I love that it was a "mom and pop" kind of place, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, everyone was welcoming, efficient, helpful and super friendly. I recently purchased a 2013 mustang GT online from JADTA. Artie was a salesman that I would consider trustworthy, especially taking the leap of faith purchasing a vehicle online without physically seeing or test driving the vehicle. I found the vehicle did have some mechanical issues that needed addressed and I contacted Artie. Although I didn't purchase the warranty he did make an effort to help with the bill which was truly appreciated. Knowing that I purchased a used vehicle the body has some things I wish were visible in the pictures but again I knew I was purchasing a used vehicle online and Artie was truthful when he told me " it's not going to be in car show condition" and again that in a salesman I can appreciate. I paid blue book value for a 99 Ford Taurus in excellent condition only to come home with a vehicle that would not even pass inspection. A brake light was out, the rear defrost doesn't work, and the main console in the front of the car completely came out. I returned it to their in house garage promised that everything would be fixed. The brake light is still out, the rear defrost still doesn't work, they GLUED the panel back in, and now only 2 weeks later the car won't start! STAY AWAY. read more

Not the best shopping experience I've ever had, and I've bought many used cars over the years. Good: Nice facility, Artie was kind enough to wait for my wife and I when we ran a little late due to the weather. Obviously does a good amount of sales. He was taking calls left and right while we were waiting. Bad: Ad did not reflect the car or it's condition. Ad made it sound like a gem...It wasn't. Obviously a heavy smokers car and had some ding's etc. None of it was mentioned in the ad. Had I known that I wouldn't have bothered to make the 45 min drive. Made an offer on the car that was less than the dealer was willing to sell it for. Politely told me thanks but no thanks. His prerogative. Maybe someone else would pay what he wanted. Ultimately I bought a 2 year newer, same model, slightly less mileage car, perfect in and out, non smoking car for less than Jadta wanted for the one they had. read more

After thoroughly researching vehicle makes, models, and years, I decided that I would purchase a Subaru Forester. I shopped around for a few weeks, visiting various dealerships and used car lots in the area. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle but also wanted fair customer service. After reading some reviews, I stopped in to look at a 2011 Forester at Jadta. I am very glad that I did! I knew from the photos provided online that the car had some minor cosmetic wear, however I know that if I had owned the car it would have been in similar condition, so it wasn't unreasonable. That being said, the interior was clean and without damage. Upon a test drive, the ride was smooth and comfortable, which was just what I was looking for. Additionally, the vehicle included COMPLETE service and maintenance records from the very day that it was purchased, and only had one previous owner, which was a pleasant surprise! So the car was a win, but what about that fair customer service? Jadta hit a home run as far as I am concerned. Jacki was extraordinarily thorough in explaining everything regarding financing the vehicle, and went out of her way to find me a low-interest rate and a short financing term. After I test drove the car, I brought up that the A/C seemed to be out and that the alignment might be off. The very next day the A/C was fully recharged with a complete alignment and a new inspection sticker. On top of that, I received a discount due to the condition of the exterior and an upgrade from a 15-month warranty to a 3-year warranty. I sincerely could not have had a better experience. Jacki's empathetic and low-pressure sales style was just what I was looking for in such a considerable purchase. If I could leave less than a one star I would, I did a search for a certain car that I wanted and Jadta came up however I live in Alabama and could not make the drive to look at the car, after two weeks of talking, and looking a pictures my husband and I bought the car and paid for shipping, Artie seemed like a trustworthy guy and seemed honest so when we asked questions we believed him about the car. Well needless to say when we got the car delivered it was not in the condition that was represented in the picture or by the dealer. Things are broken and it's going to cost us more to fix the car than we paid!!! A hard lesson to learn!!!!! We purchased a vehicle from Jadta about a month ago. When we test drove it, we noticed the brakes were bad. When we went back to purchase the vehicle, we were assured that the brakes were fixed and would not be a problem. They seemed fine on our second test drive. We were also promised that the car would be freshly detailed before we drove it off the lot. They had DAYS to make sure it was clean and detailed before we came to pick it up. Not only that, we made sure to call HOURS before we would be there to pick it up. Artie Jr specifically told us to give them 2-3 hours notice so they could make sure it was freshly detailed. Not only was it full of dust, there were cobwebs along the windshield and dashboard!!! The brakes started grinding (again, just like when we test drove it) a couple weeks ago (vehicle was only in our possession for about 2-3 weeks before they started really grinding). I finally got in touch with Artie Jr last week and he said there was nothing in the notes about brakes. He said something about the window being repaired (which must also not be true, since 2 of the windows get stuck and we have to force them to go up by pushing with our hands). He promised that one of their mechanics or his sister would get in touch with me about a price for having the brakes repaired, which also never happened, as it's been over a week now and no one has called me back. After noticing an excessive amount of rust on the rear wheels, my husband took them apart today to find that not only were the brakes bad, but so were the rotors and calipers on BOTH sides. Those are not cheap parts to have to replace, especially when they should have been done BEFORE Jadta even listed the vehicle for sale! There is no way they didn't see those issues when they got it as a trade-in and inspected it. At first, I would have told anyone to go to Jadta because Artie Jr seemed like such a nice guy. He is not your typical pushy salesman. But neither is he an honest salesman. Another note, when we first got to the dealership to test drive it, the vehicle was stalling and sputtering. Come to find out, the mechanic had taken a part out of our vehicle to put in another customer's vehicle that was having issues. Then he forgot to mention that the part was removed and not replaced yet before giving us the keys to test drive it. This is even more shady to me, as they are taking USED parts from one vehicle to put in another customer's vehicle instead of doing the mechanic work with new parts. This should have been a HUGE red flag for us, but, sadly, we were fixed on this vehicle. You know what they say- hindsight is 20/20. That being said, in hindsight, I would never, ever suggest anyone purchase a vehicle from this very shady dealership. read more

Same as the others. Truck was overpriced compared to comparable vehicles. The truck may (stronger emphasis on MAY) have been worth what they were asking, but after a quick visit to their lot I quickly realized the truck was in not the best of shape. There were several obvious items that should have been addressed before placing it on the lot. They were asking top dollar and a lot more than some other vehicles I looked at. They weren't willing to move on the price so I walked out and didn't look back. Being in business doesn't mean they have a history of quality or offer a good service, it means that they are profitable. There is lots of money to be made on used cars and there's a sucker born every minute. read more

We drove 40 minutes under the assumption that there were two cars we wanted to look at . When we arrive we find only one car and it is not nearly in the condition that was portrayed. Also the odometer was tampered with to show less miles . The rims were all cubes horribly and the leather seats look like they belonged in a 20 year old car. After glancing over the car we decide to test drive it only to find the salesman was out to lunch . After waiting 35 minutes for him to return we sat in his office for 10 minutes while he was on the phone . After talking to him he told us the car was sold yesterday . i spoke with art jr about a black dakota quad cab that was "in real good condition" i got there after selling my vehicle, only seeing pics(my error) of this low mileage, good pics, etc to find BAD bodywork, dents, scratches everywhere, poor interior, and the cap on the back bumper FELL OFF when i leaned on it!! i would not by from that lot if i had to!
