It is with great disappointment that I must express my profound dissatisfaction with Kaden. In my interactions with him, his behavior was consistently marked by rudeness, dishonesty, and disrespect. His communication style was not only unprofessional but often bordered on outright hostility, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Furthermore, his disregard for honesty was evident in his misleading and deceptive actions, which left me deeply disillusioned. Dan Went there for inspection . They pulled my car apart and I mean literally apart before I even gave them the ok . I told them I'll get a second opinion and they began to tell me that the car is already being worked on . They started finding things that were wrong that had nothing to do with inspection and told me I HAD TO get them done or no inspection sticker. They replaced exhaust and muffler and many other things ended up costing 800 dollars . Never again! It's a money making scheme there. You will NEVER SAVE MONEY GOING HERE ! They are NOT looking out for your best interest or your wallet's interests! I do not recommend and reporting to better business bureau . It's never about the customers and. Always about the money. Brought my truck there to have the summer tires swapped over to my winter. Simple enough right? The manager was 1. Rude and quick with me 2. Kept trying to sell me things I didn't want 3. Destroyed 7 of my lug nuts 4. Wasn't wearing a mask and was obviously sickly 5. None of his techs in the shop were wearing masks. So in recap. I just wanted my winter tires put on and what I got was terrible service resulting in me spending more time and money AND ill probably get Covid because of there ignorance. read more

I came to Mavis Tires in Taylor Pa on 7/21 because I had a flat tire. Larry (store manager) called me that the other front tire was bad. I had him place both. I came at 5:00 pm but flex shopper procrastinated in authorizing the payment. I had to go back to work. Once the authorization went through and the shop was closed he brought my car to where I work. The Walmart accross the street. Larry went above and beyond. He restored my faith in people. Again he is a great employee and manager. I believe I will be bringing all my future business to you. read more

Called back to CS and what was suggested was to talk to the regional mgr... the same person that told me that if I take it back to the shop the issue will be resolved and when I did nobody knew about it... I called the regional mgr he didn't know what I was talking about. Selective memory or too many complaints that one forgets? Passing through town and my tire pressure warning went off. Exited the interstate and pulled in here. They pulled my tire, checked for a leak - none found, and made sure I had 35 psi in all four. No charge and we were on our way to our holiday destination. They could have taken advantage of the out of towner's but didn't. Thank you! read more

They dont deserve even a small piece of a star. These people should be investigated for fraud as well as a danger to the public for not performing work they claim to have completed. Please, whatever you do, avoid this place at all costs or you will become another of their victims. This is seriously a dangerous business to deal with. I dont know how much Mavis is paying these people for their praises or if they are even real people but this place does not care about customer service one bit. I could write a book on the underhanded, downright rude management attitude in addition to having proof they lie to your face and tell you they completed work that they did not do. Two examples are 1, bought tires 2 years ago for 900+ dollars and had a slow leak in 1 from day 1 that I took back to them and they fixed it, 6 TIMES! Last time was yesterday 11/13/19. Not only did they not fix it yet again, it was 5 lbs light on air and didn't even bother to put air in it! On top of that they tried to hand me a bill for almost 40 dollars for free tire rotation and a tire they fixed 6 TIMES! 2/ Replaced my battery in car from a different vendor, thank god, in December 2017 and went to Mavis for inspection January 2018 with no issues. Returned January 2019 for inspection and was told car did not pass due to having the wrong size battery and was not secured properly. Same battery, secured exactly the same way from 2018! What a joke this place is. They will not let you post anything negative on their web site so giving everyone fair warning to steer as far around this place as you can. If you don't believe it, you definitely will once you have dealings with them. the mavis in taylor tryed to kheat me i went there got a prise for the timing belt i was told i shuld also khange the pullies water pump nd so forth for 491 to do got the part nd kame bak a week later i was told i needed the plenum gasket ignition koils nd spark plugs went got the parts kum bak nd the prise went from 491 to 1100 nd sum khange now i dont fix kars but it shuld not have went up 700$ so i asked them to just do the timing belt nd the stuff that go with it nd not the plenum gasket koil nd spark plugs he said ok 2 days go past i kall to find out whats going on with my kar nd i was told wasnt nothing dont to it bekause they wasnt goin to get no real money for doing it read more

I had a huge Bolt in my front tire. I drove it to Mavis because it was close. I got there and was told they were"too busy" to help me. On my 2 mile drive home the tire shredded so now I'm driving on the rim. I had to pull over and park it till the next day when Jason from Preitz Automotive got it and repaired my car. I will NEVER buy anything from Mavis tire. I wasn't there just because I thought I'd like new tires. I was a woman with an emergency and they chose to allow me to risk my life rather than help. Don't attempt to get any services through this location. First the guy told me I didn't have an appointment, I showed him the appointment that I myself scheduled. He then goes well we don't do state inspections, you will have to go to another store. Ok, I said call them and tell them I am on my way. I get to the store on Market Street. The woman was rude at this location, and no mask. She told me the only way she can inspect my car is if I leave it. She was so rude, and no other option available. AVOID this place at ALL COST!! They are Unethical. I took my car for inspection. They hijacked my vehicle and wouldn't return it to me until I agreed to allow them to work on it. It cost me $900. . I went to them because I had done business with the WB office but they were backed up and refereed me to these Clowns. . I was greeted by an attractive, friendly young woman who turned out to be as big a liar as the other clowns I dealt with later. They kept finding new things wrong with my car and most of them didn't even speak English. Had I known earlier, I'd have never dealt with them!!! . They installed breaks, rotors and a muffler. I soon learned that I was charged for new rotors but was given used ones that were RUSTY!! . My muffler, which was also USED, didn't last Six months. I ended up having to pay for the pipes again at another place. . I was charged nearly $900 and ended up having to have everything done over but at a different garage. .
