Joe and I just purchased another beautiful Cadillac from Montage Motors. The vehicle is pristine, we couldn't be happier. Everyone at Montage Motors is wonderful, the service is top notch. Financing was quick, smooth and flawless. We have always had a great experience and look forward to continuing to work with Shawn Walsh and his staff on future purchases. read more

I purchased a 16 Titan XD from Montage on 6-16-23 and it was delivered to my home on 6-19 after dark. I told them i was not going to accept the vehicle in the dark but they pleaded with me because they had to drive my trade from NH back to Pa and get another car in the morning. I asked them to take me for a ride, which they did and i felt vibrating in the front and the driver of course felt nothing. The next morning I was loading up for the recycling center and the tailgate would not open so i put everything in the cab. On the way i put on the ac and it blew warm air. I notified them and their was no response from themAfter I registered the vehicle I brought it in for inspection and failed due to ball joints. I also notified them of this and they said it came with a Pa inspection so it couldnt have failed. I got a second oponion with the same results and asked for the estimate which was to much much they said. I filed complaints to Pa attorney general and BBB with no responses from Montage so that says alot of their honesty and integrity. Also due your due dillegence checking inspection items because from my experience i believe they are a lick em and stick em. read more

I have bought a lot of used cars in my lifetime from a lot of different dealers. I recently bought a 2012 jeep wrangler from this dealer. Within a day the check engine light came on and there were a few small problems. I called them they said bring it in immediately. I did and so far they have really stood behind their name. They came highly recommended and have a great reputation. I'm dropping my jeep off there tomorrow and they are taking care of my issues. So far they are by far one of the best if not the best dealerships I've dealt with in my life!!! I will definitely recommend them. And I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle. It's nice to know there are some family dealerships still around who really stand by their name and reputation!!!! read more

Bootleg car sales at its finest. Owner is very unprofessional, complains during their business hours about how he has other places to be, doesn't introduce himself and staff does not wear masks. Any car you consider buying from here, walk away. Although if you question a vehicle, the owner will just walk away from the deal and tell you how you wasted his time. Didn't even know who he was until I googled his name from their website. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a car dealer who actually cares about their reputation. This place is a joke. read more

I purchased a 2011 Volkswagen cc from Montage Motors.. It came with a 3 month, 4500 mile warranty. The engine light came on before the warranty ran out. Turns out it was a cracked intake manifold which the warrant doesn't cover. So to me the warranty is worthless.. read more

Over priced vehicles. Tried to buy many vehicles before. They want to run a credit giving you $500 off list price , then they expect you to take the vehicles giving you $500 off list price . They stay to list price is already discounted. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere and look up the cost before buying anything from these rip off artists read more

This has been my worst experience buying a car . One year ago today i bought a used card from them. Very unprofessional no clue about the cars. Owner started ignoring me bc I was there all the time with the car in the shop every other week. They did TRY and fix it with no luck time after time. The one I bought was broken from the moment I left . Tires were all different some snow some regular. After a whole year of fixing this car put brand new tires on it ,new turbo , new engine, exhaust manifold, coolant was leaking, car overheated on me this is still all in one year. When I voiced my opinion on the phone with the owner he got loud with me and told me not my fault I bought a "x" amount of dollar car. My problem with this was that I thought I was buying a reliable used car that I would fix up once in a while not constantly. Not to mention it's rusty underneath as well. Never again! This car should have NEVER been sold to anyone . read more

My experience buying from Montage Motors was excellent. I actually live 4 hours away from this dealership and found the vehicle listed online. I contacted them about the vehicle and they were able to answer all my questions and describe the condition of the vehicle. We agreed on a price and I booked a flight out to their location a couple days later. They were nice enough to pick me up from the airport which was 10 minutes away. The person who picked me up was the owner himself and he explained to me that I had been working with his daughter over the phone and that Montage Motors is a family owned and operated dealership (with help from a couple other very nice people as well). When I saw the car in person, it turned out to be a lot nicer than I had imaged. Great prices for what you get and they were a pleasure to deal with. I am happy with my purchase and I would do this again next time. read more

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. In search of a specific vehicle, I went to a few different dealerships. Montage Motors didn't pester me while looking at the car in their lot. They let me drive the car within 2 minutes of being there, they didn't push me or try to sell the car onto me. I also caught them within 10 minutes of closing and they had no problem with talking to me and letting me take the car for a spin. The female I spoke to was able to provide me with an accurate price and included tax when she gave me a total, no tricks. Was quick to answer any questions I had and responded fast to my bank information requests. It was an overall great experience! The car they sold me was washed just before I arrived to pick it up and I have had no problems with the vehicle since purchasing it. read more

Recently Purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse from Montage Motors. I told the salesman exactly what i was looking for, and instead of selling me something that benefits him, he sold me exactly what i needed (unlike a few other dealers tried). I stopped by Thursday at close, and he stopped what he was doing to let me test drive the vehicle, had all the information waiting for me when i got back from the test drive, and i drove away with it Friday morning. Sales and support staff were attentive and very helpful. Will definitely return when looking for a new vehicle! read more

Very pleased with my most recent purchase from Montage Motors, a Subaru Crosstrek. They treat you like family there and like your purchase matters to them. They don't pressure you to buy a car that you don't want which is an important quality I look for in a car dealership when selecting a car and where to buy it from. My family bought a truck from them over the summer and both cars were in pristine condition and work very well for our family!
