SERIOUS WARNING -- STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…read more I strongly recommend that people stay away from this company and find another company to do business with. I wired them more than $15,000 for an engine. Before they received my money, Melissa regularly returned calls and communication was good. Once they received the wire, everything changed. Calls stopped being returned, excuses started, and I did not receive what I paid for. This is not a small amount of money. People work hard for their money and should not have to fight to get what they paid for or get their money returned. What is especially concerning is what I discovered afterward. Public property records appear to show approximately 37 residential property listings/records associated with the owner. In light of my experience and complaints from other customers, I believe authorities need to investigate where customer funds are going and whether customer money has any connection to these property purchases. It has also been extremely difficult to determine the full scope of affected customers, as reports appear to span multiple states and counties, and even extend into Canada. This suggests that many people in different locations may have been impacted, and I have no way of knowing how many others have filed similar complaints in their own states and counties. I have filed complaints in my own state and county and am pursuing legal action concerning my $15,000+ loss. My warning is simple: STAY AWAY. Do not wire this company your hard-earned money. Find another reputable company. I wish I had.

I would like to address a recent interaction I experienced with a store manager named Stephanie. As…read moreI walked by, I noticed an employee and politely said, "Excuse me." There was no response--no acknowledgment, no eye contact, no gesture of any kind. I genuinely wasn't sure if I had been heard. Because of this, I politely repeated, "Excuse me." At that point, she responded, "Yes, I heard you. What do you need help with?" in a manner that came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It is important to note that this individual is a store manager. While professionalism should be expected of all employees, it is especially crucial in leadership roles. Unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect the level of customer service or professionalism one would expect from management. Thankfully another store manager Gabe was happy to help me. I would give him five stars but Stephanie messed that up.
