I'm really surprised by the positive reviews. While I rented a unit from them for several months,…read moreit was broken into not once, but twice. Both times surprisingly the camera was not pointed at my unit. I suspect the manager was in on it, and I don't know if she works there anymore. It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. Do not give these criminals your business.

Came back a few days later and started service - the office staff was so helpful. We are very happy with the quality and prices as well as the customer service we have received.

I would give zero stars if possible for violating our contract and my privacy. Prior to what they…read morecalled "roof repair" they sent an email saying that they would not need to access my unit. That turned out to be untrue. The entire roof was ripped off including the sheeting, which allowed unknown roofers to access my unit without my knowledge or consent. Furthermore, they did not have an employee on-site the entire time to ensure that customers' belongings were safe and watched over. This is a breech of contract, an outright violation of my privacy, and wholly unacceptable. When I confronted them about this issue, I was told that they didn't do anything wrong and they insisted that I stop "harassing" their employees - simply because I asked for an explanation for this violation.

We were then charged double for an extra day. Thankfully I took pictures before we left and had the timestamp to prove when we dropped off, but it took days to get that verified by uhaul and the charges reversed. Then, we got charged a $30 fee for the "outstanding" fees that our account showed while uhual took those days to figure out the situation and correct our bill. ALL of this could've been avoided if the guy who checked us in did his job. I will never rent a uhual here again and I highly recommend using one of the many other uhual pick up locations in PF if you need a truck in the future.
