If you need used parts for your car, this might be the place for you. I visit this junkyard often…read moreand usually find what i need. $2 gets you in and you have to sign a liability release. Parts are dirt cheap. They have more domestic vehicles than foreign brands. I recently screwed up my caliper bracket for my car and i found a replacement here, $5. How can you go wrong. Dealer wanted over $100. Check them out if you need a cheap part. If the junkyard division can't help you, the have a retail division with new parts across the street that can get you what you need. I can't vouch for their pricing but i'm sure they about the same as every other auto part store. They are an Auto Value store.

It takes longer to drive there than it would take you to look at every vehicle they have. Better to go to D's in Dunmore or Harry's in Hazleton if you don't want to waste your time and money. There was no response--no acknowledgment, no eye contact, no gesture of any kind. I genuinely wasn't sure if I had been heard. Because of this, I politely repeated, "Excuse me." At that point, she responded, "Yes, I heard you. What do you need help with?" in a manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It is important to note that this individual is a store manager. While professionalism should be expected of all employees, it is especially crucial in leadership roles. Unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect the level of customer service or professionalism one would expect from management. Thankfully another store manager Gabe was happy to help me. I would give him five stars but Stephanie messed that up.
