to finish, it was an excellent experience. From the initial phone call, I could tell my experience here would be fantastic. I reserved a unit, showed up on move-in day and borrowed the move-in truck to get all of my stuff from home to storage. Everything was seamless and I am confident that my items are secure in my unit with all of the video-monitoring equipment on site. ABC has great staff in the office. I found the gate stuck one day and the office was closed. I left a message and was called back in less than 5 minutes; after hours! After having our garage broken into multiple time and having some expensive items stolen we were looking for a safer alternative.
