They spent a good amount of time helping with paperwork so that I could apply for state and federal clean vehicle rebates, which I was able to get without any problems thanks to their paperwork. The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.

My mechanic suggested these guys, as well as one of my friends, and I'm so glad I came here. I think he can offer better deals because he's independent, not beholden to a particular manufacturer. In order to compete with the "big boys" he lowers his prices. Either way, I'm very satisfied with my car.

Dealer also gives to a local charity. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they don't offer certified pre-owned(that I know of).

Absolute horrible customer service from Mercedes service center dealing with Jamie, and Mark, head…read moreof Ertley Depts!!!! Took my Mercedes in for a broken and dead fob where service was scheduled for today. Service manager calls back and informs me they will have the car for 2weeks up to four months!!!! Not only that, but did they not offer a loaner car for their mistake... Mistake being they were certainly aware that the service to be performed was for a completely dead fob, not to mention the stealership charged me already for the fob $766.44 for the fob even before service was to be done! So now I paid for a fob, their oversight in not having the fob shipped in a timely manner, and then keeping and quoting me 2weeks to 4 months to get the fob in, is totally reprehensible. This not to mention is my third Mercedes purchased from them, and I always took my Mercedes in for service to their service shop, totaling over $25k in service calls, and regular maintenance fees. When asked for a loaner, they told us over the phone "that's not our problem, we can't issue a loaner, maybe rent a car"! For 2weeks to 4 months!!!!????? Also to mention I continue to pay my insurance premium and policy for up to 4 months as the car sits there!!!! So if this is quality service and you are contemplating using Ertley motorworld for any purchases or servicing, I'd run as fast as I could. I have contacted the BBB, and filed a claim and grievance with Mercedes corporate, and the sad part is, if they ran a business as an ethical, and good practicing business should, none of this would be necessary.
