The car was missing rear seat headrests and they promised to order them and ship them to me, I wasn't sure that it would actually happen, but they were good to their word. This was the best experience I've ever had at a used car dealer, and I'll be back when I'm in the market for a used car and will recommend them to friends and family.

I have had this car for a little over two months and I have had zero problems! *knock on wood* They also took my busted old Mercury Grand Marquis and actually gave me a decent price for it. My mechanic suggested these guys, as well as one of my friends, and I'm so glad I came here. I think he can offer better deals because he's independent, not beholden to a particular manufacturer. In order to compete with the "big boys" he lowers his prices. Either way, I'm very satisfied with my car.

Remember he told me he could not program the unit . Call AAA for a tow to another mechanic Shawn told AAA they could fix it so AAA would not tow it to another mechanic. It wound up not being the ECU unit but a loose bolt on my starter and a new battery they charge me $888 a little steep I would say that's what happens when you go to a dealer ! Once they have your car they will be charging you big money and lotta extra hours in labor lesson to be learned .....
