I am in California and my son lives in New York, so I couldn't just go into the dealership to try to sort it out. I called Bob at Morgan Highway Auto Parts. He asked me what I wanted for the car, I told him, and he said, "Fine." He towed it from the Mazda dealership, advanced the service charge, then sent me a check for the balance ... all in a very quick time frame. Bob was really easy and pleasant to deal with, completely ethical and honest, and made it SO easy to resolve the problem with the car. I wish he was in Los Angeles ... I'd SO deal with him again.

Here is why!…read more I had an issues with my jeep, I needed a part and I had no idea what it was or looked like, I was told it was a K frame, so they set a price of $250.00, after they called my mechanic, the part I needed was NOT in fact a K Frame, it was suspension arms and were not the same parts as on the invoice. They gave me the other rusted parts, and I found out later that new they only cost around $90.00 for all 4.. When I found out I can get the parts new for $90.00 to $150.00 for a complete set of 6, I called to return the parts and He (AL) argued with me and then hung up on me ! I called back several more times and got the same.. I am taking them to court for bait and switch and no reduction in pricing for a much cheaper, old and rusted parts.. Better watch these people, they are crooks... See you in Court!

Parts are dirt cheap. They have more domestic vehicles than foreign brands. I recently screwed up my caliper bracket for my car and i found a replacement here, $5. How can you go wrong. Dealer wanted over $100. Check them out if you need a cheap part. If the junkyard division can't help you, the have a retail division with new parts across the street that can get you what you need. I can't vouch for their pricing but i'm sure they about the same as every other auto part store. They are an Auto Value store.

There was no response--no acknowledgment, no eye contact, no gesture of any kind. I genuinely wasn't sure if I had been heard. Because of this, I politely repeated, "Excuse me." At that point, she responded, "Yes, I heard you. What do you need help with?" in a manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It is important to note that this individual is a store manager. While professionalism should be expected of all employees, it is especially crucial in leadership roles. Unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect the level of customer service or professionalism one would expect from management. Thankfully another store manager Gabe was happy to help me. I would give him five stars but Stephanie messed that up.
