I told them i was not going to accept the vehicle in the dark but they pleaded with me because they had to drive my trade from NH back to Pa and get another car in the morning. I asked them to take me for a ride,which they did and i felt vibrating in the front and the driver of course felt nothing. The next morning I was loading up for the recycling center and the tailgate would not open so i put everything in the cab. On the way i put on the ac and it blew warm air. I notified them and their was no response from themAfter I registered the vehicle I brought it in for inspection and failed due to ball joints. I also notified them of this and they said it came with a Pa inspection so it couldnt have failed. I got a second oponion with the same results and asked for the estimate which was to much much they said. I filed complaints to Pa attorney general and BBB with no responses from Montage so that says alot of their honesty and integrity. Also due your due dillegence checking inspection items because from my experience i believe they are a lick em and stick em.
