They were very nice about it and told me to call back if I needed them again. I called them again two days later and they still had my previous service order which was great. The the first mechanic yet again gave me the run-around and changed the address to where my car was and when I called Kelly's they were accommodating. I rode in the tow truck to the new mechanic and he was pleasant and respectful, and he informed me they also offer mechanic services! They charged $90+ $3.60 for cc charge for a total $93.60

They helped me unload my car and transfer it all to the rental and unattached my littler trailer basket and got it set up on the rental! They spoke with my husband over the phone and helped us get this mess all cleaned up! I sent them a photo so they could assess what kind of equipment they needed. The vehicle had been sitting for a long time. They got back with me in a timely manner and we agreed on a time. I called other places and some would not even consider it and others did not take the time to give a thought out estimate.
