My mom and aunt have taken their cars for service there and had no problems, so I figured I'd give it a shot because he had the cheapest price for alignments in the area. Especially because people on the internet like to talk. Boy was this the worst mistake I ever made. I called up 4 times. 3 times it just rang and rang, no answering machine. 4th time, I got an answer and they said they could it in the afternoon (this is on a Friday) if I just dropped it off. They would ring me later when it's done. Just an alignment and only the front tires. Nothing fancy. The place closed at 6 pm and I called from 4 pm until 6pm to see if my car was done. No answer. You're telling me I dropped my car off at noon and 6 hours later you couldn't do the alignment AFTER you told me to drop it off? I went down and took my car back with my other set of keys. It took them until Saturday at 2pm (closing time) to call me letting me know my car was done to come get it. Not only did it the day before and never called me, or answered the phones, but they never even KNEW my car was gone. I came in and they said the keys were in it. My car could have be stolen for a day and they would have had ZERO idea. Don't try to save a few bucks like I did. This was the worst crew I've EVER had to deal with. The problem with this town is that it's small and people like this get too complacent. News flash, the internet exists, and people are going to talk about your service. You can't do shady work and get away with it any more, crooks. NEVER again.

The new tire wasn't cheap, but I truly appreciate the approach the guys took--get one (matching) tire now, get the rest of the life out of the others, and let's look at different tires when the other three need to be replaced. I didn't feel 'sold' or otherwise taken advantage of, something I think is always top-of-mind in a tire shop (whether that's fair or not is another story). I highly recommend these guys for tire or other work and expect to visit again myself, even though there are other shops much closer to home.
